My wife bought an X3 here. After she paid, they told her the car wasn't ready and she'd have to come back later for it, almost a week later. She went back on the agreed day (Monday), and they told her the car still wasn't ready, to come back the next day. Still wasn't ready. Finally she got it on Wednesday and drove it home (over an hour drive) and realized they forgot to put the temporary license in the window. She called them about getting that, and they informed her that they'd be refusing to sell the car, they were going to pick it up that night. Ian McCullough made my car buying experience very easy. As a car fanatic, I am almost always in the market for my next vehicle. This means I visit dealerships very frequently as compared to most shoppers. It also means that I am picky both in terms of what I expect from a vehicle and what I expect from the salesperson. Ian impressed right off the bat. I hadn't had contact with Schomp BMW prior to calling 20 mins before I was about to arrive, within an hour of their closing time that day. I told him which car I was interested in (including a second car at a competing dealership in the area) and asked him to have it ready when I get there, to maximize my time. He asked a few more questions to understand me as a buyer and by the time we wrapped up the call, there was at most 15 minutes until I arrived. When I showed up, the car I wanted was ready right out front. It sounds like a simple request, but it's one that hasn't been met many times in the past. Cars are more than transportation to me, they are a hobby and a passion. Keeping the car buying experience fun by making it smooth is crucial, Ian had already checked the first box. What happened next also took the experience to the next level. Ian had sought out and printed out the options/packages for his car and the one at the other dealership. Without me even asking? I was blown away. It's the little things like this that make a tremendous difference in the experience, yet they are so often overlooked. From there, he showed and taught me things about the car that even I didn't know, which is also a rare thing. Kudos to him and his work. Went to trade my 2013 IX3 in for a 2015 X3 all went well until I went to sign papers and car was gone, SOLD while in a contract agreement with me. Wait there is more, So they talked me into ordering one and I did. 3-4 weeks Im driving a loaner. No problem here. Recieve my NEW X3 right off the production line. Weeks later - Warning light (Draw on battery) No problem I should be able to drop it off and get a loaner (this is what they preach) NO LOANER WEEKS OUT. So I set appontment and they fix my car and I pick it up. Days later same problem, WEEKS OUT FOR A LOANER. Now my check engine light is on so I stop in agian. You guessed it. NO LOANER, WEEKS OUT. Interesting how when I was purchasing a car the loaner was there for me to drive for 3 to 4 weeks but now when my new car has issues im just another sucker. read more

The sales person - Javier Garcia - was very helpful, knowledgeable, easy to communicate and most importantly no-pressure person. Everything was OK until a few days later. During the test drive, it was discovered that the tires are unbalanced. I was offered either to wait until the next day so the mechanics would take care of it and then we'd finalize the paperwork, or to finish the deal today and come back on Monday when someone would call me to set up an appointment. Of course, after my wife and I spent 4 hours at the dealership, I didn't want wait to complete the paperwork. We also were advised that Saturday is not the best day of the week due to the overcrowd. After I waited all day Monday, I called Javier and he promised that someone would call me back. The next afternoon, Nick (don't remember his last name) called and asked if everything was OK. I said that I'm still waiting for the appointment to balance my tires. Nick apologized and assured that somebody would call me back. That was the last time I heard from Schomp. Conclusion The wheels balance is not a big deal. I can do it close to home at many locations. But... I might be wrong, but we made a deal, you sold me a car and I paid money. The wheels were part of the deal. Ralph Schomp failed to follow on their own promise. The lesson learned is never pay before all the job is done. Of course I knew it, but again, I thought this business is different... What a bad experience... PS: The vehicle was sold with one key only which I found out only at the very last moment (after the money was paid). To order the 2nd set, I will have to pay $212 at the Jeep dealership. I was not neither warned before I accepted the deal, nor the price reduction was offered. This dealership prides itself on the best customer service, but I would say they are just like the others. We recently bought a new car from Schomp BMW. It was a premium buying experience. Our sales rep - Rick Garcia was stellar. He showed concern for my car buying process and went over a lot of technical and aesthetic details. Financing and documentation took an hour but was smooth. They go through the car with the buyer in detail in their delivery program, and Laura helped me a lot there. The on board electronics and controls can get a little confusing and I highly recommend the delivery training. Since at Murray BMW of Denver the salesman named Teddy, didn't deliver my car to us and became to preoccupied with tying his shoelace or something-Matt at BMW that is Genius certified offered to go over everything since nothing was gone over with us when the vehicle was purchased in December There service has 165 loaner cars so there's none of this, they have to see if they have one available when your car is being serviced and on top of that-give them a week notice and they will come to your work or home wherever your at and bring you the loaner and take your car into service for you The building is beautiful. They just built this off of C-470. At first I was a little annoyed because I don't ever venture into that part of town and I had to drive an extra 5 miles to get an oil change. But I got inside and decided that I shouldn't leave. The place is like a hotel for cars. It's immaculate, they have a complimentary Continental breakfast with actual dinnerware, and real coffee mugs. There are several flat screen televisions to watch and if you get bored you can go downstairs into the gallery, which is like a lounge for very expensive cars. Any time I see a car which is parked on carpeted flooring that means it is probably out of my price range. The bathrooms are also very nice, enough to earn them a spot on the bathroom list. The service was a little on the slow side but I didn't care. It gave me more time to get juiced up on the excellent complimentary coffee. And it was slow partly because they fixed the crack in my windshield for free. read more

So I needed an oil change and decided to venture out to the dealership since one of my professors bought a car from Schomp and recommended it to me. So I end up driving to the previous location off Broadway and like a typical guy, I drive around for a good 10-15 minutes trying to find this place. I finally gave up and called them. They just moved off of C-470 and so I make the trek down there. The show-room is quite impeccable and of course they have a huge breakfast and free Wi-Fi. They not only changed my oil, but also changed my windshield wiper blades and washed my car. The only negative is the location which is out of the way. Everyone was extremely friendly and responsive. I expect all BMW personnel to be professional, relaxed and service oriented. They were, of course. But here, they made me feel like I was part of the family. They took the car, communicated well, and even worked with me on the price. Every single time they have my car the execution of the service and loaner car is a HUGE fiasco. To the point that I would go anywhere else for service. I don't trust them to do what they say they did as I've caught them missing things that are unforgivable given the time and overall cost of the day to be there. They are overbooked and full of chaos...life is hard enough without their crazy adding to it. I've followed up every time with management with no follow up on their part. Again, over booked and chaotic. I'd reconsider getting a BMW all together because of my experiences with this dealership. read more

The reviews for Schomp BMW are puzzling. It seems like they are either one or two stars or five stars and not much in between. I'm wondering if everyone's experience is directly tied to the individual salesman or service repair person assigned to them. My situation is probably somewhat unique. I bought a 2008 535xi wagon used from McDonald Audi. I also purchased a 3-year 36,000 mi. extended warranty for $4,000. I thought that was outrageous but it has paid for itself four times over. I drove the car off the lot and straight to the mountains, when I got a transmission warning light. I called McDonald immediately and they said it would be fine until Monday but I should bring it in then and they would look at it and take care of whatever the problem was. McDonald gave me a loaner to drive in the meantime. It turns out they sent it to Schomp BMW to get an expert opinion. I needed a new transmission. In the subsequent weeks, I also needed a new blower fan, new twin turbos, new suspension computer and various other items. All tolled, my repairs were over $20k. Schomp was able to get all but "maybe $1,500" covered by the warranty. Each time my car was in their shop, they gave me a beautiful new loaner to drive. There was never any pressure on me to get the loaner back to them and pick up my car. Today was the first major issue my car has had that was not covered by the warranty. The lift gate motor went out. Jason in service quoted me $1,500 all in parts and labor so I told them to do the work. When I went to pick it up, Jason said the bill was $2,200. He didn't remember what he quoted me and didn't understand the discrepancy, but he went in the back to his parts dept. and found out that the quote for the part they received was wrong. Without hesitation, Jason said they would honor the price quoted. So they literally ate $700 on that repair. I have had a couple of instances where something they were supposed to have fixed didn't get done right or they were unable to recreate issues I was experiencing. But, the vast majority of time I have had my car in their shop (and it's been A LOT) they have treated me extremely well and gone over and above to make sure I had a good service experience. So, Jason Burke, Mark and Michael Ruch (who was promoted this year) have all been great to work with. I don't know if I will buy a BMW again. The repairs are killer. But it's be best driving car (quiet, solid, fast and luxurious) that I have ever owned and I'm going to keep it until the warranty runs out and I just can't afford to fix it anymore. I leased a new M240i from this dealership. When divining the agreement I was informed by my sales associate that I would receive two days at the BMW's performance driving school in California as part of a promotion they were running ( I didn't even know there was a performance driving school before hearing about it at the dealership). After signing the lease agreement, I was assured by my sales associate that I would receive an invitation in the mail from BMW. Approx. two months have gone by and I have yet to receive an invitation to BMW's driving school (This two-day course is valued at nearly 3k). Upon taking my car back in for service today, I decided to call BMW's driving school, they referred me to BMW of North America, who then. referred me back to the dealership. I was then informed by the dealership that since I did not lease or purchase a "true M car" that I was never entitled to anything at all. The sales manager appologized for the mis-understanding and said I would get nothing. I, however, would characterize this situation much more of a "mis-leading" than a misunderstanding, as I was told by the sales manager that my sales associate has been with the company for over five years and sells lots of this particular model. read more

My family has bought two cars, leasing one of them first. Their pricing policy is great, because there are no hidden microphones, no need to haggle, none of that. And for some reason, they're the highest volume dealership in Colorado. Their staff is very helpful and courteous -- both sales and service. Now, for the good part: I'm in Louisiana now, so it's rather inconvenient to deal with them over 1000 miles away. I was about to buy out my lease at a dealership in Louisiana. But Schomp talked me out if it after they gave me an unambiguous answer on the price of the car, much lower than the "fixed non-negotiable" price the Louisiana dealer gave me. They helped me with the financing and everything went smoothly. The real testimonial is that I do my dealings with them even though I'm 1,000 miles away. read more

The GM and Sales GM were unresponsive to an inquiry I made twice to both of them. They completely ignored me. I should have checked here first.... wow, the number of poor reviews really paints a clear picture of how horrible of a dealership this is and I can say from first hand experience....it starts at the top here. The seemingly caring response from their dealership representative on here doing damage control is actually humorous. Why should it come to that? With this many people who have rational complaints, I didn't need the headaches that surely would have come with buying here. This was a blessing in disguise. I had an appointment today for my X5 to get serviced due to a recall. When I made the appointment, I requested a loaner & she said it wouldn't be a problem. Upon arrival, I was told it may be a while to check in. After about 15 minutes, the service manager notified me that I may not be able to get a loaner after all (now it was waitlist only) & that they were extremely backed up. He said he wasn't sure how long I would have to wait for it to be serviced so I could be waiting a while. What's the point of an appointment w a guaranteed loaner if they can't accommodate? Needless to say, I left & will not be returning. BMW of Denver has much better service so they will now have our business. Total disappointment. read more

To say that I am impressed with this dealership is a massive understatement. This is hands down the absolute best place to go to buy a new or used car, and after my experience with them this week, I will never buy a car anywhere else again. I'm totally surprised at the negative reviews here, particularly in regards to customer service. Perhaps they dealt with other people who were less than great, but I worked with Todd Branish and Rich Battista and they were absolutely amazing. So I can promise you, if you want excellent customer service, ask for them to help you and you will not be disappointed. They helped me make sure I picked the perfect car and got me the best deal on financing too. I shopped for the best loan through a couple of different banks and credit unions prior to the car search, and in the end Schomp got me a better deal than anyone else could offer (shocking, right? I definitely didn't see that coming). Oh, and one more helpful thing to know -- they are a best price dealership, meaning that they offer you their very best price from the start. There's no negotiating or trying to avoid a dozen fees. And the sales guys aren't paid on commission, so that removes a ton of pressure on both sides as well. I could go on and on about how surprised and happy I am at the quality and care I found here -- they really deserve credit for making the car buying experience not only painless, but actually enjoyable. Summary: Leased an X1 and it was a great experience. Everyone involved worked hard to be sure we were satisfied. They also seemed to really believe in BMW and their dealership. Details: My wife wanted a replacement for our Honda CRV and we wandered in here. Kathy Powell, Lead Genius (I'm not fond of that term), took us on a test drive in an X3 and an X1. She did a great job answering all of our questions. When we told her we had to leave but wanted to come back and see more, she introduced us to Matt Rebeck, the sales manager. They told us they would have some more cars lined up for us to look at the next morning. We had already told Kathy our needs/desires/driving style, and she emailed me a few stock numbers later that night for me to look at online. They all were all relevant to us. I picked out four to look at the next day. The next day they had the four cars ready for us to review, and after test-driving the first on we decided that was the one. Kathy passed us off to Tomas del Bano, Client Advisor (salesman in other words). The geniuses do not sell; they are more "P.R.". Tomas did a great job explaining the lease, etc. and although the process took slightly longer than the hour that their advertising promises, it was a pleasure spending time with him. Even the espresso machine in the lounge had pretty fair coffee. Our trade-in value was very fair. I know because I had researched this extensively over the past couple of months. Rich did appraisal. One thing I liked is that he took me on the test drive of our Honda and explained exactly what he was looking at and pointed out the few negatives that impacted the value. Vehicle delivery was by Laurel Hanlon, another very pleasant "genius". She explained operation of the car very well and was also enjoyable to be around. We told her we had somewhere we had to be, so she gave us the most important stuff up front and told us to call her and come back for the rest. The only reason they get four stars instead of five is that I was seriously under the impression that all-weather mats were included, but they were not. Now we see how they handle the ownership experience - despite some reviews here, I have high hopes based on this start. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my car in for new tires, and I was given my car back with my old tires. After I asked about my tires they were clueless and had to blame someone, they said they could put my tires on within the hour and when I got my car again for the second time, the tires had lubricant all over them, the tires were extremely dirty, and the treads looked like they have been driven through a dirt field, when I asked is this the condition you return cars to your customers, they acted like what is the big deal, I can clean them right now...... Both offers on the trades were significantly higher than those from the two other dealers I had appraise the vehicles. Adam M. was my salesperson and he was extremely responsive and went out of his way to help me with questions even after the transactions were completed. I've purchased 3 cars at Schomp BMW over the years and sold them 4 used cars. Never a bad experience. Nicest and most professional BMW dealership I have seen. I went in to Schomp looking for a new car. A guy named Matt spent about 2 hours showing me cars, taking me for a test drive, and telling me everything about the car. Not once did he pressure me to buy, and I never felt like anyone was breathing down my neck. Turns out he was a BMW Genius whose job is to show cars and teach you about them. Went back a few months later and bought a new BMW. Josh Harnish-the salesman-was fantastic. Absolutely the best car-buying experience I have had. A great, no-haggle price (I did my research on that) with no tricks or hidden fees. They also gave me a fair price on my trade in. And then they had another BMW Genius spend another hour showing me all of the bells and whistles. Turns out my car had a defective speaker so I took it in for service. They gave me a nice loaner and fixed the problem. Was afraid I wouldn't have time to get the car after work because most service departments close early. But Schomp BMW service is open until 10 PM. Read a few other less-than-stellar reviews. Seems like most of them complain about things that are beyond the dealer's control. My experience was fantastic. read more

Bad experience when trying to purchase a BMW X4. After countless hours of online research, I reserved the car by paying a $1000 deposit, only to have the car promised to another buyer. How does this happen when my credit card was already charged? More details - After a multi-week nationwide search, I found the perfect CPO BMW X4 and contacted the Schomp BMW. Patrick L called me back within 30 minutes. After confirming a few things about the vehicle, I was hooked and Patrick took my credit card info and promised to hold the car. The $1000 deposit hit my card within 2 minutes of hanging up. I never heard from Patrick again. I called back the next day and got Ben B, who told me someone "internal" had also put down a deposit at the same time. We all use computers these days, so how does someone charge a credit card without first reserving the car in the system. I would rather take the instant rejection, instead of drooling about my perfect X4 for 12 hours, only to be told it was given to someone else, after I called Schomp. Note: Patrick L did not bother contacting me at all. I did not get a satisfactory explanation from Ben of how this happened. I did get a few apologies and a verbal promise to give me $1000 off if I were to buy another vehicle there. Did I mention that I had very specific requirements for my dream X4 and lost it right after I found it EVEN AFTER paying a deposit? Does not seem like Schomp values its commitments. read more

I originally inquired about a new BMW X5 online and got in contact with a nice guy named Kevin, I test drove with him, got to know him and strongly considered buying from him. The X5 was nice (although it was about $5000 more than a comparably equipped Lexus RX and was disappointed that EVERYTHING seemed like an expensive option I still considered getting this SUV). One day I visited the dealership only to find that Kevin was absent so I had to deal with his 'superior' which was Nick... kind of a younger punk kid that was very informal and not very well kempt. (All I could think was 'wow, this guy must have came from a used car lot) He was pushy and kept trying to get me to BUY TODAY. (Even though they didn't have the right color or options or anything) I kept asking him who in their right mind would want to blow $60,000 on a car that isn't the right color or choice. Finally one day (after he called me 3 times in one day) he got me on the phone only to find that I was one of the people affected with the serious flooding in Northern Colorado and basically told me that 'since I didn't drown, then I should buy a car to celebrate' REALLY??!! My house sustained thousands of dollars of loss, I was out of work a week and he practically LAUGHED at my situation? This was FAR from professional... I was so mad I went to the Lexus dealership near my house in Frederick and just bought the Lexus RX... secretly I am sort of glad that Nick pushed me to this point... I have the new RX and couldn't be any happier. Now for this pushy dealership I laugh when I hear the abrupt tone from Lisa Schomp on the radio saying how they treat everyone so well in her raspy voice. Forget it. Go elsewhere!! I just purchased a used Mazda here. I live in Loveland so it was quite a drive. The bathroom alone is worth the trip! Alice and Kiersten helped me. From being greeted when I walked in to when I walked out the door, it was a stellar experience. Alice was not pushy. She treated me with respect and kept the flow moving. They also gave me a great price on my trade in vehicle, and since the Mazda was so well priced I knew I had to take advantage of this deal. I wish all car buying experiences were this easy. All BMW dealerships tout impeccable service; Murray, Gebhardt, and Schomp. Schomp seems to be getting it. It's not about the advertising, it's about the relationship developed and quality of service. After bouncing around to a few different SA's over a few years, I'm now working with Stuart Hall. Stuart understands the value of the relationship and quality service. As an M3 driver, that means a lot to me. While I'm sure many SA's do a decent job, I don't want to have to explain things again, everytime I'm in. Stuart has consistently shown good customer care, knowledge, and flexibility. With the knowledge, if Stuart doesn't know something, he doesn't BS me, he simply says let me find out and gets back with me promptly. I appreciate the candor and honesty. As for flexibility, critical, as I travel a lot and my schedule changes. He continues to be available and helpful, with a loaner ready too. Hopefully, the turnover has stopped and Stuart sticks around. He's worth the trip down to C-470. Living in Wash Park, it's not the most convenient locale. But the relationship goes both ways... read more

We were harassed, threatened and lied to by the financial department and other representatives (mostly by Robb AshBy, Jin Pak). Their policy of ONE PRICE, ONE PERSON, ONE HOUR, couldn't be more far from the truth: it took 11 days to finalize the sale and involved more than 4 people. This is the worst dealership we have ever dealt with! They are constantly ignoring our calls and texts and have very rude employees. They never meet the time for appointments not even looking at it on the scheduled day, instead evaluating the next day then telling us that they can do the work if they can keep the car for the next four days! Of course if you request a loaner then they can't do the work for months out! There is a row of service people that will ignore you when you drop off and pick up your call on their phones, and when the one does come that is "your" service advisor they take a personal phone call in the middle of helping you out. This is a freaking Kia repair center servicing BMW's. We will not be buying another BMW after this (both of our cars are now). This is the fifth or sixth service appointment that has wasted our time and our families schedule due to having to share a car for a week. NOT ACCEPTABLE! WE ARE DONE! read more

We've never purchased or leased a car from other than a local dealer before, so we had some trepidations about buying a car long distance. A friend knew of many people who have done so without any major issues, so we gave it a try. We used the BMW USA CPO web page to find an X5 that met our criteria (cold weather package, not black or white, no black interior, not used by a smoker, etc.). and the one we liked best was at Schomp, which is about 1800 miles away from our home. Jeff Tucker responded to our request for information on this car. He sent us the options list and gave it a look-over and sniff test for us, which it passed. He then cleaned the snow off it, pulled it into the shop, and let it dry off a bit. Jeff shot a video walk-around tour of it, covering all angles and giving us closeups of each wheel, and posted it on YouTube for us to review. While we still had some concerns about the process, Jeff walked us through how it would work, and we agreed that this was the car for us. He went through all the documents with us, gave us a run-down on the timing of everything, and we wired the funds for the purchase. Any time I had any questions or concerns, Jeff patiently answered them for me. Jeff suggested an auto transporter, which we used, and which delivered the car in perfect shape. There was a minor issue after delivery but, with Jeff's assistance, we were able to get it quickly settled to everyone's satisfaction. We're very happy with our new (to us) X5, and appreciate Jeff's help in completing this transaction. Last 4 service appointments have been atrocious. It's pretty clear that they're lacking enough car servicing technicians which I get and is completely acceptable. However, what is unacceptable is the fact that they don't give you realistic expectations on how long it will take to service your car, nor do they lend out loaner cars. and to add fuel to the fire they aren't responsive whatsoever while you're wondering when you might get the car. I was told this last time that I'd get it a couple hours after I turned it in that same day. Asked about 3-4 hours later if It'd be ready by the end of the day, get a response back "give me a minute" *45 min later* "hey we will get you your car first thing tomorrow morning". It's now currently noon of the next day and I haven't heard a word from Alberto the service salesman. It seems as if they book as many service appointments as possible for a day and then if you're not a big spending customer then you're treated like a second class citizen. I will never step foot in that dealership again. Terrible. read more

Had to have my BMW towed (bad starter). Schomp charged over double what every online mechanic priced. Then quoted several items they said was needed. Took my car into a reputable service shop who noted nothing wrong with those same two items. Schomp wanted $450 to replace a battery that tested fine and $2500 for an oil pan gasket replacement that was not a problem. Watch out for Schomp service. I was warned earlier as they tried to charge my friend $70 each to replace spark plugs (she thinks they figured they could get away with it cause she was a woman and wouldn't know any better) read more

I bought my 2012 BMW 535xi at this dealership. I had a bad experience with the service department in 2016 but they fixed the problem for no charge. However, about 5 months after having the brake pads replaced (the bad experience), I started feeling a shimmy when braking. Especially down hills. I got new tires and it didn't make a difference. I told the service advisor about the shimmy when I took it in for another repair and nothing. But worse yet...I had the tires rotated which requires them to take the tires off and expose the rotors. Given how my rotor look today, I don't see how a reputable, experienced technician could have missed the rotor damage. Did they see it and just not say anything because I didn't specifically call it out? Did they not rotate my tires? Very questionable situation. It's not like the rotors got that way in a 6 month period. Last time I was at Schomp for service, I noticed that they had a whole new crew of service advisors which should have been my clue that bad things were happening at this dealership. Schomp needs to clean it up and get back to being a dealership people want to tell their friends about. I'm glad I'm not dealing with them anymore because I moved out of Colorado. read more

So I brought my bmw m4 for service and for them to diagnose a few things on my m4. I had them diagnose a hood latch issue, when I brought the car in the hood hood would open and close, but when I got the car back from them I could not open the hood and the cable that was there before was gone... so I spoke to chris the service advisor and he said he would help me out with the issue, so he told me to schedule a appointment with service which was 6 weeks out, which is not a huge deal... but then on the day I was supposed to be coming in he texts me and is saying they can't help me with the issue they caused, unless I pay them $2000 for parts and labor for them to replace the cable.. Which is ridiculous because I was told something completely different, that they would look at it and waive any costs because it was something they did.. so I asked if I could have someone from higher management contact me and it's been a month and still nothing !!! and I have been reaching out to them every week if someone can reach out and help me out!! It's Honestly Unacceptable horrible customer service, and very unprofessional especially for a huge dealer chain.. I'm not happy about it and very disappointed in the horrible service that they offered me. Which this is not the first time! I would appreciate for management to actually take their time and reach out to me like they said they will and try to find a solution for this problem, because I'm not a happy customer and would not be bringing any of my bmw's in the future nor referring any of my family and friends to this establishment, until this issue gets resolved. Here's how good the service at Schomp BMW: when I showed up there last week, I had absolutely no intention of buying a car from this dealership. I was actually in the process of negotiating a purchase with another dealership, but I needed Schomp to help me with a warranty issue with the car I was trading in. However, I started talking to some folks there and began working with client advisor Mo Kayeni, who was simply excellent. He found me exactly the car I wanted -- a used Toyota Highlander -- was knowledgeable, friendly and just a good guy. I traded in my previous car and got a car for my wife. I was in and out in a couple of hours. Overall, I had a very pleasant buying experience at Schomp. Everything about the dealership is first rate, and everyone I've worked with there has been friendly, patient and easy to work with. read more
