Im giving a 4 star because the people working were the absolute best! The inside is so cute and makes you feel like you're in an original ice cream shop. The ice cream was ok. The waffles cones are made in house and they are probably the best cones I have ever had, but the actual ice cream was a little on the icey side, they made all their flavors in house and have a ton of options. Im my opinion, if they could use a higher fat cream in their product it would make the flavor 100x better, I missed the creaminess. It was definitely a fun experience and the cones were amazing, but with the cost and flavor, I might hit the DQ up the street in the future. read more

It was a real treat to taste so many unique flavors and be served with such patience. We were initially surprised not to see classic flavors in the case; however, upon further learning, all ice cream flavors at Scoops include a base flavor with add-ins! So don't hesitate to ask about flavors not in the case, as they usually have 70-86 flavors available at one time! I love how inclusive this place is and how nice the staff are. My one criticism is they open later in the day. The good thing is that the employees wear masks and appear to be taking the proper precautions. First frustrating thing is the online menu does not reflect what they actually have in the store. The person I was with craved licorice ice cream - and Scoops advertises it on the website. However, the employee told me they had not made any in a while, even though it's still advertised as available on the website. This may have been a short time but around 2-3pm we tried to get a shake and it was closed. As far as your prices, your ice cream is great and glad you hand make each flavor. In this time where the economy is out of control I urge you to see about other alternatives. There is a fair processing plant not 5 miles from you have you tried getting discount bulk creams through them ? If you can lower costs your repeat clientele will grow. But ice cream is a item which people will avoid when the economy is like it is now. Try running special flavor prices or discount days and see the benefits. Very poor service. The guy behind the counter was wiping the sneeze guard and even though we said we were ready to order, he said 'let me just finish and then I can help you'. A minute later he came and took our order. The ice cream itself is not that special. The cones were pretty good though. My ice cream had what looked like a hair in it. He definitely saw it as he handed it over. But didn't offer to take it back. The other guy sort of watched us from a door way. All in all, an experience I won't repeat. Worst service we've ever encountered! Sat there for 20 minutes while the server walked by about 4 times without acknowledging we were there. We were the only ones who hadn't ordered yet. We left and went to Dairy Queen where we were promptly served! After reviewing the stores reply it is obvious that with a smart ass like Robert in charge it is no wonder why service sucks. The dumbass completely missed the point. We are aware of restrictions and deal with them all the time. All the server had to do was acknowledge our presence and say " we'll be with you as soon as we can" and we would of been fine.
