It's not tiny, but it's not huge. Lots of options for each thing we needed. Bright and open, nicely arranged, tons of things you need- and don't, plenty of impulse buy stuff set around, so watch yourself. Prices for those, and in general, are maybe a little high, but the location will be handy for many people and you can avoid the hassle and gas use of going to a big box. The store was busy. All the workers were busy. But they all made sure to greet every customer & follow up with offers of help. The building's above 100 years old. It reminded me, while I was waiting, of the small town hardware shops my grandpa & I would hit when we needed supplies between roofing jobs. That was a great memory for me. He also showed me exactly how to use my tools and products. I actually used a mallet for the first time in the store. This gave me the confidence to wield my mighty mallet alone at home. It's a small local business. It ridiculous to think they can price match Amazon, Lowe's or Home Depot. I always go to this location when I need help and I'm happy to pay a tiny bit more for my items. They guys really know what needs to be done.
