I wish I could give a rating lower than 1 star but it wouldn't allow. Placed order online. Domino's provided a delivery window of 8:00 -8:32. At 9pm I called the store to ask about my order. He said "yeah, I show it's out but we make double trips so it takes a while, but yeah, it out." Soooooo do you have an approximate time since the original time is off my more than 30 minutes? I tried to give this store enough chance since the "manager" know they screwed up and made it right the next day. I ordered pizza today and received this cheese pizza. This is the second time their system only adhered to partial of my order. I called to bring this to the manager attention and obviously he had a bad day. Instead of him waiting and heating me out, he began to talk while I was talking, kept asking for my phone number. I know they have caller ID. I have him the number and continued. I told him this is not my first time having an issue with him. He want to plead his case my saying "he works day shift so it wasn't him". Well it's after 7pm so you can't work day shift and previously he told me to clone after 5pm and he would be there after his first screw up where he openly admitted that the pizza was messed up and he wouldn't have made them that way. How as the manager you let that happen then? This evening, he hung up the phone in my face like a brat throwing a temper tantrum. Took 2 hours to prepare my 1 small pizza. Called them to see what was going on and all he could say was give it another 10-15 minutes. Update: it's currently 10:09pm they still havnt made it. Tried calling the store to tell them to keep their pizza and to refund me but they don't pick up. And I'm not leaving the house at 10 at night to go be petty. Their service!! I ordered from this establishment and requested delivery; after waiting 45 minutes, I called the store and was told that it would be another TWO hours before i received my order. I said that I would come and pick my order up but wanted the delivery fee taken off. Manager agreed. However instead of that being refunded they took the delivery fee PLUS an additional fee for tip and added to my card!! NOW I'm being told by Shane that I should've had them redo the order that night because it's nothing he can do! Ordered 1 medium pizza for delivery online around 6 PM, order stayed on "prepping" through the online tracker for about 2 hours and when I finally called to ask for an update, the lady said it would be another 1.5 hours before we would get our pizza due to "staffing" but it would be ready in 8 min if we drove up there and picked it up. I ordered a thin crust Hawaiian Specialty pizza today for delivery from the 5017 Garth Road Baytown location. It arrived very quickly. However, it was lukewarm when I got it and the taste was less that acceptable. The young woman who brought it to the door, did not have it in a hot bag, so I'm not sure if it ever was in one. The jalapenos were not heated, just an abundance of them were thrown on top of the pizza. What a disappointment! Domino's is usually better that this. They will cancel your order without even notifying you. I ordered a pizza from here and got the confirmation email that my pizza would arrive in 24-34 minutes and I tried calling after that time had passed and no one answered the phone. I only knew that the order was cancelled bc I logged onto the app and it showed I didn't have an order despite the fact I received the email confirming that I did order. My pizza took over an hour to be delivered to a business (mall). When I checked the tracker it said the delivery guy Jared left at 3:48 but the pizza was not delivered until 4:18 PM even though it was a straight 5 minute drive. When Jared was delivering the pizza he was walking with another gentleman and almost missed by store. Any time you call in they will put you on hold asking, "TY for calling Domino's, can I put you on hold?" Then they proceed to put you on hold regardless of what you tell them... I just called 3 times telling the guy "please don't put me on hold" as I only had some simple instructions for him to take and he put me on hold all 3 times without hearing a word. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Two stars because the order was correct. I ordered from here tonight for the second time since I've been in Baytown. The first time, the pizza and chicken was cold when it got to my door. Tonight, the pizza and pasta was lukewarm despite taking over an hour to arrive. Remember when pizzas used to be delivered to your door hot? Yeah, me neither. But if you're going to take over an hour to get it to me, could I at least get it before it's cold? Was passing through on my way back home from Houston to Louisiana and got hit by a craving for my fave: Domino's thin crust pizza. Called it in while I was gassing up at Bucees, and it was ready by the time I got to the store ten minutes later. It was perfectly made to order, and so delicious that I almost ate the whole thing on the way home. Guy working the counter was super courteous and friendly.
