Something the campsite is supposed to handle.. yet my family repaired their camper, and continued to stay there. They were there almost every single weekend, no late payments, no issues. They were customers for years. It's pathetic that the owners act like children, and will legitimately ignore you. They act as if their place is a gift to anyone that stays there, and you should be considered lucky if you get to stay there. When in reality you should be considered lucky you did not need a tetanus shot after coming there.

Our ranger showed us all available sites generously offering his tips and taking into account our considerations. There are bathrooms, hot showers, and even laundromat on-site. Perfect location, close to Delaware Water Gap. Definitely coming back.

I spent $98 total for 1 night: $80 for the campsite + $18/day EV surcharge--a ripoff for few open amenities during winter months and a level-2 charge that only got me to 50% before I departed. I have stayed at other RV parks that were as little as $25/night for the same sleep-in-your-car experience. I was grateful that this KOA was open during the off-season and that the owner answered the phone after hours to confirm they were still open during the winter and had electrical hook ups that we could use. But the same money was better spent on my return trip on a nice room at a Radisson hotel with a ChargePoint charger.

All sites and cabins are well kept, tidy and provide both elements of a private and social gathering. The bathhouse is near the main office while the other restrooms throughout property are no more than a 2-3 minute walk from your site. The cabins do have a full bathroom and you do not need to hold and press to keep the shower head on. The Cabins also offer a gazebo with propane grill. The nature trail on site is short but can be challenging with unlevel ground and nature's confetti (wet leaves) ultimately bringing you towards Lake Warren (bonus there is a beautiful koi pond on the right hand side of the residential gravel road in the residential area). Past the pool area there are also basketball courts and a tennis court. Every weekend there are activities that are family and budget friendly. We can't wait to return.

Tim, one of the owners, is great. From his story, he had no intention of running a campsite. He was in corporate management. He came to Happy Days as a kid. When the woman who owned the site told him, he'd have to find another place to camp next year ... the wheels went into motion. This campsite is Tim and his brother's baby and the care and the high standards they have also shows in their appreciation of their customers ... and I'm sure that comes from having originally been a customer of the campsite. Make sure you make reservations in advance, especially when Bethel Woods has a concert planned for the weekend. I was going to stay an extra day but I waited too long. The campground is on three levels, with nice large lots with a fire ring and picnic table. Wifi and cable is included. The wifi connection was pretty fast, especially for a campground. The bathrooms and individual private showers are nice and clean. I did use the laundry, which was very nice, but very pricey! $2.50 to wash and $2.00 to dry. But this is New York, so I wasn't all that surprised. The Pavilion on the upper level was staffed for most of each day, and there were all kinds of activities which the kids adored. At the time we were there, our girls were the only kids in the park, and they got lots of personal attention. They made several crafts, played putt putt golf, and went on a nature hike. Even though it was pretty cool they swam in the heated pool both days (it's kept at about 82 degrees). The playground is very nice for younger kids. We were sorry that we were leaving before the holiday weekend, because there were lots of things going on for families. The staff was also helpful to us, providing us with written directions to nearby grocery stores and pharmacies, as well as directions on how to take the train into the city, which we were also able to do. The price was higher than we usually pay to camp, but the location and amenities made it worth the extra cost. We are already talking about coming back next year! Another thing that was nice about this park was that they gave me the name of a pet sitter who comes to the park, so that we could have care for our dog while we went to the city. I have never seen this at any other campground, and I really appreciated it.

This place is clean, my girls commented the bathrooms were super clean, the grounds were well manicured. A pool was offered, a mini front office/store, and bingo. You will be assigned a key card to re-enter the grounds, there is a gate at the front with only one road for incoming and outgoing. Owners were very nice. There are a few rules and might sound a little strict but any sensible camper won't have any issues. I can see where the Pocono Speedway could bring in the party people, again I had no issues. We stayed here as were doing Camelback adventures which was conveniently 10 minutes away. 15 min away is a Walmart, CVS. I would stay here again, and cost was reasonable. My site had full hookup.
