Great quality food. Not just "bar" food. People are friendly and service is very good. Menu is diverse enough to have something for almost anyone. One of my favorite items is the What's Good Here taco with beef fajita meat and fresh chimichurri. They have steaks on the menu as well and I've been told they're excellent. The bacon flight was a bit of an experience and certainly worth ordering at least once, the jalapeño one didn't disappoint with delivering some heat! Fried pickles, need I say more? Can't possibly go wrong. The WAP Tacos were surprisingly tasty and so cheesy in the most perfect way. The cheese pull was intense, but the meat could use a bit more flavor. The owner was so rude and the epitome of poor customer service and all over $15. He refused to listen when we explained how the waitress agreed to honor the $17.99 Steak night price advertised on their website. He was bullish and stubborn. I will never return. In addition, the forks were bent, mashed potatoes were cold (sent back twice) and the jumbo asparagus was smaller than a French green bean. The ladies room was not clean and parts of the toilet were on the floor. Safe yourself time, peace and money and go somewhere where you will receive great customer service, warm food, functional utensils and clean bathroom. My friend and I walked in to have a beer and eat. The bartender was non friendly and had an attitude. He didn't even ask if we wanted to see a menu. Service is SLOWWWW! It was not crowded at all. We were greeted right away but stood at the hostess stand nearly 20 minutes for them to get a table ready. Once seated, waiter was nice but slow. After taking drink orders, We asked a question if they had ribeye, she left to ask the kitchen and didn't come back until 10-15 min later. It took nearly an hr until our table got all our food. Had a to go order today and they actually serve burnt fries. They had me speak to a Manager and he said "Oh, is it the sweet potato fries...sometimes they just look that way." My husband and I decided to order take out and figured we enjoyed the time we had dined in, the food was alright and the service was okay so we looked at their menu online and ordered through there website for convenience. Once we got there about 30-40 minutes after ordering (we wanted to give it time for our food to be ready) my husband is informed that they had not checked their orders from the website because that is the Host and Managers jobs but they prioritize doordash and Uber eats, which is strange to me because why allow ordering through your website if you prefer Uber eats or doordash, just link to those platforms but I digress. He says no big deal, things happen, he'd worked in restaurants for 10 years so is very understanding. They tell him 10 minutes and it'll be out. 10 minutes pass and no food. He had to wait 40 additional minutes to get food that then came out soggy, like items had been sitting for a while. The kicker, no apology for the wait or the mishap, just excuse after excuse for poor service. Like I get it, people have off nights, things happen but the lack of customer service really got me. Not a great experience and makes us question if we will be back. Very disappointed. read more

I have been hearing about the new location for a while and was excited to FINALLY get to visit! Upon walking in the decor is fabulous ! I love love love the design and set up! We were greeted by the most friendly bartender Zeke (also not bad on the eyes at all!!!) who was so attentive and sweet ! I could go on and on about Zeke but please go see for yourself he's amazing! Actually everyone we encountered was top notch !! So I ordered the shrimp bag nom nom nom!! Soooo good! Whatever the seasoning was -duhlish! I loved the mixture of veggies I think next time I'll get the spicy! My brother had the goomba burger and I managed to sneak a bite and whoa was it wooooo good!! I also used the bread to soak up some of the juice from my shrimp bag !! I should have just ordered a side of bread as I refused to lick my plate! Ok so maybe I did lick my plate -WORTH IT! Boy oh boy did I have so many bad experiences and complaints about this place in the past but always kept it to myself until tonight. The accumulation of frustration finally met its end. I can remember when they were anticipated to be opened outside my neighborhood and eagerly awaited after months of delays of opening and kept on counting down on the days until it opened checking in frequently with neighbors and their online presence. Then, once it opened, it went all downhill from there. 1st Visit: I first went here with my wife once they finally opened for steak night. The steak was just weird and did not even have the texture of steak. If I had to describe it, it was more like grinded meat and similar to salisbury steak, the kind you buy from the frozen aisle at your local grocery store for a quick night microwave snack. The rest of the appetizers and food also wasn't good, but we told ourselves that the establishment was new and to give them another try at one point. We'd hate to lose hope so early for somewhere we were waiting for so long to open, as well as it being so close to home and staying open to late nightly. 2nd Visit: Last year, our daughter graduated from high school, and we decided to host family and friends to here before attending the graduation ceremony. Although we spent well over $1000 without tax and tips at that time, the food was still not up to par. Even our guests told us that the food there just wasn't good. As such, we decided we wouldn't come back for a long time, if at all. 3rd Visit: On 4/17/24, I decided to finally give it another go as it was one of my friend's birthday and he wanted to give the crawfish special a try. We went with a group of friends and arrived at a little past 5 pm. The crawfish was ok but the service was terribly slow as the establishment got really busy and showed signs of wear from them being understaffed. As the crowd and lines built for the Wednesday crawfish special, it got really stuffy fast. Since we were sitting by the "window" which was like a garage door made of glass that could roll up, we asked our server if they can raise that door to make it cooler and less stuffy. Our server told us that she did not think so and left it at that. At one point I asked for the manager and made the same request, and for whatever reason, he also said that it couldn't be done. Ok. Whatever, maybe it doesn't work or they had their own reason. Once again, we spent well over $1000 that night before tax and tips, and although the service was lacking, we still had a good time being surrounded with great company. 4th Visit: Today, 4/24/24, I wanted my wife to try out the crawfish. So after picking her up from work, we arrived at S&S around 9 pm. It wasn't as hectic with the crowd like the previous week as it had died down due to the time. We were at first promptly seated by the host near where I had sat the previous week with my buddies. And what do you know? Whoa and behold, that same garage door that they could not open even with the will of God was wide open, rolled all the to the top letting the breeze in. As my wife and I sat there for over 20 minutes, we watched a waitress go back and forth between tables, outside, and to the bar area while passing us up like we were completely invisible. After awhile, my wife got chilly from the draft of the miraculous garage door that God finally allowed to open so we moved to another seat nearby where the draft of wind couldn't get to us. Once again, we waited. This time, after 15 minute or so, I finally lost my patience and asked one of the worker that was sweeping nearby to see if we can get a waitress server and told him our wait and situation this whole time. He was nice and accommodating and went to get our server. Turns out, our server was the same waitress that kept passing us up like we were the invisible couple the whole time while we were at the other table! Once I complained to her and told her about the wait and situation, she asked if we sat ourselves. Hell no! We were taken in by the host. And what's more, she kept going around us to serve other tables in other areas while we were completely ignored. To add salt to the wound, by that time, she told us that it was too late and that crawfish is no longer available due to the crawfish cook leaving. Effin seriously??!!! Needless to say, I told my wife to lets just leave at this point. We ended up going to Subways a few doors down to order some sandwiches and went home instead. I normally have a tremendous amount of patience and understanding for alot of things, but this place finally made me lose it completely with all of the accumulated terrible services. Congratulations on finally making me give up on your establishment never to come back again. I gave it very fair amount of chances and spent a good amount there everytime I came around (except the 4th time, of course). Have been here many times (gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time because they had just opened) and each time is worse and worse. The first time, I ordered a chicken soup and it was literally so thick, it felt like I was eating a condensed soup straight out of a can. Could not even finish it. The second time, I ordered the chicken wrap and it was completely soggy/wet. And this last time I ordered the chicken tender meal (because how can that be messed up?) and the breading was falling off the chicken just picking up the tender. A complete mess. I ate bare chicken tenders because the breading fell off and broke into a million pieces. My husband's fries weren't fully cooked. Will not be giving this place another try. Surprised it has any good reviews at all, any time we have been there was a Friday/Saturday night and the place isn't even half occupied. The staff is always joking around with each other in the back, which wouldn't be an issue if the food/service were up to par. Ordered food from the elyson loction and i got Bland food every thing we tried was terrible, the Mac and cheese that advertised as "Crack" Mac, has absolutely no flavor. The shrimp tacos in the words of a 6yr old "gross", the adults agreed and added that the textures didn't match and the flavor was "off", I would review my hotdog but it never came.
