Anytime I come here I get fast service. The morning staff seem a little more upbeat and welcoming. The evening staff aren't rude but they just seem more task focused instead of trying to deliver over the top customer service. That part doesn't bother me, I rather have my order quicker and correct than extra smiles and pleasantries. My personal opinion. The toilet in the women's restroom is horrible. You have to flush it a minimum of 3 times just for #1 and toilet paper to go down. They even have a sign about needing it to be flushed multiple times. I don't understand how this is a problem when this store was recently renovated and the toilet wasn't messed up prior to the remodeling. Why can't this be fixed. This is why they lost a star. I've popped in to the Starbucks a couple of times to pick up mobile orders and my drinks are always waiting for me as soon as I arrive. My order has always been accurate and tasty. One thing about this Starbucks that I will say is, unless you're coming the from the West down Shelbyville Road, this location can be a bit hard to get to when traffic is heavy. Sometimes I come here and the service is great, specifically the time the barista superstar made me a Dragon's Egg Frap but the next time I went I waited over ten minutes while seven (SEVEN!) employees milled around behind the counter like I didn't exist. Why is invisibility my superpower? This is a cool location, in a past life, this Starbucks was a bank and still features a vault door leading into one of their meeting rooms! It has ample seating in several formats so it depending on how you want to sit, drink, and conduct yourself there is possibly a place where you can do so in comfort. This is a Starbucks where I like to work when I am in the area because it is so comfortable in there. The service here is always friendly and the drinks are correct but I have found myself waiting a long time for no clear reason several times. I placed a mobile order on a Saturday early evening. They didn't seem very busy but after a short drive, I still had to wait. This location is usually super busy during the week. At times it's hard to find a table to sit at. They do have outside seating too, great when the weather allows. I gave 4 stars because the barista was super apologetic for my wait. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes only to be given a half a cup of coffee. This one used to be my go to when I lived over there and they were amazing. I guess things change. Suggestion...check your cup before you leave the line to see how much they gave you. I made the mistake of waiting until I got to work to check. The major low point is that the shop is almost always ridiculously crowded, making it difficult to find a place to sit and visit with a friend if that's how you want to enjoy your coffee. Love this Starbucks!! The one I go to on Frankfort Ave is closed for a remodel. The customer service here has been super great especially for all of the extra business that hey have been getting. It makes me super happy with how friendly they have been and going to extra mile to make sure that my drink is correct every time. I am hooked on the Starbucks double shot over ice. Definitely my new favorite. The iced flat white is amazing too! You really can not go wrong with a lot of the things here. Also the mango dragon fruit refresher is great and a nice change of pace from some of the other refreshers! What great service we had. Jami had used her Starbucks gift card to get something to drink and for some reason the card that had money on it but was not showing. Shannon the drive thru associate ran it again and still was having problems. Shannon took it upon herself to void everything out and gave Jami a cup on the house without us even asking her. Customer service is fine but this is the 6th coffee I've gotten here in a row that tastes like warm milk or warm almond milk. This includes caramel latte, cinnamon almond milk macchiato, and the pumpkin spice latte. I went to Starbucks today to get two peppermint mochas. The total was $11.13. When I gave the person a $50 she said I don't have change. I questioned that they've been open for 9 hours and she didn't have $39 in her cash drawer. My options were either use a credit card or cancel my order. This location is the best one in town. Baristas are always friendly and never get my drink wrong. The great thing about this place is that going in there at any time of day you see a familiar face and they already know what you want. Which, can be rather amusing if you can't make up your mind and change it every few days like I do. Right now I'd say my favorite drink is the Caramel Apple Spice drink. Basically hot apple cider with some syrup and some whipped cream. Another of my top favorites was the White Mocha. In the mornings I prefer the orange juice and a cheese danish rather than hot drinks though. Given the proximity of all the Starbucks being close by it's pretty much a great experience no matter which one I land at, but this is the one I call home. I've been multiple times because this location is right by my work but I don't think I'll be going there anymore. Multiple times have I received the drink I didn't order and unfortunately I had to be at work before I could notice anything about the drinks. First time: I ordered a venti vanilla latte with oat milk, seems simple. Instead, I received a venti latte with only one shot of expresso and mocha and it wasn't until I was already at work that I discovered this. Another time: I ordered a venti caramel brûlée latte with an extra shot and oat milk. Instead I received a venti latte with only one shot instead. It was warm milk basically. When I brought this up to the guy at the window, he was quiet and didn't look in my direction only to quickly hand me the drink. I understand mistakes happen but when it's beginning to become this constant it's hard to just let it slide. They also stared at me in the drive through and refused to open the window so I had to go in and ask them to make what I ordered.
