Stopped by this place today cause it was already 72 @ 10am. Decided on the 3 berries and a banana. The service was quick and the smoothie was great just about the same price as jamba juice in Downtown Disney so I didn't feel like I was paying any jacked up park prices. I'd been admiring the fantastic creations coming out of this place for awhile but on this trip we finally tried one! For the Get Your Ears on! celebration, we tried the Mickey Cookies 'n Cream Shake. There was no line and we got our drink in no time. My husband loves oreo anything so he was over the moon about it. I was more of a fan of the Confetti Cake Shake but this is still a great buy. For me, the charm of the shake was the uniquely Mickey look of the shake. That alone makes it worth trying. This place keeps cranking out awesome tasting and looking sweets so definitely take the time to try something! read more

During a quick trip to CA Adventure (for the new Cars Land), my sister stopped by here to get a quick drink. One lady was at the blenders making another customer's drink when my sister approached the window. She was there for a good minute before the lady even acknowledged her and asked her to go to the other window to the left. Then a guy walked in from the back room and took his time doing something before acknowledged my sister and took her order. I didn't taste my sister's drink, but she seemed to enjoy it. However, I was a bit shocked at the level of customer service at a Disney park! read more

This shop is very good. It doesn't have a huge selection but what they have is very good and made fresh! I stop here when I'm in the park for a pick me up that isn't all sugar. It was dreadfully hot today and needed something cool to drink. I haven't tried this place before but I heard about their seasonal drink and decided to give it a try. I ordered the mango smoothie for my mom and the seasonal smoothie for myself (caramel apple smoothie). I took a sip and really enjoyed the apple flavor with the caramel drizzle right on the top...It felt as if I was having a caramel apple..in a cup! Very tasty. I took a sip of the mango smoothie, and it was formidable and refreshing. I was in sweet sipping heaven with my Caramel Apple Smoothie though. If your a fan of caramel and apple (with small bits of soft apple hidden within the drink) then I recommend it. I had the mango smoothie and it was okay. It is hard to get a lot of flavor into a smoothie and this didn't really have a lot of flavor but it was decent. Went to get iced coffee. The lady was super helpful, and I'm lactose intolerant, but she said they had silk milk (which is soy milk), so I could do that. Then during check out (it came out to like 3.49) the other lady came up and said if I wanted the soy milk, they would tack on a charge of 2.99. Seriously? It's 2.99 for soy milk in your coffee? If you read the other reviews, you'll see a pattern. The product wasn't bad, but it wasn't spectacular either. The prices are Highway robbery, but what else do you expect from a Disney park? And, based on the years of reviews, the service has been consistently horrible! We ordered three drinks. The cashier didn't smile, greet me, or even attempt to be friendly. I asked a question about one of the drinks, and she rolled her eyes at me. After waiting fifteen minutes and seeing several patrons who ordered after us get their orders before we got ours, a second "cast member" announced my order was ready. She then proceeded to slide two drinks through the window while saying "hurry and grab them before they slide off the counter". When I asked where the third drink was, she asked for my receipt. I told her the first "cast member" didn't give me a receipt. SHE then rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to pick up the receipt she had all along. After arguing with me that I had only ordered 2 drinks, she called the cashier over who started arguing with me. When I reminded her that I told her I wanted the drink I had asked her about, she admitted that she didn't ring it up. She then told me I'd have to get back in line and order again. After I told her I wasn't about to wait after the 8 people who were then in line to order, she told me to just come back over and she'd let me order ahead of them. As I was paying, a third "cast member" (who had been sitting and watching the other 2 work) essentially "tossed" the drink on the counter without a top, spilling some of it. Dumbfounded, I gave the drink to my daughter, who proceeded to spill the drink on her leg because it didn't have a top. When my wife went back to the booth and asked "cast member #2" why there was no top on the drink, she yelled at her "I didn't do that, someone else did!" We were so shocked, we left the drink on the counter and went to guest services to complain, but we were very candidly told that likely nothing would be done. From the other reviews documenting the same poor customer service, I suspect that this is the truth. Stay away unless you want your vacation ruined! read more

I tried the Dynamic Duo here and it was alright. It was refreshing because it was cold, but it wasn't too flavorful. It tasted as if it was too watered down. The staff was very friendly as any other disney cast member, but I would prefer to ordering a smoothie somewhere else like at Jamba Juice in Downtown Disney because the prices are just as high. read more

The customer service is really bad. I went with a couple of friends and we got a lady who couldn't answer our questions, maybe she was new, she told us they serve fresh lemonade (and they don't) and wouldn't warm up the our cronuts (so we ended up not getting it), she told us that if we want fresh cronuts we have to get there when the park opens. The smoothie I got was really good (Berry Smoothie) but their options are very limited and our cashier did't seem to be willing to work with us to get our order right. Shout out to another lady who let me switch my order from the milk shake to the smoothie. She got that done very fast and handed me the smoothie right away. I would recommend that they provide fresher cronuts because we don't want something that was sitting there the whole day. According to them, they make their cronuts in the morning and sell them throughout the day, so they aren't as fresh as they should. They should be made in batches throughout the day so all the customers can enjoy their fresh product. Work on the customer service as well. read more

I ordered the Pixar Themed Mint Smoothie and was told at the register that because of the high demand I would be waiting about 5 minutes. I ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes! Every single person in front of me already got their drinks. Around my 15 minute mark I asked the guy making drinks if he was getting to mine or if he lost the order. He looked down at a ticket and said yeah it is coming right now. I expected him to call me next but ended up calling the guy who clearly ordered after me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and continued to wait. But it became abundantly clear that he wasn't going to call me, because guests after me were beginning to wonder how long I had been waiting. I went up to ask about it again and happened to speak with the manager/shift lead. She had to check the system and said he must have dropped the ticket. At this point I was pretty frustrated, because I did check in on my order. So I waited even longer...I could see my drink being made too. He put it in a cup and then it just sat there for another 5 minutes? Turns out he ran out of whip cream and had to wait for more. Mostly upset at the drink maker at this point. The cashier came around the front and apologized to me and said she would be giving me a refund because I shouldn't had waited so long. I gave back a star because of that. If you're too lazy to walk to Jamba Juice in DTD, then this is a nice alternative. Stop by here if you're sick of the same ol' ice cream fix. The smoothies are almost as good as Jamba Juice. I tried the Three Berry & A Banana and Dynamic Duo (strawberry/pineapple) smoothies. By far, the Dynamic Duo was the winner. It had a nice tangy taste to it but with the sweetness of strawberries. The three berries was a little heavier, especially with the banana. Overall, they are both great treats for a hot summer day. read more

Oh Schmoozies...your delightful frozen treats taught me a lesson. My wife was kind enough to stop at Schmoozies and bought me one of the new Pixar fest treats the mint chocolate shake. I don't know if it was because of the warm weather and drinking it quickly or because of the lactose intolerance in my family but I was not having it. Luckily it was near the end of the day but I was also waiting in line at toy story mania just feeling awful. Sadly there wasn't an exit in the line because of the construction going on but luckily I felt ok till the end of the line. Once I got to the end of the line I left the rude and once again luckily there was a restroom very near. The shake itself wasn't bad at all. Not the best shake and certainly not the worst but who knows maybe it was my last shake. This little tale isn't a happy tale but I hope anyone else who gets this drink has a much better time. read more

Good place for ESPRESSO DRINKS, lattes etc made with SOY milk (Silk red carton). You can get them iced or hot. No up-charge for soy, and they have flavor shots for 50 or 60 cents. Price was $3.49. They also have straight espresso shots. The smoothies are okay ($5.29), although made with low fat yogurt and maybe a bit too much ice (not intensely flavorful but that's good if you don't like super sweet). The service is like a Starbucks where you order and then they call your name when it's ready, so it's a bit confusing when you arrive. There is usually a seasonal special (look for the sign on the counter). read more

In my search for some coffee or a latte, I stumbled upon this place. Let me tell you, finding coffee or a latte at California Adventure or Disneyland was not easy. I was so excited to see espresso drinks on their menu.The line was pretty long, but I really needed some coffee. Once I got to order, they informed me there were no espresso drinks that day. NONE. What is a caffeine fiend to do!?! So they suggested this blended mocha drink and since I was pretty much gonna buy anything that had any kind of coffee in it, I was all for it. I took a sip and I was surprisingly impressed! It was a very good blended mocha drink and I drank every bit of it. One star lost for the not-so-good customer service and long lines. read more
