We have a house built in 1951, which never had A/C installed. We were unsure if we wanted a Split System or regular A/C. So, we had 3 companies come to the house and provide us with options and bids. Mike and his team installed a central ac system (3 ton condenser, 40,000 btu furnace) and a mini-split (9,000 btu). It has been 2 years since the install and I could not be happier. - Price: I received quotes from 3 other providers, including: (1) my favorite warehouse that sells rotisserie chicken, (2) a local small business, and (3) a large air/heating company that has been in business for over 50 years. Mike gave a good price, was able to install the system in 1 day and took the time to walk me through his process so I felt good about the decisions he was making and the product I was going to receive. - Quality: In the 2 years since installation, we have been warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Both systems continue to run great, and the family is very happy. - Service and Support: Mike stands behind his products and his work. Last year I noticed that the AC was not putting out as much cold air as it should be. I contacted Mike and he came out and diagnosed a small leak, which he fixed immediately and at no cost. - Other considerations: The house did not have an existing AC so Mike also had to install the ducting. The separate mini-split was needed because 1 room does not have an attic over it so the central system could not get ducting to that room.
