Sugar cookie latte extra special sprinkles please !
    Susan R.

Scoot along here to see what's happening! It's coffee and all the good stuff that makes it worth while . While out, the need for caffeine arose and we found this cute little coffee shop sitting here all nestled in a parking lot. The coffee place was not full at all so we did not have to wait for greatness. We choose to go in through the drive thru a wonderful voice came over the box and asked, "how we are feeling and doing!" The menu board was filled with so many different flavors of coffee. Very easy to comprehend. It's one of those things, " one of everything!" Of course, that's next time ! The holiday favorites are all about and around the menu in full display and fun coloring . So let's keep it seasonally happy, the desire to have a "sugar cookie latte iced." We pulled up to the window and the cashier was super excited and nice. Upon paying we got to play a trivia game that we were informed changed each day . Here was the trivia question of the day. What state was recorded to have a temp -70 degrees? Montana, North Dakota, Maine, or Oregon. The answer was: Montana . For your correct answer you get a sucker! How cute? Is this! You involve the customer to feel comfortable and confident and start a conversation. Wonderful! With all our new found knowledge and wisdom it's time to sip this sugar cookie latte iced. All that whipped cream and sprinkle that first sip you feel the best of all things . The caffeine just perfectly balanced melts your body and your body is mesmerized. The joy of this drink. Oh my! The mystery of that sip leads to more and more until it's gone. Perhaps next time we will try the gingerbread latte.

So this is my first time trying this place out obviously I was curious about it. Otherwise I wouldn't have gone there. I was looking at the I think it's called sticky monkey or something. I don't remember what it's called but it's a I think caramel banana chocolate shake. Didn't realize it was a shake, and I didn't realize you can add coffee to the shakes, which is crazy. It's not crazy, but it's cool so I did get an iced caramelicious with coconut milk. It was really good, but it was a little bit more sweet than what I originally like. I would take my mother back though because she loves sweet drinks. The people are really nice as well. The guy at the window was super friendly and they were quick.

Always enjoy a special trip to Scooters when I'm out near Sunset Park off of Eastern and Warm Springs. Their coffee specialty drinks are super sweet just like their Customer Service. Something about their coffee just stands out. Wish that I could find this kind of coffee on every corner. They always have a different trivia question at the customer window when picking up the drink and their service is always with a smile. The coffee not strong very mild and whipped cream is the perfect topping every time to any of their coffees, hot or cold just so delicious! Perfect for a sunny warm winter day:)

I have loved Scooters coffee since we lived in Casper, Wyoming! Coming back to the Vegas valley I was very pleasantly surprised to see there are 2 locations!! The coffee is always awesome and less money than other coffee places! Staff are so friendly! Since they are only a drive through we can't review the inside yet from what you can see through the drive through window, it looks very clean. This Scooters is Veteran owned and operated. Please support our Veterans and scoot over to Scooters!!!

The service is a 0/10. I've been twice and both times the person taking my order is incredibly rude. 1st time I came I asked how many came in a donut hole because I saw 2 different prices but couldn't see and she goes "1?" and I'm like the other isn't a deal? And she goes "oh yeah" and then proceeds to tell me it's 3. Then today I came and unfortunately my ac was high today while I approached the ordering window and while turning it down all I heard was "Would you like to try *blank blank blank* or a *insert a type of donut*" and I went "oh yeah I'll try your maple sandwich and she goes "so no donut?" With a snooty attitude. I get it people sometimes can just blatantly ignore you but I said back "I would love to try" meaning I was listening to you I thought you also listed a breakfast sandwich. It's so sad because the coffee is a 10/10 and my maple sandwich was good! I guess with the rude staff ambiance is 0/10 because there were no good vibes . Maybe 3rd times the charm?

    Details of deal

Terrible customer service from the pregnant lady taking orders. While ordering i brought up the BOGO deal and she said it was only for Sunday (mother's day) once i arrived at the window She refused to honor my BOGO deal, claiming she knew nothing about it even though my app was scanned and the reward toggle was turned on. I showed her the details of the deal on app and Instead of fixing it, she acted clueless and told me I had to buy another drink for the deal to apply lol Whatttt

This is the place everybody should try right here on Eastern on the corner of eastern and Warm springs

OK, I am so hooked on this place. The coffee is great. The drip coffee is great but the hot cocoa oh my goodness but you have to get an extra extra extra hot and the daily trivia question. Oh my goodness the service is phenomenal. This is a great place not expensive just right You guys gotta try it.

I currently live in Omaha, NE, the home of Scooter's where they dominate the market, and I can't express the joy in my heart to know there is now a Scooter's in Las Vegas as we are relocating there soon. Are there plans to add another location?

A friend recommended we stop here for breakfast or lunch on our way to Zion, Utah. We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.
