So over these people!!! Ugh!! Ordered these people for my family, since I've moved out of the city. After several years of not patronizing them... I thought maybe things had changed! We got there around 2:00 pm on Thursday. We were surprised of how many people were there eating at that time of the day. We came for the $2.99 small sandwich for customer appreciation day. Asia was the amazing cashier who helped us with a smile. She said they had been very busy all day, selling a lot of cinnamon rolls. The sandwiches are good but they are more bread than anything. They do not sell cinnamon rolls without white frosting so we did not try. The eating area was very clean. Also they do offer a senior citizen discount which was very nice. read more

Walked into the store and was actually surprised at how nice it was outside compared to the inside. Outside looks like a Chewbacca's hut with some signage and the inside looks like a busted pipe went off and the entire ceiling was flooded. Firstly, you take my order, grab a bag of chips and hand me a drink cup then ask me for a tip. I mean seriously.. and the only way for me to not TIP is to click through the keypad and unselect. What actual work was done for a tip anyway? The food is premade. Meat precut. Greens already grown, unless they have a greenhouse in the back patio I don't know about. Chef microwave and chef toaster are doing all the work here. The quality of sandwich took a step back at Schlotsky's... It has been a year or so since I have eaten at one. The service at this particular restaurant was good. It was clean (mostly empty), and well-stocked. However... They only put a few leaves of shredded lettuce, MAYBE two olive slices, and a minuscule squirt of mustard on a sandwich with a clump of moist / tepid meat. Even the bread was thinner than I remember it from even last year. It just didn't taste the same. It is like Covid signalled the official death of the fast food industry. Schlotsky's also had one of those credit card readers with the "please pay my employees for me" tip request. It is a shame that fast-food restaurants have stooped to throwing the tip request onto credit transactions. If you pay a tip at the time you order, and the cook / prep person screws up your order, you are stuck with a horrible meal, while they get your extra money. And if you decide NOT to tip, you risk some edgy teen ruining your meal out of spite. HORRIBLE trend... Will likely not go back to any Schlotsky's. read more

We used to really enjoy this place. Their sandwiches were pricey but worth it. We got a medium Original, a medium Beef Bacon Smokecheesy and a 1/2 Turkey Avocado and salad. The bread on the sandwiches was so thin it just fell apart. If there was 2 oz of meat on those regular sized sandwiches I'd be amazed. They were smushed like pancakes, no pickle wedges, no napkins in the bag. The only think that looked good was the salad. This was $26 worth of pure disappointment. When we called the store; the manager; Wendy, had plenty of excuses as to why we were disappointed. When my husband told her we'd go ahead and contact corporate, her response was simply 'go ahead'. We ordered over the phone and drove to pick up the order and bring it home to eat. We didn't check the order until we got home. A mistake on our part. My sandwich was missing. It was on the receipt so we paid for it but we didn't get it. I called and the girl said we could come back and get it but she could refund us on the phone, it's kinda a long drive so we just are out the money. The sandwiches we got were good. Great chain sandwich shop! I love their sourdough bread. I usually get the pick 2 so half a sandwich and some soup either broccoli cheese or potato. Usually a go to for a quick lunch for my dad and I during the week. Always good. But this i time I changed it up a bit and ordered the French dip. While the sandwich itself was tasty, the au jus that came with had had literally no flavor and that is what makes a French dip. The potato soup was good and my dad liked his original as always. But they didn't put the extra tomatoes or the wheat bread liked asked to. Seemed a little off today. Workers appeared to be confused and unsure of what was going on. Again. I ordered online for pickup at the Rockwell location. The order was wrong and I was missing a sandwich. No one is perfect, totally understandable, but what I don't like is going in and letting them know the order is wrong, getting an attitude, no sorry or anything. Plus all of the young kids working were laughing and carrying on so loud. People were waiting to place orders. In the end when I did get the sandwich I was missing, the manager (or whom I thought might be the manager; an older woman) said "sorry about that". At least I got that. Had a great "surprise dinner" -- cashier was friendly and attentive, and sandwiches were spectacular, as I have come to expect. I had original, and Ron had Angus beef -- I recommend them both. Food isn't quite the quality it used to be. My daughter had a flatbread and enjoyed it. My husband had a bacon grilled cheese and said it was good but the sandwich was small and didn't seem to have a lot of bacon on it. I had the turkey bacon club but the sandwich was so so (again probably only one piece of bacon) Broccoli cheddar soup is never a let down. Cinnabon cinnamon roll was mmm good! We walked in 5 min before they closed-not normally what we would do (8pm Holiday hours) and although the young cashier was polite and didn't skip a beat we were asked "for here or to go?" Then basically said that we couldn't dine in since they were closing. (Note that there were 5 other tables eating at this time, one of whom walked in before us) The elderly couple was told to take their time but we were told different. We did ask if we could sit on the patio and eat - in the July Oklahoma heat(we had just come in from a 7 hr drive and just wanted to stretch our legs and not eat in the car) and the manager didn't really seem overly excited about the idea but obliged and then continued to tell us why they were closing early.There were 3 of us and we wouldnt have made a big mess even in the dining room and it was obvious they would be there for at least 30 min doing teardown (I've worked fast food) and also waiting for the other table to leave but oh well. read more

The services was exceptionally slow at this restaurant. The cashier ignored the line at the counter for several minutes. Apparently her conversation in the back was more important. One of the sandwich prep guys had to make her turn around to see the line of customers. Then I watched my sandwich be placed in the delivery section and sit there for 5 minutes before the rocket scientist at the register noticed it and delivered it.
