Our furnace gave up and Andy came to look at it, determined that the blower motor was kaput. The quote was higher than competitors but turned out worth it! Replacement of the motor was relatively straightforward, the fact that some no doubt cheaper installer installed a two stage furnace as one stage, and placed the exhaust flue in front of the unit (and all the wiring and the access panel that was another issue, actually causing shorting/blowing a fuse which took quite a long time to isolate. But isolate they did, fuse problem solved, and the furnace now runs smoother, too. Andy's respectful and patient teaching of his assistant was very impressive - we all should be as lucky as him. We need more people like Andy, many more. Everybody wants to "replace the whole thing" nowadays, few people actually examine, troubleshoot and seek out solutions that may be less costly and less wasteful. Hats off to Andy!!! read more

Our dryer suddenly stopped working. We didn't know if it was a blown fuse, or something else. We had Chill Hub come out, and the two gentlemen who came were amazing. They figured out the problem very quickly, explained what had happened, told us what they'd do to fix it, and what the cost would be.
