Ordered on-line. Young man at window didn't say a thing just handed us a bag. Our order was missing the kids Mac and cheese, fruit cup and cookie. Lucky we check the bag before we drive off. Of course charges for these items and the receipt on the bag stated these items were in the bag. Went back through drive through to tell them we didn't get these items and were told. Yea we are out of MAC and Cheese. Should have informed us order was not complete. You can image what would have happened if we had gotten home and a kid was missing their meal. read more

When we order we ask for " extra hot" so they toast it twice. And I asked for my sandwich with only a few things on it which included bacon well done. And guess what? They nailed it! Really appreciate a restaurant that pays attention to detail. Don't go often but can count on employees to prepare how we order it. Well done! read more

First off I want to say I've loved eating here for many years, but today I was so incredibly disappointed with the food and service I received today. I ordered the turkey bacon club and I added avocado to it and a broccoli and cheese soup. Well the sandwich was a big pile of soggy bread and they didn't put the avocado on it that they changed me $2.00 extra for. The soup was cold an still had frozen broccoli in it. My mom got the original with the soup an it was soggy an the meat was sour. Our entire meal cost $56.22 for everything and I'm sad to say that I won't be going back. read more

Came to Schlotzsky's on 82nd near Milwaukee, it's been a long time. I have to say the service was great and the time to get out food after ordering has improved tremendously. The employees are also very nice. I have to give it props for a very good improvement. If you haven't been here in a while give it another chance as we did. You'll probably enjoy it. read more

Extremely slow drive through. Cashier at window had our drinks wrong. Caught it as she told us two unsweetened teas and one sweet. Corrected her and told her it should be two sweet and one unsweet. She repeated the second time correctly. We left with two unsweetened and one sweet .... Food was bland. Not at all what it used to be. $42 for 3 lunches. Won't be going back. read more

Just had the WORST experience at Schlotsky's at 6804 82nd St, and we will NEVER go back. We wanted to support this business so badly, but when you accuse me of lying, that is it for us! When a customer orders through the drive-thru AND you have NO more products TELL the customer you have run out! Just don't slap a replacement and NOT tell the customer. We did return to Schlotsky's to tell them that they gave us the wrong order, and only then did you tell me that you had run out of smoked turkey earlier that day, and had the audacity to say, that I was told! Abigail had every opportunity to tell me there was no more smoked turkey. She did not! And you ONLY refunded us $3.00 for a $7.39 Small smoked turkey sandwich? JUST FLAT-OUT RUDE! I've been eating at Schlotzsky's since the late 70's at numerous locations and this store raises the bar for the entire corporation. The employees St the 82nd Street location are personable, professional, and clean cut. They are quick to honor every customer request. The dining room is clean and well-appointed with thoughtful touches such as wireless charging stations built into the counter of the communal bar along with USB and power outlets. Each booth is also equipped with USB & power. So very pleased that Schlotzsky's opened a SW Lubbock location. read more

Last week I stopped on the newly reopened Schlotzsky's on 82nd and got my favorite sandwich a fresh veggie. I also got a senior citizen discount. Today I stopped and ordered my favorite again. When I asked for my discount the young dark haired young lady told me they do not give them. I politely told her I got one last week. She told me no again. Called the one on 19th. Poor customer service. I was overcharged for my meal deal. By the time i got home and viewed the receipt thinking it sounded high in comparison to normal price of that meal, i checked the pricing on their online ordering service. it was $3.20 for the meal deal and I was charged $4.40. When i called to see if I could get a refund for the extra charge, I was told I had to come back up and show the receipt. Seems kind of ridiculous to have to drive back over (for THEIR mistake) when they have a copy of all receipts in their system and could very easily check that way and they should just make sure to charge the correct amount in the first place. Plus they were out of ALL pizzas and calzones, when they just added 3 new one to the menu but you can't even order it. read more

Worst wait time. Also ordered mushrooms on our pizzas and did not get those. I also asked for items to be added to my avocado turkey and only received sauce and lettuce. It was very smoky in the kitchen and going to dining area. No sweet tea in lobby and drink station could have been cleaned. Looked like the POA system wasn't printing in the back so they were gathering few at a time. The people in the back were overwhelmed. My food was sitting there for awhile before had to ask if that was my food. Y'all definitely had enough people to have each one focus on each station. As a former employee of a schlotzskys out of the area, the shift could have been ran better. Don't set your employees up for failure it's bad for business. read more

I was the only customer at 1pm going through the drive through. Kids meals don't come with chips so I was forced to choose apple slices and pay extra for the chips. No big deal however, I got home and there was tomato soup spilled all over my order and no apple slices. I never ordered soup and one of my sandwiches wasn't even close to the sandwich I ordered. Never got a receipt... This place needs to take notes from Chick-fil-A. read more

Love schlotzsky's food, it is always excellent. This location seems to always take a little longer to get your food, but that's ok, it's worth the wait. HOWEVER, if you order a drink, make SURE that you order it with just a little ice. I have been there two times this week, and the second time was today. I forgot to ask for easy ice with the drink. They literally pack ice to the top then fill it. So I wanted to see just how much coke was in my 32 oz drink. I got home, strained the ice from the coke...7 oz. That's all. About 20% is drink, the rest is ice. Just do yourself a favor and order easy ice here. The rest is excellent!! read more

The food is really good and fresh, but the value seems lacking. The kid's meal is a tiny, basic sandwich with some apple slices for $5. It doesn't include the chips. Those are $1.40 extra. So with tax, you're looking at $7 for a kid's meal. Then, it didn't fill her up so had to order more food. Good tea & nugget ice. Just too expensive to eat here very often. (Girls commented on the tables not bussed and dirty rag left in the middle of another. They also forgot the apple slices.) read more

I am amazed by this particular Schlotzsky's! I love the sandwiches and have been eating them since the 1980's. The staff here was friendly, efficient and respectful. For some reason after all these years, this was the best tasting sandwich I have ever had. I always order the original. I have dined in and the sandwich was served on a plate with a pickle, yum. 30min for 2 sandwiches. Well, 26 min actually. Went in with my daughter and ordered to go. The couple in front of us ordered in, got their food an left before I received my order. I got a Turkey Bacon Club and ordered my wife a Fiesta Chicken. When they brought it out I noticed my Cinnamon Rolls and chips were missing. So the girl branded them from behind the counter in bagged so I added them to my paper bag with the sandwiches. Not a good idea on my part, the bag is super thin and easily tears. Bags tore as I was bringing it in my house food dropping on the ground, crazy frustrated!! All an all the food was good, not sure the communication on their end was clear between putting my sandwiches with the counter items. Had I just taken the bag she gave me I would have had to come back. I'll definitely do the drive thru next time, I chose to go in due to the multitude of cars already in the drive thru. But they were going pretty quick compared to my half our carry out.....Did I mention I got stuffed on my pickle spears, I should take a star for that but I won't. read more

Most of my ordering is online, so it's itemized leaving little to be lost in translation. Most of my orders have items or toppings missing. Can't get an order right to save their lives. I have repeatedly said NO olives and NO onions and yet there they are all the time. Why do I even bother, for what I pay I should be able to get what I ask for. SO overpriced and can't get an order right to save their lives. Maybe the manager should do something since this happens multiple times and has since they opened a few years ago, but won't, go figure. Firehouse and Jimmy's are 10x better anyway and can actually get a damn order right! read more

We drive 25 minutes from our house in northwest Lubbock to eat at this particular location, even though there is a location on 19th street across from Texas Tech 10 min away. This location on 82nd street offers far superior service than the one on 19th. 82nd one has employees that are kind, courteous, and seem to love their job. They go above and beyond, they clean up for you after a meal. We always feel the happy energy in there. read more

I enjoy Schlotzsky's generally, but the 82nd and Milwaukee-ish (almost halfway towards Upland Ave.) is the best. The biggest news here is BREAKFAST! It's the only Schlotzsky's to serve breakfast. Breakfast tacos, burritos and of course breakfast sandwiches are all great. Everything else being equal, I'd rather have my sausage or bacon and eggs on fresh-baked Schlotzsky's bread than on some dry, flavorless, dense fast-food biscuit. Try it sometime, you'll become a regular. At least some if their lunch and dinner menu is available at breakfast, at least the Schlotzsky's Original sandwich is. The restaurant is very clean, well-organized has great service and serves great food--a nice place to visit. read more

All I can say is WOW! I've never been to a schlotzskis as FANTASTIC as this one! First of all they had almost all of the soups in stock! Also they asked me if I wanted crackers or garlic bread with my soup! I've never known that schlotzskis had garlic bread! Which the garlic sticks are a very good idea and schlotzskis should keep that an option at every location! I ordered the loaded potato soup and I got bacon, cheese and chives on the side! Which again I have never gotten before at ANY location! This is the best service I've ever had! read more
