I brought my sons yamaha 250 for a chain replacement and carburetor cleaning, the man said it will take 4 days! that is way to long for a chain replacement and carburetor cleaning, but i still left the bike and returned after 4 days, once i returned he said it will take one more day and quoted me over 150$, then i requested for the bike back, once i did he kept denying till he ended up giving it back, once he gave it back i had a look at the bike, the bike seemed like it was dropped on its side, and grips and throttle was damaged, the hour meter also went up by 3 and the bike itself looked dinged up, i had told the owner about this and he was denying that it was already like that, and refused to pay for any damages, please do not come here they will scam you! read more

Just like all the other negative reviews . I would absolutely give this business a ZERO star "O" out of 5 if possible. First time attempting to conduct business with them for shaving down an out put shaft for a small motor for a mini bike. the owner took it in and wrote me down a paper for service said it would be done the next day. Called again the following made an excuse about his employee not showing up it would be done by Friday of that same week. Friday comes along and makes up the same excuse. I didn't bother calling back until wednesday the following week. Then he gives me the same excuse a 3rd time. I decided to make a run there to grab the motor and come to find out he lied over the phone about his employee not showing up and there he was working. he acted surprised when I showed up and told me just give him til tomorrow . His employee offered to get it done for me right there on the spot explaining it would only take 15 min . The owner got super upset and gave me the worst attitude and told me to get my motor and leave his store. I walked out feeling like I wasted my time dealing with the most unprofessional small business experience as I run a business myself! Never again!!!!! This business is by far the worse service and customer service i have ever received for any type of business. I took 3 pieces of equipment in and was told it would be done in 7-10 days. No problem after 1 month i went down the pick all my stuff up completed or not. I spoke with the fat guy who sits in the office and told him i wasn't going to wait any longer and just wanted to pick up my equipment. He told me he wouldn't give anything to me unless i had a piece of paper. i told him i didn't have it, but he could look my name up. he told me he wouldn't do anything without the paperwork got in my face and told his employees he was fasting that's why he was irritated but wasn't worried because he would take me down if i even thought of touching him. Reality is he couldn't find any paper because the office looks like a recycling bin. I came back with the paper and all my equipment was miraculously sitting at the door waiting for me at the door. Hands down the worst employees and business i've dealt with in 40 years. read more

I give this place Zero stars. I took my son E scooter here to get the back tire repaired. The owner told me it's best to go with the non tube tire because it would prevent flats in the future, I agreed. It took over 1 month before I got the scooter back. I was told by the owner that he was waiy for a special, specific, screw he needed, which really made no sense because he was only changing the tire so, he should have been able to use the screw that was already on the rim, any how To make a long story short my son E scooter road very shaky, and bump. I told the owner about it , he said my son must be jumping off curves and riding reckless. The tire he sold me that took over 1 month to get back was used & wore out , that's why the ride was so bumpy. He never told me about the 30 day warranty until the warranty expired, then he wanted to mention warranty. I never checked the thread of the tire I took his word for it. I had to take the E scooter to another repair shop to find out the tire was bad. This man is not honest or trustworthy. I spent Hundreds of dollars with that man over a period of time getting my other sons Dirt Bike tire fixed, or purchasing a pressure washer , I could not believe he would do bad business like this. Do yourself a favor and don't even think about going here. These guys are incompetent. I brought in my scooter- it was throwing a '33' error code. After paying 400 bucks they told me it was fixed- but of course it wasn't. I had to bring the scooter back to the shop multiple times- each time they said it was fixed- of course it wasn't. It is still throwing the error even after clearing the CLEP codes. The code indicates a problem with the fuel injector- but they did nothing to address the problem. They replaced the fuel pump- this did NOT fix the issue. The owner is rude to his customers. While there, I witnessed multiple customers complaining about the lack of knowledge and poor workmanship at this repair shop. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Bought a used chipper on Let-Go and it wouldn't stay running so I found Scooters through Google. I appreciate that when I dropped it off they called me before starting work to let me know costs so I could decide if I wanted to spend the money for a new carburetor or not. My item was tagged w my info when I dropped it off and I was shown the perfectly running chipper before I loaded it up to take home. The owners were friendly and helpful and so was the staff. read more

Brought in our 4 generators to be repaired, was told they would look at them, and let us know what it would take to fix them. A few months went by i called and spoke with Hatam he assured me he would have their mechanic look at it but was out at that time i proceeded to call 3 more times since then and continue to get the same run around the mechanic is busy or not there. So needless to say they have been in their shop to be looked at for the last 8 MONTHS, and now cant get anyone to answer their phone. My advice take your small engine repairs to someone else, they are not trustworthy or reliable at all! read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a small go-kart and needed a master link (chain) because ours popped off. They said they didn't have that size and told me to purchase a new chain that they had and it would fit. I went ahead and purchased it and 3 extra master links. Went home it didn't fit. Called them and was told to bring the entire go kart and they would fix it. 3 weeks passed and no call. I called them and was told "yes it's ready come pick it up". After driving an hour to get there they tell me ohh no sorry yours was not the one that's ready we will call you. One more week passes an I call and the owner tells me they couldn't do anything. When I went to pick up they had me wait an hour for the guy that was fixing my go kart for nothing because when he got there he said he was to busy to see me. I asked for a refund for the chain that the owner sold us wao was he rude. I said ok I'll take the chain plus the extra master links I bought and he looked at me like I was crazy. He said I don't know where they are. "You are not the only customer there is a lot of parts back there. They only care about making money here. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE. The WORST service I have EVER encountered. These are just low life guys trying to make some easy cash at your expense. All of the people working there are in dire need of a "Customer Service 101" class, ESPECIALLY the manager who is only interested in his best interest rather than the customer, and only manages to say "me..me...me" when you talk to him. I will never come back to this place and I wish there could've been a review for me to read that would say to not come here. These people do not deserve your money.
