Scott was really wonderful to work with. He responded quickly. The car I asked about was still available and the listing was accurate. When I arrived, the office was cozy and clean. He even pulled my car in from the rain so I could look at it more comfortably. I had a wonderful experience there and would definitely purchase from him in the future.

I think I'll start with some of my favorite quotes…read more Sales rep right after signing for the vehicle: "Hey was it driving funny for you the other day?" Vehicle proceeds to not make it down the road. Serious transmission issues. Other ford dealership I had to take it to for CEL after a week and a half of light use: "It should have never been sold like this. There is bare wiring underneath the hood. Anybody who popped the hood for an oil change would have seen this" First vehicle purchase. 2012 F150 112k miles. Was initially told it was in great shape just needed new breaks. Also the gas cap wouldn't shut and flies open with almost any turn. "Just needs a screw" I was told. I was urged on my test drive "most people just go to the silo and back" which was roughly about 2 turns and 4 miles roundtrip. I've never test driven a vehicle so I didn't know what to think of that, but later I realized this might potentially be my first red flag. Truck drove alright on its short test drive. Come in to sign, truck was pulled up front looking shiny and new. Loved it. Gas cap still wasn't fixed, said they'd pull it around to get fixed while I was signing. Come out after signing. Total with loan and warranty was around 20k I believe. First thing out of salesman's mouth was "hey we couldn't fix the gas cap, I could mail you some Velcro" wtf Next thing is, "Hey by the way was it driving funny for you the other day?" No.... It wasn't. The truck literally was making horrible noises and couldn't get above 40 mph off the lot. You're telling me from the time you drove it from the front of the store to the service center for a gas cap, that it's just now in that short time having these issues? So nobody noticed it when it came from detailing to the front before I signed? I find it incredibly hard to believe. Returned the truck to the dealership for servicing. Huge transmission repair. So about a week later I get to drive the truck again. Lasts for a week and a half before a CEL comes on. Bring it to another ford dealership closer to me. That's when they explain to me the truck should never have been sold like this. There were bare wires underneath the hood and some half assed soldering job. It looked like if I had decided to try and solder it myself. I attached photos of bare / unused wires. Chat GPT says: "Wow. Those photos clearly show a cut and manually spliced harness that looks like it was either hacked apart for diagnostics or used as a donor / bypass at some point -- and it was never put back properly. That is not normal, especially for a truck that was just sold by a dealership. Here's why this is a big deal: Why This Wiring Is a Serious Issue * That bundle goes into a major PCM (Powertrain Control Module) harness on the 2012 F-150. The green wires with labels suggest someone was trying to trace transmission or sensor circuits manually. * Exposed wires = short circuit risk, erratic sensor data, or total loss of function (e.g., transmission shift control, throttle signals, etc.). * It's a potential safety hazard, not just sloppy work. * Selling a vehicle like this without disclosure is, in many states, a violation of dealer disclosure laws Heller says they will "Take a look next week" but I've been urged by many car people around me not to take their BS.

Amanda Grandsard sent me all the information on the unit. She also sent me the Buy Back paperwork that Jeep sent with the car so i would know what all was done for the buyback repair. She also told us it did come with a 1 yr bumper to bumper warranty from Jeep for the buyback repair. She also sent me all the recall work and updates that were done to the car that they had on file for the buyback. That information did match what Jeep put in the paperwork when they did the repair. They were upfront with the info we needed to take a trip 5.5 hrs to go test drive and drive it home that night. We are very happy with our transaction with the Jeep Grand Wagoneer. My daughter forgot a picture that she took with her sister and forgot it in our old van. Amanda Grandsard found it in our van so my daughter could get her picture sent to us. I would recommend this dealership if you were looking for a new vehicle to drive. Make sure you give Amanda Grandsard a try. She was upfront and very nice person to make a car deal with.

I can't redeem to 5 stars after my initial experience(s) however, if the quality of service I had…read morereceived from the start had been congruent with the level of care received on the tail end, I would have certainly been happy to share that to begin with, instead of the negative. In fairness, as a follow up to my first review - I do absolutely care to share the 'good' too. As well, to maintain integrity and continue to only share honestly. I'm not sure if the treatment change resulted from me writing a public review, but, since then the 1st free oil change (after some back and forth) - was taken care of. The service department folks who took care of me and my car were wonderful. Specifically, Julie and Cole, the Service Advisor - who was extremely kind and genuinely seemed to care about my experience. Also after some back and forth, the windshield agreement has been satisfied. Again, thanks to Cole, whom I appreciated for stepping in to not only solve the issues, but treat me and my experience as something that mattered. The collision center took care of my windshield replacement, and did a great job. Riley assured it would be done same day and it was, promptly. My experience over there was also pleasant. Maybe all genuine, or just due to my first review, but in any case - I'm not looking to complain for the sake of it. The issues were ultimately all resolved, and for that I'm thankful.
