    Ice cream scoop

Love this ice cream place. They always have unique flavors that have a great taste. There aren't any seats inside but there are a few chairs/benches outside.

I absolutely LOVE Scoop and apparently many people in Richmond do too! When we got there this evening, the line was out the door! The service was great though, and they worked to get everyone served quickly. I love anything lavender and they currently have a lavender honeycomb flavor that is to die for! I was stumped on my second flavor choice, as they all sounded amazing, but the guy serving me suggested crème brûlée as a good pairing. Such a good sweet treat that really hit the spot!

West is banana pudding. North is triple berry cobbler. East is strawberry. South- I don't know because I was too focused on my ice cream

Don't come here unless you're okay with becoming ADDICTED to them. I've been coming here with my medical school buddies every time we hang out. Even this past weekend, my friend came down from NJ and he had to stop by Scoop before he left. I might be lactose intolerant but I endure the pain for this ice cream. I love them

I typically prefer a plain flavored ice cream, and this place didn't really have any (no regular vanilla, only a mint cookies and cream option, etc.) The ice cream texture was creamy but overly sweet. The service was excellent and the inside is cute, so if you like more adventurous flavors you might enjoy this place!

Outstanding. Best Cookie Dough I've ever had. Waffle Cone is so fresh & tasty as well. Very likely THE best Ice Cream in RVA.

A MUST TRY! I can't wait to go back and try another unique delicious ice cream! Totally deserves its #26 of top 100 ice cream locations as their sign said! I had the lavender honeycomb- normally not a flavor I would go for but it was amazing. So unique. Creamy and crunchy and perfect in one bite! Service was great! Very friendly and he let me try four flavors because I was very indecisive because each flavor was super yummy! Cute store but it didn't matter it was all about the ice cream! Little outdoor seating area.

Good vegan/dairy free options on a very cute street in Richmond. Prices were reasonable and service was good so we will be back!

Brown sugar cookie dough and chocolate peanut butter pretzel

My husband and I stopped by on a whim after we had dinner nearby. It's such a cute shop and all the employees were really friendly. I ordered the single which came with two scoops. I chose the chocolate peanut butter pretzel (which was vegan but still so creamy and delicious) and brown sugar cookie dough (cookie dough is my go to and the brown sugar element really was a tasty addition). It's located on one of my favorite streets in Richmond so I'm sure I'll be going back again.

A hidden gem in the Fan. This is a small ice cream shop that requests only 8 customers in the store at a time. The menu is plentiful with yummy flavors that include gluten free and vegan options. I had a mini of the raspberry chip. My second choice was going to be the sea salt chocolate malt. Next time. It was creamy and delicious. Very filling for a little cup which is great. You can get a loyalty card: 12 purchases get you 1 free. No restroom which I unfortunately really needed while walking about.

I enjoyed my visit to Scoop! The server was very kind and offered me a taste test the place was pretty chill for an early Sunday afternoon. I was able to taste test a couple of options: the caramel blondie and the mint cookies and cream. Both were great, but I went with the mint cookies and cream because it reminded me of my childhood. There is seating outside and I would consider this spot to be trendy.

Absolutely flabbergasted that I have never written a review, because scoop is my all time favorite ice cream place on the east coast. I am a fiend for any permutation of their strawberry sorbet, whether it's hibiscus or rose. I'm always sad when it's not in season, but their mango sorbet is a close second, along with all the other awesome, experimental flavors. Truly a Richmond staple that keeps me coming back time and time again. ily scoop ty for the memories

I ordered several of the savory scones and a couple of cookies and loved them all. Both the cookies and scones vary by flavor but we had a sweet potato scone and a lavender flavored scone. I would not normally have ordered a lavender flavored anything but my wife loves it and I am glad she does. I tried it and struggled to leave any for her. I at almost the entire scone. The sweet potato was equally as good but with a much milder flavor. And the cookies....out of this world! The servers were friendly but nothing over the top. They seemed to be a cog in the machine and churning out orders. Overall, a cute little, vegan, spot with really good pastries and coffee. Head caution on the milkshakes if you are not use to vegan milkshakes. While they taste good, at least to me, they are wildly different than an cows milk milkshake. Alot of people are shocked by this and turned off by the flavor.

The key lime pie was yummy and we're were struggling to eat while standing so I put the cheesecake in my bag for later. Unfortunately it melted by the time I got to my car so I didn't get to try it.

I was there to pick up a DoorDash order for someone else, but based on the way I was treated, I can guarantee you I will not be choosing to spend my own money at this establishment. I ultimately had to ask another customer who was standing in line if they knew where to pick up a DoorDash order. The entire experience was incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or, at the very least, "We'll be with you in a moment" would have made a huge difference.

I had been here once before and ordered my friend a birthday mini fruit tart and myself a cake. I remember wishing the cake was a bit more moist and curious to try other desserts. They have more of a takeout situation here, so I ordered my sweets to go and ate them at home. It's pretty tiny shop. I loved the cheesecake the most. The passionfruit tart was fun, although with passionfruit as the base flavor I wish there were more tropical topping and then maybe a plain custard one with the berries. It was still tasty. I'd recommend stopping by if you're in the area looking for some dessert.

It was brusque but mostly not overtly rude, perhaps they were just busy getting ready. I ordered the charcuterie board ($28), a chicken salad croissant sandwich ($14), and the Lavender Bees Knees ($8). The drink was very pretty but not super flavorful. The chicken salad was good enough, but I think the croissant alone would have been wonderful. The charcuterie board had a substitutions I was not made aware of upon ordering (no pepper jelly, blanched almonds instead of candied pecans, and a green onion mixed type goat cheese with bacon in it instead of maple bacon goat cheese). They did add little pickles and the presentation was pretty enough, but no flowers like the owner posted photo on here. The meat was pretty thick which could be a positive or negative depending on personal preference, and the meat was decent quality. The fig jam was very good. The waitress who was helping the other tables had brought my food out but didn't check on me at all. I had to go up to the counter again to order a cinnamon roll ($8) and a coffee ($5) which she brought out to me. The coffee was nice and dark (Cameo blend) and incredibly hot. The cinnamon roll was okay, not very much cinnamon flavor but it was delicate and the icing was decent. The interior was pretty and it was a good spot to read a book and spend a morning.
