Just had my oil changed here. Brought in a coupon and they refused to used it, even though it came from them. They state they give you a free car wash and vacuum as a part of the services, neither of those things happened. For the price you pay for an oil change ($120), these things should happen. Delt with Jeff and Ally who were not willing to let my wife and I test drive a used vehicle because another salesperson had a client "on their way" to also test drive. The other party was late for the appointment causing Jeff and Ally to stall as long as they could even though Jeff had keys in hand. Asked if the other customer had placed a deposit or something that would explain the hesitancy on letting us drive it we were told they did not. I've never delt with such a passive salesperson and "manager" who simply couldn't give us a good answer as to why we were forced to wait on someone else who had no skin in the game other than an appointment they ended up being 1 hour late to. This was a giant waste of time with complete incompetency. If you want to feel overlooked, confused and sales/management not being straightforward with you then this is you place for you but I will never give them my business! Went there for a test drive with Micah. Great guy, patient not pushy. Knows his stuff well and keeps it simple and honest. I'd buy a car from them if they have the right miles and price in their inventory. Followup has been great from their front desk as well. The only point to note here is they sometimes are not great with the handoff especially if the assigned person is with another client. I was asked by the original person assigned to walk to the car myself and open it up and check out the interiors, instead of him guiding me through their parking lot to locate the car. Love my BMW and it was time for my annual oil change and check up on my car - my service advisor Lucia was awesome! She greeted me when I got there and also asked if they could wash my car after the oil change and vehicle check, and she said absolutely! She came to me and explained everything before they started, cost etc and an amazing deal on the yearly offer for my oil changes and saved me a lot of money on my future oil changes. While I was waiting had an amazing iced vanilla latte on the house.. quite delicious- better than Starbucks- better than Starbucks ... on the house too! Saved me $6.00 and some change. The dealership is clean and very quiet. The bathrooms are amazingly spotless and clean. And may I say the showroom is a girls wildest dreams of her new BMW!! Only go here for service if you have money to burn. They will try and upsell you on everything. Even things that aren't needed. The representative was rude and dismissive . I had just had my car checked out somewhere else and everything came back great except for a pump that needed replacing and it was covered under warranty. Of course Schomp says I have a million problems with my car and I need to pay $200 just to diagnose what those problems are. I had them fix the pump issue and took it back to my regular place just to be sure everything looked good. Of course it came back saying my car is in good shape and nothing else is needed. read more

There was a repair that needed to be done to the car before I could purchase it, and that's where the communication stopped. No updates, no information, no responses via call/text. When I finally arrived to buy it, the sales guy seemed very upset that I took the time to read through the contract and sign everything. I brought my X3 in for a scheduled oil change. I picked it up the next day, parked it in my garage. I didn't drive it for 3 days. When I backed it out there was a huge oil stain on my garage floor. February 3rd- February 24th Ralph Schomp had my brand new X5 for a paint repair and a noise when it was cold. The shop foreman was caught driving my car when it was 71 degrees outside to go pick up Mexican food to see if they could find the "Noise" that I had while it was cold. They have swept it under the rug, didn't give any resolution and didn't prove that they held the shop foreman accountable. Stay away and watch out! I have video proof of him going into the restaurant to get food and being in my car for 42 minutes! Go to BMW Downtown. Incredibly nice but woefully incompetent service department. Three times in a row of poor service and I'm over it. First maintenance: should be done by 3:30. I'm sitting in the lobby until 5:00 and still no call even after texting. They wanted to charge for warranty/ first year service. New windshield: oh, we didn't know you wanted it calibrated so you don't get headaches by staring at a double vision blurry HUD. What? Charged for an extra day on my loaner and gasoline. But I returned it the day before they claim on the receipt with a full tank of gas. They claimed I drove 368 miles. Sounds like their staff was joy riding and then charged the customer. read more

Just bought new tires at Schomp BMW, saving money over Discount. Thank goodness for the road hazard warranty (included at Schomp BMW). Two weeks later, something in the road punctured a tire. Without the warranty, it would have cost over $500 for the one replacement tire. It makes a difference on who you get in service. HORRIBLE Customer Service on the sales team side including managers. Long review but I want to cover everything so I'm accurate on the events . On Wednesday June 18th 2025 my Step daughter and I came into Ralph Schomp BMW to purchase a Vehicle we had seen online, We waited for a sales person and met Gabe (sales guy) , We talked about a specific vehicle they had for sale and was looking at trading in a Ford f150 Blackwidow Custom truck and depending on the worth would pay the rest in cash. Went on a test drive and told Gabe we were ready for the next steps, A manager (Ben) had to assist to find the value of the truck (being a special addition Blackwidow ) , We waited in the dealership for well over 2 1/2 hours until we decided to go eat , they only came up to us 1 time within that 2 1/2 or more wait to say sorry were working on getting a value on the truck. Gabe said he would call us when they had a value and the build on the truck (note I sent them the build with the Vin number from the dealer and company that built the truck for Ford ) , 5pm ish came around so I called Gabe and he said " The shop sent me up to boulder so when I get back I will call you" NO call back , Next day Thursday the 19th 2025 I emailed Ben and called the sales manager to see if he had received the build specs yet , Well Gabe then send me an email and said " Chad , I told you yesterday I'm Off Thursdays." Not once did I hear or read that he was off on Thursdays in texts emails or in person same with my Step daughter, ok fine so I again called Ben (the sales manager) and he said the truck came back at $40,000 ( first it was $35,000 then $39,000 Now $40,000) also Ben told me he got the build on the truck but it was a different truck so he was comparing it to mine ( even though I sent the accurate build with Vin ) and said its only off by $1,100 dollars lol ok , I said ok I would like to trade the truck and 5 to 6 grand for the car which was dropped online another $500 bucks Wednesday night ( have pictures ) to $47,912 , so a difference of $1912.00 ok not bad I could even honor that because of how much we wanted the car I could up the cash , Ben told me " Let me see what I can do to make it happen and ill call you back" NO Call Thursday or Thursday night NO text , NO email Nothing, Ok Friday morning 10am June 20th 2025 I went to the website to look at the car again and it was gone. I called both Ben and Gabe since they both were working on this deal 3 to 4 times, left messages , NO call back NO answer till I kept calling the store , finally Ben came to the phone and I said you never called me back and now the car is off your site? , he said yes it sold yesterday Thursday ( Gabes day off) I said wait we were working on all this to complete the sale and he said well I don't know why Gabe didn't call you ! REALLY Ben said he would call Thursday after he figured some stuff out ( meaning making the deal happen) , Ben called around 1:15pm and said "Im sorry " wait really that's it no car no deal wait was I confused so I told him why didn't you call me when you said you would to make this deal happen and all he said was "sorry" I can try and find you another car , WHAT so basically I wasted 3 days on the vehicle we wanted that I thought they were working on and sold the car from underneath us and I get a sorry followed by a bunch of excuses and lies that he was called out on by me. So basically their customer service has gone from customer service to let's just make a sale anyway we can. So if you are looking at a vehicle from Ralph Schomp here are some tips. 1) Dress very sharp and expensive you will probably receive better customer service .( Saw it Wednesday while we were waiting) 2) DON'T leave the lot till the deal is done no matter what. 3) Make sure your sales person doesn't have an upcoming day off, they will sell sell sell even if you're making a deal or discussing a vehicle for purchase.( Yes that really happened) Sorry this is all Google will let me write. My recent vehicle purchase from Schomp BMW on 11/24/2025 was a deeply disappointing experience that directly contradicted the dealership's advertised "One Price. One Person. One Hour" commitment. The process was characterized by signficiant delays, poor communication, and a failure to address post-sale issues, falling far below the standard expected of a premium brand. My primary concerns are as follows: -A complete disregard for my time. Despite a clear 9:30am arrival and communication of a 12:30pm appointment, the purchase process extended to over 3.5 hours due to unexplained and frequent delays. My salesperson - Micah - was repeatedly unavailable, failed to communicate next steps, and left me unattended multiple times to the point where I had to have reception page him and personally seek help from the finance office. Even after I stated I was late for my appointment, he continued to attempt upsells, demonstrating a blatant disrespect for my schedule. -Failure to Honor a clear post-sale assurance. During the test drive, I noted the front end felt out of alignment. Micah assured me that Schomp had a 30 day post purchase inspection warranty on the vehicle and anything that was found in the post purchase inspection of the vehicle would be addressed (outside of the engine). I took the car to a Acura dealer and it was confirmed that the car needed a tire alignment, wheel balance and they also found the rotors were warped and the brakes were between 4-5mm, a direct contradiction of the dealership's own "Multi Point Inspection Form" which falsely recorded them to be at 7mm "or greater". This is not a simple oversight, it is a misleading document. Despite multiple attempts via email, phone call and multiple texts, it took over 5 days to receive the dismissive reply "I did not have luck with the alignment". A detailed email was sent to the General Sales Manager for resolution before the 30 day "warranty/guarantee" expired - I'm still waiting. -Unacceptable vehicle condition at delivery. The interior was saturated with an overpowering, non-optional fragrance that has caused persistent headaches and remains a nuisance - an unprofessional and intrusive detailing choice for a delivered vehicle. The pattern of poor communication, disregard for commitments, and provision of inaccurate documentation reflects a systemic failure in customer care. Shop elsewhere. read more
