This shop is now located in Argyle, which is closer to where I live, making it very convenient. The only drawback I have is the pricing of some of the services offered. A dramatic price surge is noticed, which I guess is due to the state of our current economy. Prices most certainly reflect close or near dealership service shop pricing. For example, almost $200 for an oil change and filter??? I had to basically talk with the shop to get a better price, which they worked with me on. The front desk service rep wanted to charge me $50 for a cabin air filter for my vehicle and $50 for an engine air filter, which seems egregious. I declined and was able to do this small service on my own. I was able to get both items for more than a fraction of the price using the same/OEM manufacturer that Lexus and Toyota use. All in all, the shop provides a great experience. The techs and all of the staff are great. Prices have just gone out of control.

Had to call Roadside Assistance to jump it so I could get to O'Reilly's Auto Parts for a new battery before they closed. They said it was the alternator not the battery. Contacted DFW Mobile Repair and Hamm responded immediately with a price quote to fix it. Set up the appointment for mid-afternoon the next day, July 5th (Sunday, on a holiday weekend). Hamm was certainly knowledgeable, and after testing, said it was BOTH the battery and alternator. He replaced the alternator (which he had brought, having had my prior information as to car and model) and then drove to O'Reilly's nearby for a replacement battery which he then installed. In short, Hamm was responsive, capable, courteous and efficient. DFW saved the day (although I lost most of the holiday weekend with the problem!). Pricing wasn't cheap but was competitive I'd say. Give DFW a shot. Their customer service and mechanical work was outstanding. They also have a shop in addition to their mobile repair service. I will certainly consider them for all my future work! He is knowledgeable, professional, punctual, trustworthy, and caring. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. He treated our car like it was his mom's car. And the cost was very reasonable. Ballpark they quoted me $400-$600. Dropped my car off when I picked it up the bill was $996, and what they did instead of replacing the Catalytic Converter like I requested. they cut it in half and only changed half of the Catalytic Converter, then said "oh you need to get the back part installed soon it's going out.". They cut the Catalytic Converter in half only changed half if the Catalytic Converter now they are asking for $700 just for the missing half. I called Huffines Jeep and told them never to recommend Lorentz Automotive/Lewisville Muffler to anyone again. They are shocked that the Catalytic Converter got cut in half. Now I am looking for someone to install 1/2 , Huffines said they only install complete Catalytic Converter

They told me it was actually both of my converters, which devastated me. I knew I couldn't afford it. Then, they actually took the time to research and look for ways to save money. The guy that helped me out actually found a special coverage warranty for my model and my converters were actually covered. I set up the appt with Huffines Chevy, and they did the work and replaced it free of charge. I had tears in my eyes. They truly made my christmas special, and I can't thank them enough.
