Providing stellar Customer Service seems to be their mantra! Recently, I noticed on of my tires leaking approx. 5lbs of air every two weeks. I took the car into Budget Tire Center and within 20 minutes the car was back on the road. A staff member explained to me that they had discovered a small piece of metal in the tire. They remedied the situation and the tire was good as new. Since I had bought the tires there --- NO CHARGE!!

Still wasn't done. So I took the car home. A few months later I bought 4 Michelin climate2 tires ($1300) from them. When I was due for a balance and rotation I dropped the car off. They said it'll be a couple hours. 2.5 hours later I called to check on it. They said it'll be another couple hours. I reminded the guy what happened when I was there for an alignment. His response was. We are 1 of 3 tire services on cedar st. I guess he was telling me if I didn't like it. There are other tire places down the street. I bought my tires there. The balance and rotation was part of the purchase. Very good customer service. I believe his name was either Bill or Brian.

The facility is really clean and organized, the lobby is comfortable (with AC and free WiFi!), and all 3 employees were so thoughtful and knowledgeable. Anthony greeted me when I first pulled up for my oil change and was extremely helpful. He checked my lights and tire pressure. I ended up also getting my brakes replaced because I was planning to do that anyway and had no idea that was something Jiffy Lube offered! The price is great too. Sometimes I feel like mechanics and oil change places are pushy or try to upsell me but I didn't get that here at all. Ivo did a great job replacing my oil and Tamia simultaneously worked on replacing my air filter and then helped close me out while the other two finished my tire rotation. Everyone seemed to work really well as a team and it was one of the fastest and most efficient services I've ever had. 10/10 recommend this place if you want fast and courteous service from employees who really care about both your vehicle and making sure you have a positive experience!
