Terrible service. No mention of Happy Hour menu. Overcooked calamari. Chicken parm pounded out so thin the only thing you taste is breading and oil. Stale bread. 2nd time I gave the place a try and won't go back

The food was good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance was inviting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Only small complaint is the server seemed to be rushing a lot, particularly when she wanted to clear plates. She would reach for the plate first and then ask if you're done. A few people in my group had to tell her they're still picking at their food.

I'll cut right to the chase - Scoogis was the highlight of my family's weekend. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of food and service we received. I made a reservation for a party of 4 at 1:00 PM. The parking lot situation wasn't bad with the exception of a couple spots being covered in mounds of snow. We arrived around 12:35 PM and were able to be seated immediately. Michael was our server and he was fantastic. Checked in on us regularly and was the sweetest soul. To start, we ordered the tempura cauliflower. It was perfectly tasty and crisp. We requested the sauce on the side because I didn't want to smother the cauliflower in the General Froy's sauce (similar to General Tso sauce). The sauce was awesome. Eggplant parm had a sweet sauce with al-dente pasta topped with cheese. It had a lot of flavor and was a nicely sized portion for the price! The cannoli was my happy ending. I'm a sucker for a cannoli and this had the creamiest ricotta filling. I couldn't have asked for a better dessert choice. Thank you for the freshest food and amazing service, Scoogis! We'll be dining here again!

Attended my god-daughters graduation from Medical College and everything was spectacular! Chicken parmigiana simply delicious. Kudos on selecting a great place.

I've been wanting to stop by ever since I saw Lil Snuff's video. The food was amazing and the staff was fantastic! You have to get the tomahawk pork chop--it's a must. The mussels and the crab and lobster bisque were both excellent. I'm very picky about where I eat, and this place is outstanding!

Called at 5:30 hoping for reservations for 7pm, was told absolutely and seated immediately when arrived. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Restaurant was much bigger than it looked from the outside and the decor inside was really really nice[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], [[HIGHLIGHT]]we were seated in the rear dining room and the only negative comment (it's just our opinion) it was very very dark in that dining room.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I noticed the other seating areas had much more lighting. To dark for us where as next time we would ask to be seated in the other areas.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Other than that the food was amazing, start to to finish. Bang bang shrimp amazing! Ceasar salad, one of the best, all entrees were huge portions and so good.. Desserts were HUGE enough for 3 people to share one. At least ours were. Definitely will go back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Highly recommend for groups also, spacious seating areas, service was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Like I said only negative was a bit too dark in the back dining room.

I stumbled across this gem while driving by initially, then they popped up on my TikTok! I loved their name so I decided to make a reservation and go. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As soon as you walk in you are greeted, and the place has a lively atmosphere to it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waitress immediately greeted us upon sitting down and went over the current specials in the establishment. I started with a winter drink "Partridge in a Pear Tree" which was divine! I ordered the calamari and swapped for their special sauce as a dipping sauce. The calamari was so fresh and tender OMG! For my main, I got a Ribeye steak, medium and yall... it was DELICIOUS! The char on the steak was amazing, my sweet potatoes on the side were fork tender. Overall, please please give them a try you will NOT be disappointed!

Stopped in after Movie Tavern. Natalie our server was outstanding with detailed explanation of menu and specials. Super attentive service. We went with Tuna poke, Pasta Fagioli, Fra Diavalo, Special Spinach ravioli with shrimp, scallops, pesto. Drinks of Limone Spritz, Ice Tea, Limoncello. All hot, seafood fresh, pasta the right firmness. We look forward to next visit. Highly recommended.

I'm home in the Philadelphia area visiting and we as a family we went again! Another great experience, the service was impeccable and the food was delicious ! I've never had mussels in a red sauce but it was sooooo good !!!! I also enjoyed my entree of the tour of Italy. And yes again! I'll be back lol!

    Filet Mignon

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Super spacious and cute inside![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server was amazing and food came out really quick. The cheesesteak spring rolls were SOOO good, highly recommend!! I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu, 10/10

My partner and I love Scoogis. I really debated about sharing this place because honestly, gatekeeping is tempting... but hey, 2025 is my year of sharing the love. Anywho our mission is to literally conquer the entire menu until we find something we don't like. Spoiler: after five visits, we're still waiting for disappointment to show up. (It hasn't.) [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe is cozy and I didn't feel out of place wearing my winter combat boats.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The people are always so nice! Trust me, once you visit, you'll be plotting your next trip back before the check even hits the table. parking sucks! Sorry!!

The waitress had no patience at all when you take order. You can hardly call it a service.

The outdoor dining area, suitable and open during warmer weather, has ample seating. The menu features primarily Italian and Italian-inspired dishes. I really enjoyed my selections--the roasted cauliflower and small pizza (both pictured). The toasted cauliflower was tasty, and the small pizza was definitely sufficient for 2 people. I tried to refrain from the eating the whole thing in one sitting, but I failed in that regard. It was so good. The service was attentive and friendly, and I enjoyed being able to sign up for the frequent dining program through Toast, allowing me to access my loyalty earnings in one place along with other establishments that also participate.

Service like that always makes a difference and he made the experience feel really relaxed and welcoming. The space itself is cute and has a really nice vibe. They have a grass wall that makes a perfect photo backdrop, but just a heads up -- you'll need a larger table in front of it to sit there. If you're hoping to grab that spot for pictures, definitely come with a group of four or more. Another huge plus: free parking. If you know Philly, you know that alone is a win. It made getting there and leaving super easy. Making a reservation was also simple, and the crowd when we went was really diverse, which I always appreciate. Now the important part -- the food and drinks were great. I loved my drinks and everything we ordered hit the mark. One thing I really appreciated was the avocado toast, which was made with actual fresh avocado instead of one of those pre-made spreads a lot of places use. You can definitely taste the difference. Overall it was a really solid experience with good food, good drinks, great service, and a fun atmosphere. I'd absolutely come back.
