We split 2 sandwiches, the original with extra meat & the spicy, smoky turkey bbq with jalapeño bread, which was our favorite! Given this place many, many chances and they continue to mess up. Ordered Chicken Avocado Cobb and Chicken Greek Salad. There is no avocado in the CAC , no olives in the Greek and the lettuce is completely wilted. Thanks but no thanks. read more

Food and service was good. No complaints in that department. If you want to eat inside, you may as well bring your cleaning supplies and air freshener. Schlotzsky's is another one of those fast casual and modern American restaurants with chains all over! Being home to many types of sandwiches and pizzas, Schlotzsky's delivers value to its food. I ended up getting the Angus Beef and Cheese, and immediately my hunger was satisfied at the first bite. Waited inside for 5 to 10 minutes and no one ever came to the front counter. There was a worker outside, smoking a cigarette and playing on her phone. Don't even bother going to this place... The ham I had on my sandwich was not good. It was like the cheap stuff sold on clearance! Thin, flavorless. Not the same ham Schlotskys usually has. The service was fairly slow ahead of the noon rush. The workers were nice but the quality of the sandwich was poor. I like this place and want it to improve so it stays in business. read more

Great sandwiches as always just disappointed in the delivery service that they offer. Wasn't The company that they used since it wasn't ordered through the delivery site. I live in a big city and Schlotzsky's uses its own personal for delivery. Here said order was accepted then like 30 minutes later I got a text from my Grub Hub driver saying she was so sorry she just accepted the delivery but was still about 20 minutes away from the restaurant. Love this place. The people are sweet and will accommodate to any special needs. My son is a type one diabetic, and the employee was able to give us nutritional information. I have eaten here several times, and have been to different locations in the Houston area. All seem the same as far as quality. Since this location is new, the employees were still getting into the rhythm of things, and were struggling to put orders into the system. That's understandable though. My daughter was performing at a football game on Saturday Night. She was hungry and we were in a hurry to get her something to eat so we stopped by Schlotzkys and thought what would be fast to order............a salad. So we ordered, waited, waited,,,,,,,,,,,,,finally 30 mins later it came out and they were NOT busy. We watched the employees in the kitchen chatting, looking at their phones and laughing and then it took the girl about 5 minutes to open the salad bag. Then more chatting , laughing and looking at their phones. By the time we got the food back for my daughter it was too late for her to eat.....thanks! I've never reviewed a restaurant, but this place was so disappointing. I ordered the original on Jalapeño cheese bread. It's a good thing I love the bread because there was hardly anything between the two pieces. I actually had to look to see if there was any meat on it. Monday-Ordered 2 turkey originals, 1 original and soup, got to Mom's to eat lunch with only 1 original and soup. Very frustrated! Mom's been sick for a year, I make a lot of short visits, didn't have long with her. I called, he confirmed they had my Mom & Dad's turkey sandwiches. He said he'd remake them but no apology said. Drove back, almost 10 mins one way. I went inside to talk to manager but lady from drive thru was waiting with my food. When she saw me she immediately smiled, apologized and asked if she could get me a coke. I declined but told her my soup would be cold by the time I got back, could she make me another one? She politely said of course and did it immediately, she heated it to "make sure it was hot" she said. She also put two really great big cookies in my bag.
