I called Joe Monday and he was able to pull our boat out of the water by Tuesday. (We live in Chicago.) He told us it would be at least 1.5 weeks because everyone was trying to get their boats serviced before the end of the summer. He just called me today and gave me the run down of what he fixed and the boat will be back in the water today! Just in time for us to head up and use it for the weekend! Not only was Joe incredibly knowledgeable, but he took the time and spoke with both my husband and myself. This wasn't my first rodeo with not having towing/roadside help available on Sunday. Thankfully, Q Roadside picked up right when I called, told me how many batteries, etc. he had available and got in touch with my husband immediately. Thankfully, our minivan was towed and is now being worked on. To add to the cars just want to break down party, my husband's car was sitting in our garage not starting up. We informed Q Roadside of this. In addition to helping us with our minivan, he jumped my husband's car, monitored it, and even offered to come back if it didn't start again after the jump.
