    All meat Stromboli fantastic
    Ralf R.

So I've never been to this restaurant before and my co-workers were working in the area on Saturday. I looked up pasta locations in Richardson. This place popped up. I saw the pictures, and they looked pretty good. The reviews were good also. When we got to the location around 3 p.m., the place was pretty empty, and we were able to get 3 tables for around 11 or 12 of us, no problem. I ordered the all meat Stromboli, and some got fettuccine Alfredo, and another's got the New York style slices. The price was decent l. The staff was great and attentive.we got all our food fresh, and the Stromboli was the perfect amount of bread to filling, and it was pretty big. Everything looked and tasted fantastic. Hats off to the cook staff, and the flavors were great. I would definitely coke again for the pizza and Stromboli. Staff 8 outa 10 always came by to check on the drink situation Location 8 outa 10 clean and well kept Stromboli 9 outa 10 great bread to filling ratio Pizza 8 outa 10 was not too greasy, and everyone said it was good Fettuccine Alfredo 8 outa 10 from what a co-worker told me, and it was a big bowl. I wanted to get a meatball sub to go but decided not to because I still had half a Stromboli for later All in all, this place is a hidden gem you gotta try out! The only issue I had was that it was kinda of hot because the ovens are right next to the dining area Also told the owner or manager forgot to ask him that I was gonna post a good review, which was un solicited

Let's face it, pizza is not one of the first cuisines that come to mind when you think about Texas foods. Well, Schiano's is not your typical Texas Pizza place! Eddie and Dana Schiano are serving outstanding pizza, pasta and sandwiches that will please any palate! If your family has a tough time deciding where to eat, Schiano's has something for everyone - including some unique pizza flavors that I just had to try. I settled on a 1/2 Cheeseburger and 1/2 Lasagna Pizza and a Philly Cheesesteak (yes, this is way more than a single meal, but I love cold pizza leftovers!) The Cheeseburger Pizza will play tricks on your brain. You shouldn't like pickles on a pizza, right? But, it works! The hamburger, cheddar cheese, pickles and bacon all come together atop the delicious Schiano's crust for a taste you won't believe. The Lasagna Pizza is now one of my favorite pizzas I've ever had - anywhere! The savory flavors of the marinara and Italian sausage are contrasted with chunks of ricotta cheese that really satisfy. I want to go back and try other items, but I don't think I can resist getting the Lasagna Pizza - at least to take home. The Philly also didn't disappoint. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the jalapenos delivered a nice spice, all on a toasted roll. I can't wait to go back!

Lasagna Pizza cooked well done. Yummy!

Ordered again and got the Penne w/Pesto and the Lasagna Pizza. The pizza was just as fresh, hot and delicious as last time. The pasta was absolutely TO DIE FOR! It's hard to find pesto around here, and even harder to find great pesto. It has a touch of cream, white meat chicken breast, buttery mushrooms and parmesan cheese. It comes with a generous piece of toasted garlic butter bread on the side.

I'm pretty sure if they have pizza in heaven that it would taste as amazing as theirs. This family owned business has been here since 2007! We ordered the calamari and it was perfectly crisp but what set this apart was that it is tossed in a garlic butter sauce! The kids and I were popping these back like they were popcorn! So good! I also ordered the Spinacci pizza which was loaded with spinach, artichokes, in a red sauce. The pizza was tasty and they made sure to load it up! My kids love an Alfredo pasta so I got them one to share. They enjoyed it. I stole a bite and loved the garlicky sauce I tasted! Thank you so much to Dana and the team for taking such great care of us. We absolutely loved it there! It was kid friendly and cozy! If you get a chance, head out and support this small local business!

Cheese and pepperoni, large pie... Excellent!!!
    Justin J.

I have tried the pizza here a couple times. Pepperoni and cheese is incredible just like an east coast / ny pie. Great crust and undercarriage. Definitely coming back to try other items. Easy ordering over the phone and great customer service from the young men up front.

This review is for the Richardson location. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Junbi is bright and inviting. The sun yellow walls will feature collabs (currently featuring Peanuts), and there's plenty of comfortable seating in the narrow shop. It's hard not to smile or be transported into a good mood when you enter. 1 Star. Service - The staff is very nice and super helpful. If you already know what you want, you can order directly from the kiosk. I asked the staff for help, and they were very patient and helped make many recommendations. Once you place your order, your drink will be crafted, and then your name called when it's ready. 1 Star. Food - I ordered the Hojicha Cold Foam Latte. The first thing I noticed was how smooth it was. The second thing I noticed was it had a caffeine kick.... almost like drinking coffee. It's lighter than a coffee latte and not as grassy as green tea. It tastes familiar, comforting, and very refreshing for an iced drink. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. I'm not a big matcha fan, but Junbi is different. The matcha is super high quality, and I've only begun to explore the menu. I'll definitely be back. 1 Star.
