However, this place has a great reputation and their IG also shares events they host once in a while. I spoke with Jordan and asked questions about things I was looking to get done. Most are cosmetic, which they don't do, but he recommended a few places for me to try for the things I do want. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The store has lots of merch including t-shirts, hats, accessories, you name it, they probably have it. It's very clean inside and the employees were all nice and ready to help out. Beware of bait and switch tactics!…read more Ordered some Verus Engineering LCAs from these guys because they were priced lower than other retailers online ($565 vs $724). Throughout the years I have heard of vivid and know that they have been around so I placed an order. I get an email from them a day later stating that there was an error on the pricing listed on their site and that to proceed, they'd need me to pay the difference. Knowing that the price on their website reflected a lower price, which prompted me to purchase in the first place, I questioned why they wouldn't honer their listed pricing on the website and they simply just blamed verus for changing their prices. This seemed sketchy to me and off of principal, I told them to just cancel my order and refund me. Now after a full week I still see the price of the same LCA listed for $565 with no corrections made to reflect the real pricing. This further confirms their dishonesty in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this company. Check online for other instances of bad experiences others have had because chances are it is true.
