    We called as our washer wasn't working and showing an error code . They didn't come one day because…read morethey "forgot" then they finally came another day. They supposedly fixed the washer, but it didn't work so they came and hauled it to fix it elsewhere. Then we called and said something sounded loose so they came and said it was something else and that they'd be back to fix that(they never did). We followed up and said that now the same error message was flashing as before and he said they can come take a look at it again and that they guarantee the part they fixed for 90 days. I mentioned that my concern was that they would find a different issue and we'd have to pay for some other part. At this point we just bought a new washer because the repair set us back $350 !! I asked what we can do and explained what my concerns were and asked if we could get a refund or some money back and they can keep the washer and he said "ponle pausa a eso" which means "put a pause on that" excuse me? $350 and we're just out of luck? Definitely do not recommend.

    I contacted Mr. Appliance to diagnose and repair a problem with our washing machine. Scheduling the…read moreappointment was easy, and the technician who came out was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, after spending about an hour troubleshooting, he was unable to determine the cause of the problem or provide a solution. The washer was left in the same condition as before the service call, and the issue remains unresolved. After the appointment, I emailed the company to express my disappointment. To his credit, Brian Stegner responded promptly and professionally. He suggested scheduling a second visit and recommended that we start a load of laundry before the technician arrived in hopes that the washer would fail while he was there. While I appreciate the response and willingness to come back out, this solution simply wasn't practical for us. My wife and I work in other cities and must take time off work to be home for service appointments. We don't have the flexibility to continue scheduling additional visits without any assurance that the problem will actually be diagnosed or repaired. Our expectation when hiring a professional appliance repair company is that they would be able to identify the issue and provide a repair recommendation during the initial visit. We understand that some repairs require ordering parts or follow-up appointments, but we were hoping for at least a diagnosis. Instead, we were left with the same problem and a suggestion to try again later. At this point, we've decided to look elsewhere for repair services. While I appreciate Brian's responsiveness and the technician's professionalism, the overall experience did not meet our expectations, and we feel our service fee did not provide value.
