While out, the need for caffeine arose and we found this cute little coffee shop sitting here all nestled in a parking lot. The coffee place was not full at all so we did not have to wait for greatness. We choose to go in through the drive thru a wonderful voice came over the box and asked, "how we are feeling and doing!" The menu board was filled with so many different flavors of coffee. Very easy to comprehend. It's one of those things, " one of everything!" Of course, that's next time ! The holiday favorites are all about and around the menu in full display and fun coloring . So let's keep it seasonally happy, the desire to have a "sugar cookie latte iced." We pulled up to the window and the cashier was super excited and nice. Upon paying we got to play a trivia game that we were informed changed each day . Here was the trivia question of the day. What state was recorded to have a temp -70 degrees? Montana, North Dakota, Maine, or Oregon. The answer was: Montana . For your correct answer you get a sucker! How cute? Is this! You involve the customer to feel comfortable and confident and start a conversation. Wonderful! With all our new found knowledge and wisdom it's time to sip this sugar cookie latte iced. All that whipped cream and sprinkle that first sip you feel the best of all things . The caffeine just perfectly balanced melts your body and your body is mesmerized. The joy of this drink. Oh my! I went up to the window 2 minutes before they closed and they told me they were closed and that they don't make re-drinks unless they were made incorrectly. So this is my first time trying this place out obviously I was curious about it. Otherwise I wouldn't have gone there. I was looking at the I think it's called sticky monkey or something. I don't remember what it's called but it's a I think caramel banana chocolate shake. Didn't realize it was a shake, and I didn't realize you can add coffee to the shakes, which is crazy. It's not crazy, but it's cool so I did get an iced caramelicious with coconut milk. It was really good, but it was a little bit more sweet than what I originally like. Always enjoy a special trip to Scooters when I'm out near Sunset Park off of Eastern and Warm Springs. Their coffee specialty drinks are super sweet just like their Customer Service. Something about their coffee just stands out. Wish that I could find this kind of coffee on every corner. They always have a different trivia question at the customer window when picking up the drink and their service is always with a smile. The service is a 0/10. I've been twice and both times the person taking my order is incredibly rude. 1st time I came I asked how many came in a donut hole because I saw 2 different prices but couldn't see and she goes "1?" and I'm like the other isn't a deal? And she goes "oh yeah" and then proceeds to tell me it's 3. Then today I came and unfortunately my ac was high today while I approached the ordering window and while turning it down all I heard was "Would you like to try *blank blank blank* or a *insert a type of donut*" and I went "oh yeah I'll try your maple sandwich and she goes "so no donut?" The Co owner Amy is a nasty person, very disrespectful to me. It's sad she is able to represent Veterans and she treats customers this way. Her employees tried keeping my change twice thinking I said they could have it as a tip. Also put extra items in my bag that I didn't ask for and charged to my acct when confronted Manager stated she would not be giving me a refund. Completely talked over me ,couldn't get a word in. The staff is so friendly every single time I go! I love the "scoot on around" after taking your order, cutest thing ever! I always get a Large Iced Almond Joy latte and it taste the same each time. The Mounds latte is a good second. They also have a spicy sausage burrito which is yummy, not spicy at all. Not sure when other says it's small but it's a pretty good sized breakfast burrito to me. Scooter's was a happy nearby find that has become the favorite coffee stop when in Vegas. Visited the record store nearby and stopped here for some go juice. The charming little convenient drive thru reminded me of Oregon. A quaint compilation of goodness. Outstanding customer service and delicious coffee. Scooter shooter was a buzz to wake you up and keep you going throughout the day. The classic espresso was also on point. Really good quality coffee on the go. Their daily trivia was a fun tidbit. Service is usually very good. I've been here four times. This is the fifth twice. I had an issue ordering when I get to the window. I'm handed totally different than what I think I'm ordering the beautiful thing about it. Is that the people working? There are courteous and glad to exchange it, but I feel very guilty, about speaking up on my order I don't wanna feel like that. The drink was ok. Gamma Nut iced coffee. Scooters is one of our favorite grab-and-go coffee drive-thru spots. If I am not mistaken, after talking to one of the baristas, our local franchises are veteran-owned, so we love supporting those from our military community. I also learned about the different local and national nonprofits that they've supported with donations when I asked for the nonprofit I have the privilege of working for. The baristas are always kind and full of energy -- even those working the opening shift. I am a little sad that their sugar cookie drinks are seasonal. Right now they have their birthday cake drinks to celebrate Scooter's 25th anniversary. If you're a fan of almond flavoring (I believe that's what it was) or Crumbl's pink sugar cookie I'd recommend this flavor. Otherwise, my go-to drinks are turtle or candy bar blenders with an extra shot of espresso. I would recommend downloading their app and creating an account to earn free drinks through their rewards system. read more

I drove so far to get here OK it was a little bit under 10 miles but it felt like a daytrip. I had seen an advertisement somewhere that they had sugar cookie lattes and I wanted one. And so that's what I did I went and got one and I was also hungry. I drove there and there's only a drive-through which is fine I wasn't really planning on going in and spending a lot of time anyway because I got there half an hour before closing. The lady at the drive-through was so nice. She was really super friendly and I ordered my latte and then I ordered the bacon egg burrito wrap breakfast thing. My drink really didn't remind me of a sugar cookie it definitely had maybe a holiday flare to it it was almost a teeny bit spicy which I wasn't expecting I was expecting it to be more sweet. The coffee was good. But that's it it was just only good and it's not worth it for me to probably drive here very often. The bacon burrito wrap did not look anything close to what the picture looks like on the menu and we all know that food normally doesn't look like it does on the menu but this didn't have any element of what the picture actually look like. It just was like a sad microwaved burrito that was really hot. And I'm not stupid I'm well aware that I was probably going to get a microwaved burrito. I got about halfway through it and there was just something extremely chewy I'm going to assume bacon and I just couldn't continue eating it. It was a complete waste of money and I'm glad I was eating it in the dark in my car because it just looked gross. The coffee sucked. I don't know how they could mess up an iced latte, but it tasted like very watered down coffee; the vanilla flavor was nonexistent. The chai was OK, but I definitely would not recommend it. The only good part was the bagel sandwiches, they were very fresh but a little bit hard to chew on. I have had my eye on this place since I pass by at last once a week. Today I stopped in to try them out. Easy to locate right off of Warm Springs and Eastern and strictly drive thru. I pulled up and glanced at the menu! Wow! All kinds of coffee drinks to choose from including all the fall offerings which for me is "no bueno". I ordered my usual matcha latte. I have to try them everywhere. The young woman who was serving was named India. She provided the best service. As she handed me my drink, she asked me to try it to make sure that I liked it. Okay, who else does this?? No other drink place I have ever been. I told her it was my first time and she provided me with info about their app and obtaining points for free drinks. She really made my visit worth 5 stars and India is a rockstar! I definitely plan to add this place in my weekly rotation of drink spots as I perused the menu when I got home and saw plenty more concoctions that I would like to try! I was in that area at the .99 cent store, thought I'd try them again since it's been a year. No difference, it was ok. I don't think I can get into liking them. I got the maple vanilla iced latte with no whip cream and 1% milk. The maple tasted kind of funny, left a bad aftertaste and wasn't that sweet, kind of bland.
