The staff that works there is always courteous. No matter how busy they are you get through fast. Good food I highly recommend it.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, first off Cinnabon is a breakfast food so why are you not open before 10am at least for that part. Second I get here walk up to the counter I'm practically having to scream at the lady and she doesn't even turn her back to acknowledge me so I go through the drive-through thinking maybe she would pay attention to me then still nothing I do not recommend this place because you can't even get someone to talk to you this is not how you conduct business! read more

Been here a few times now and I don't understand these bad reviews that they're getting. Not once have we had an issue with them nor the food. It's always been fresh and so yummy. It's gotten to the point where our 7 year old is wanting to come up there every Wednesday to get the pizza and she is a very picky eater. The place is always clean, the food is always fresh and the workers are absolutely friendly. The only downside is that we need one in Mont Belvieu because we are having to kind of go out of our way to come here. But when it's a great experience a person really doesn't mind going out of their way for great service. read more

Wow, after reading the scathing reviews on this place, I thought I would offer my impression on our new Schlotzsky's on Hwy 146. The location is inside an Oasis market and I'm normally not too excited about dining in a convenience store but this location is bright, colorful and clean. The seating area has their own entrance with plenty of room dedicated to the sandwich shop. As always, I first had the Original, my all-time Schlotzsky's go-to choice. I will suggest you opt for the Signature sandwich or upgrade from a small to a medium because for $1 extra, you get a LOT more meat. We have always ordered at the counter and NEVER waited over 10 minutes for our food. Even when we visited with a 20+ group, our food came out quickly. I have a NEW favorite and it is the Brisket sandwiches(Cuban is awesome). They have a large selection of fountain and bottled drinks and really good tea. The ONLY complaint I have is when we arrive later in the evening, sometimes the tea dispensers with fresh-brewed tea have been removed and they only have bottled tea available. Schlotzsky's has a great rewards program; you can download their app and get frequent specials, aka...free food and drinks! I'm not affiliated with anyone at the restaurant but I think they do a great job. They've always been friendly and helpful when we've dined inside. Keep up the good work! We've been a few times since. We didn't go back for a long time but finally decided to give it another try because we do like Schlotzky's. There is nothing like it. Food is better now, no problems with stale hard bread. Service is good...have not gone inside, have just been using the window. Will again after a few more tries. Hope to be able to give them a 5. Maybe new owners? It was definitely a long before we went back after getting old hard bread and servers that couldn't be. read more

This restaurant has some of the absolute worst customer service I've ever had. I started my order, asked for a sandwich and was immediately told the price and asked to pull up. Not if I wanted a drink or a side or if I had anything else to order. I said that I wasn't finished & after a brief wait so they could cancel the order, I was asked what else I wanted. While in the middle of ordering, the employee started a conversation with another employee (I'm assuming they didn't know that their microphone was still on) and then proceeded to take someone else's order at the counter. Never again will I be a paying customer to this establishment, and I sincerely hope no one else wastes their money here either. The one on Garth is much nicer, I've never had a rude encounter and most importantly the food is actually right. read more

Although only 3 people had previously reviewed this location & gave it bad reviews I decided to give it try ... leaving work to school. Didn't mind it taking lil longer to get food because to get hot just made food makes it worth it right? Well not here I ordered California chicken flatbread... it was cold and soggy which made me believe I waited 17 min. For this? Why I review because hopefully manager or owner see's this and fixes this issue ... like Schlotzsky's but will never come back here again!! We showed up to the store about 15 minutes prior to closing. We sat in the drive thru until 9:03. Then another customer came out and told us they were closed. The guy working behind the counter looked out the window several times and never told us they were closed. They also had kids in the kitchen and at the drive thru window. Plenty of professional acting workers in Baytown... There is something called addition by subtraction, Schlotzsky's could benefit from firing some lazy employees! read more

Our food was wrong and when we finally got our food correct it had a bad taste. We also waited for 45 minutes for a togo order and that was before we had to send it back because it was wrong. read more

The first time I went it took extremely long and that was when they first opened. So I decided to give it another try... once again I was extremely disappointed. I sat in line for 40 minutes only to get my order wrong. I always say I'll give people a second chance but I will never go back there again. read more

Fast service (ordered, filled car with gas, sandwich ready). Not sure name of server, but she was the friendliest person I have seen in a month. My receipt says Tekeea as the host. Great sandwich too. read more
