The inclusive nature of the venue made wedding planning relatively stress free - we just needed to handle the cake and photographer. The food, florals, DJ, decor, etc. were all handled through Beiger - and they were all fantastic. The food was definitely a highlight for our guests! Dennis did an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly on the day of the wedding. The mansion is stunning inside and out, which made for amazing photos and ambiance. You can tell how much thought was put into the appearance of every room. Members of our family and bridal party stayed there for a few days and loved it. I only asked for a refund of my breakfast that I paid extra for n she now wouldn't serve me. I'm actually shocked she brought Jesus into it. I did mention a fraudulent charge for the breakfast. That's when she said she'd refund it. I suppose we'll see I still would've had breakfast there. Btw this farmhouse is surrounded by new residential areas.

Andy & Nita are fantastic hosts. We arrived and were greeted by Andy who quickly showed us to his version of "afternoon tea" which was wine and freshly baked cookies. Oh.my.God. They were delicious! We were given a tour of the property, along with some history. Andy took his time in explaining a map of the city and giving his recommendations for things to do and restaurants. This was such a nice and personal touch. We stayed in the Michigan Room. It was so warm and cozy. We felt right at home. This B&B is the perfect blend of modern and vintage. It definitely had the original charm of the home. But, it also has great modern conveniences such as an Apple TV, USB wall chargers and a pretty amazing shower. Entrance to the house, and your room, is by a personal code. Again, super cool:) There are towels aplenty and the bath robes are made from the worlds softest material. The house is located on a very quiet street which makes relaxing so easy. Do yourself a favor and take a walk around the neighborhood. The charm in the surrounding houses sends you back in time. It's a short 5 minute walk to downtown or to the beach. Breakfasts were amazing! On day 1, we had homemade stuffed cinnamon swirl french toast, fruit and yogurt parfait, an egg souffle and organic sausage. Day 2 was homemade cinnamon rolls, bacon and a caramelized apple, pecan and brie omelette. Whenever Andy wants to cook for you, just say yes because it's going to be heavenly! It was so nice sitting with Andy and the other couple for some fun and informative conversation. The place is amazing, both inside and out. Well appointed, STOCKED with amenities, comfortable, private, and has lots of space. The owners are very kind and fun to talk with. They treat their guests liked VIPs. The breakfasts were awesome! Wide variety of hot, cold, proteins, carbs, fruit, pastries, and more. Like clockwork, they rang our doorbell both mornings with our breakfast selections, and bonus treats, in a nice basket. Snacks and bottled water always available. Games, books, mags, TV, Dish, Roku, Netflix,... Easy access to everything in and around St Joe. We will be back!

I stayed in the summer cottage, everything was decorated beautifully in antiques and every detail was attended to, from the fridge with soda, chips and chocolate, and fresh homemade brownies that waited us. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a very friendly chonker cat named Lucy who will run up to you for pets (and might try to sneak inside the cottage if you let her). The breakfast was incredible with bacon, cheese eggs, perfectly done potatoes, and a platter of homemade pastries. The location is rural but it was close to the black pine animal sanctuary, and about 40 minutes away from Fort Wayne. It was a good springboard for all of the local breweries we planned to scope out, which there is a ridiculous amount of (or maybe not, you need something to keep you busy in these small towns).

This was, without question, the best Bed & Breakfast experience we've ever had. The property itself is situated right on Lake Michigan on Lake Shore Drive in St. Joseph, and it's been a B&B for several decades. The rooms are nicely furnished, and the view from the deck facing the lake is priceless. However, what makes South Cliff Inn truly spectacular are the owners. You will not find better hosts than Daniel and Allison. Their attention to detail and their personal touch are almost from a different era, and they are singularly focused on providing a memorable experience for every guest. When staying here, it doesn't take long before you realize that nearly every other guest (all week) is a repeat customer. Several of the other guests we met have been coming here for 20+ years, and that speaks volumes. We're already planning our next visit.
