I highly recommend and appreciate the excellent and fast service that Schneider Heating and Air provides. I had an emergency need for an Aircon Repair. The aircon unit does not blow cold air. Temperature was going to a high of 97 the following day and we have family from out of town visiting and staying overnight. After calling several AC repair companies, I called the Schneider company and was fortunate enough to talk to Michael. After telling him the situation he immediately scheduled a trip for the following day. Before the end if the day he confirmed that he was able to move hus schedule so he will be able to come out earlier in the morning. They did arrive early and their preliminary diagnosis was correct. Mike and his team installed a central ac system (3 ton condenser, 40,000 btu furnace) and a mini-split (9,000 btu). It has been 2 years since the install and I could not be happier. - Price: I received quotes from 3 other providers, including: (1) my favorite warehouse that sells rotisserie chicken, (2) a local small business, and (3) a large air/heating company that has been in business for over 50 years. Mike gave a good price, was able to install the system in 1 day and took the time to walk me through his process so I felt good about the decisions he was making and the product I was going to receive. - Quality: In the 2 years since installation, we have been warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Both systems continue to run great, and the family is very happy. - Service and Support: Mike stands behind his products and his work. Last year I noticed that the AC was not putting out as much cold air as it should be. I contacted Mike and he came out and diagnosed a small leak, which he fixed immediately and at no cost. - Other considerations: The house did not have an existing AC so Mike also had to install the ducting. The separate mini-split was needed because 1 room does not have an attic over it so the central system could not get ducting to that room.
