This location is terrible. Their staff is apathetic and slow. We have experienced this issue several times (Waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich on more than one occasion) and decided to write a review after we witnessed the staff drop tongs then pick them up to go get our cookies. I regretfully must say I'm done with Schlotzsky's. I wrote a review a number of months ago for a separate store about the consistency in getting the order wrong. An individual responded with what I should say to get things done right. I have consistently ordered the same thing, but more often than not they continue to get it wrong. So why is today the final straw? Great question. The receipt showed a time of 6:17. I have to pick up my child from a daycare that is no more than 5 minutes away by 630. Because this was another instance of not getting the order correct, I was 4 minutes late which resulted in a $32 late charge. This is an incredibly expensive dinner for my child and I. read more

My first experience at Schlotzsky's wasn't great the only reason I stopped by was bc google said they had vegan options and I was STARVING. I stopped by around 8/8:30 and was greeted by some boy about 17yrs and he was not able to help me AT ALL or answer any of my questions. I asked what vegan options were available and he listed all what seemed to be the vegetarian options including pizza. I asked him if they used vegan cheese on their sandwiches and pizza and if so what brand (bc I would've been pleasantly surprised) and he looked at me SO F-ING CONFUSED. he said yes I don't see why not and couldn't tell me what brand. (Which didn't sound like he knew) then I asked him if the cheese was dairy free to dumb it down and he was still saying yes but his answer was not convincing. He ended up saying they use mozzarella on their pizza which was all I needed to know. Ugh how frustrating that kid should know a little bit about his job. I ended up ordering the fresh veggie sandwich without cheese and ranch bc I didn't trust that kid for a second. The sandwich was not good! they offered no dressing or sauce or vinaigrette or seasoning it was the blandest most boring sandwich I've ever eaten. All the ingredients looked fresh but I could've made something that boring for myself at home for a lot less money. Also be sure you tell them what size sandwich you want the price on their menu is for a small he charge me for a medium with out asking me which was almost $2 more which not only did I NOT EXPECT TO PAY I would've ordered a small had I known I needed to select a size And price I will never eat here again and I will never recommend it at LEAST at this location read more

Their cars ma home was not working for the drive through, the sign was posted by the ordering mic and if you did not have cash you were stuck in line what waste of my time. Will not be going back. They could have posted the sign at the beginning of the drive through so you wouldn't get stuck with 5 cars behind you. read more

Looks appetizing, tasted bland, waited 20 minutes for a basic small sandwich with one car in front of me, for being competitors with subway the prices here a little high, would much rather pay less and waste less time waiting at subway. read more

Terrible experience; I have never been treated more awful at any other eatery. I went at 7:50 p.m. into this location on Feb. 14th and attempted to order with accommodations to my meal as I am allergic to milk. The woman who claimed to be the assistant manager of the location, insisting her name was "Jessica" (she had tattoos on her wrists and long dark hair& was not wearing any name tag), interrupted me and aggressively claimed she would not make accommodations to my order and then proceeded to argue and raise her voice at me. I have never heard of a restaurant refusing to at least attempt to work with someone's allergies or, at the very least, respectfully responding in a way to explain that it wouldn't be possible to remove the cheese from a sandwich. I hope someone in upper-level management makes a change so that customers are, at the very least, treated with a bit of decency. I, for one, will NEVER go to this location after this experience. I am very disappointed that business owners are running sites like this. It is beyond disheartening that someone that treats people like that is in any management position. I hope those reading this sincerely rethink their decision to eat here. I have reported this incident to the Scholtsky's corporate headquarters. read more

If I could give this Schlotzkys a 0 star rating I would. It was already pretty bad when they first opened it up but it keeps getting worse. I dont expect 5 star service from any fast food place but my order is wrong the last 4 times I've been here. They always have an attitude at the window too. Ask for baked chips the give you regular. Asked for half and half tea they just give you unsweetened. Ask for no onions it will have extra as if it were a punishment for asking for no onions. Like it is a big joke. I was very excited about a Schlotzsky's opening up in the area as back in the day (15 years ago or so) I used to eat their sandwiches frequently. We went through the drive through and there were 4 cars in front of us. We waited for about 15 minutes for 3 sandwiches (2 small and 1 medium) which is good. No complaint about the wait time. We ordered 2 sandwiches with the Udi's gluten free buns and those buns were very fresh and tasty. The regular bun was also fresh and tasty. The sandwiches themselves had very good seasoning and were very tasty except for the brisket sandwich (kinda flavorless). The big complaint I have is the lack of meat. I don't expect a massive amount of meat but there was very little meat on the sandwiches, and what little meat was on the sandwiches was very thinly sliced. The sandwiches were mostly bread and veggies. We paid over $24 dollars for 2 small and 1 medium sandwich with very little meat and vegetables. Unfortunately for that amount of money we most likely will not be back. read more

Check your food before you leave if you're in the Drive-Thru. Happened to me twice out of two times, wrong food. First time got all the way home before I checked the food and total waste of ten bucks. Second time went in to get them to change the food after I checked it. Acted like I should tell them what's in an order on their menu. What they gave me is probably the worst Schlotzsky's sandwich I've had in multiple States across the country. Only one employee that didn't pretend I wasn't there or hide in the back area, the poor guy with the broom who also worked the cash register. read more

When finally received sandwiches the bun was not warm and it is always crustier than other locations. Two occasions soda machine ran out of all diet drinks. We will be frequenting other locations. Don't let this review scare you away from the other Schlotzky's. I know Schlotzky's is much better at other locations. Here's our experience on 4/15/2018: There weren't that many customers there, probably more employees than customers. We wait and wait behind the ONE customer ahead of us, until finally it was our turn to order. I ordered the apple pecan salad and my husband a large original sandwich. The amount was $21+ and I paid cash with two 20's. She said she had to get change, and she went to the back. After about 5 minutes, she returns and then, goes and finds and flags down her manager out front, telling her she needed change. The manager looked annoyed, and they went to the back. After several more minutes, we had our change. We go to our table and wait maybe another 8 minutes, and they bring out my hubby's sandwich, and ask if we wanted another plate to share it. They completely forgot about my salad. So, I reminded them. Five minutes later, they return with my salad, but no fork. So I go up to the plastic ware area, and there are knives and spoons, but no forks. So I go ask for a fork, and they point me to the plastic ware area again. Finally, they go get me a fork. Not a meal worth $21. My advice, is to head to Subway and avoid THIS Schlotzky's location! read more

Had a decent experience until I was about to leave. Ordering my food went well and then there was about of a wait, but still no big deal. Once I received my to go order I noticed my chips were not in the bag. So I went to the front and ask for my chips I was scolded about how I'm supposed to and need to get them before I leave the counter. I was never offered my chips when I placed my order. Really like these sandwiches and was excited to have a shop nearby. Visited for the first time last Saturday. Order went well and cashier was pleasant. After we sat down, it got busy. Order came in pieces. First the salad after 20 minutes. This was probably the best item. Then one of the two sandwiches after 30 minutes. The second sandwich never was delivered, after asking once. The one sandwich itself was not that good. The bread which is why I went was dry. Drink machine didn't work, leaving only tea. Only one poor girl to triage all the complaints from customers who were also waiting. We just gave up and left after almost an hour. Hope they get their stuff together. This place is out of control, horrible service. Floor was dirty and needs cleaning. Up front, kids taking orders at the speed of molasses in winter. People waiting endlessly for take-out orders that are served on plates rather than bagged. People standing in line so long they forgot they where hungry. Really like their sandwiches but this is intolerable. And on top of all the rest, this place makes the worst original sandwich ever made! One small sliver of tomato with a splash of lettuce. Not impressed and I eat at Schlotzsky's about twice a week at other locations. What went wrong: #1 - ordered at 7:13 pm two small ham sandwiches. Did not receive order until 7:45 pm. That is 32 minutes to make two smalls at a time that was not very busy. #2. Ordered without mustard and add mayo and received the sandwich with mustard. #3. Straws were out and no one was replenishing. #4. Sandwich came back from kitchen without mustard but still no mayo. #5. There were maybe 3 or 4 shreds of lettuce on the sandwich. That is not a schlotzsky's. Franchise owners please get these items fixed and more training for staff. Disappointed :( read more

This was my first time visiting this location. I've never had issues at any other location. First off, the cashier seemed like she hates her job. She didn't smile and just wasn't very friendly. We waited awhile for our food and it was just us two and one guy waiting on a to go order. While we were eating all the girls were in the back chit chatting and I over heard a few not so nice words. Very unprofessional! The phone started ringing, nobody answered.... I only ate half of my sandwich and needed a to go box. I waited for a little to see if anyone would walk up front so I could ask. Nobody ever did. I had to walk in the kitchen to interrupt their gossip and ask for one. If anyone else would have walked in to order they would never know. Horrible customer service!!! Also, while eating I could see back in the kitchen where a girl dropped something and just put it back and continued to give to the customers at the drive thru. We eat at Schlotzsky's frequently, but consistently have issues at this location. This particular time my husband got the Beef Bacon Smokecheesy (which has been a favorite) and the staff failed to mention they are out of the chipotle mayo that goes on the sandwich. So when my husband noticed at first bite he went and wasted 5 minutes at the counter only to be told they are out. When my husband said "well, you should really tell people that when they order" they had no response. At the very least they could have offered some other sauce to put on the sandwich, but SHOULD have offered a refund OR to replace the sandwich with one that was complete! Probably won't be frequenting this Schlotzsky's! read more

Everytime I go to this store I never know what I'm gonna get; literally. I will order a salad and come back with a wrap or I walk in and sometimes it's slammed and the wait is ridiculous, other times it's slow. It really doesn't matter if there's no line because you're still gonna have to wait AT LEAST 15 minutes. There's a bunch of kids working at the store and if my order isn't messed up the wait is ridiculous. I am seriously losing my patience. This is the only healthy food available in the area so I keep coming to them but they never fail to piss me off. Today I went and there was no wait but I still was there for 20 minutes waiting for just a wrap! These kids were all chatting and talking in the front and the ones in the back were talking too. When I got my wrap it was all thrown together and balled up, the service here is horrible, just awful, their staff needs to be properly trained and have a consistent way of doing things. We had a large party catered by Schlotzky's and they did a great job! Plenty of sandwiches, wraps, salads, drinks and desserts for everyone and the prices were great! Will defiantly use as catering again. We also visit the restaurant every 1-2 weeks. Sandwiches are always made fresh. read more

Schlotzsky's is my all-time favorite fast food chain. Their bread is yummy and gooey and the Original sandwich has a great flavor. This Schlotzsky's is pretty good but the last few times I have been there and ordered an Original, all of the lettuce on my sandwich was wilted and nasty. I had to scrape it all off. And on top of that, the tomatoes were mush too. I feel like they used leftover veggies from the day before that were bad. 5 stars for when its good, but the times it has been bad, it was really bad. Called in an order at 10:45am to be picked up at 11:30am. Got there about 11:25, paid for my order, and then waited for it to be brought out. At 11:40am I asked about my order. They had no idea where it was and asked for my receipt. They went back to make them and I finally received them at 11:55am. I asked for my receipt back but they couldn't find it (they were digging through the trash to find it.) At this point I was going to be late getting back to work so I left without my receipt. When I got back to work with my order, one of the sandwiches only had a little meat in it and bread. THAT'S IT! Not cheese,no olives, no lettuce....nothing. I pretty much had a bread sandwich. I called to complain. The manager said that he would comp my order next time but I don't think I'll be back. Should have refunded my money right then! read more
