I just had an absolutely fantastic lunch at Scott's Deli in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. The Reuben sandwich I ordered was hands down the best I've ever had and my wife, who's a vegetarian, couldn't stop talking about Jamie's fresh Avocado Tacos. We've been coming down to AMI for a handful of years for Thanksgiving week and one thing I know to be true is that absolutely no one wants to cook the day after. In our quest for an easy lunch on our way to the beach, we found Scott's Deli and it's quickly become a favorite. I split the Key Royale and Coquina with my husband and we really liked both! Super Tasty Sandwiches! We arrived on Anna Maria Island an hour before we could check into our house for the week so we decided to grab a sandwich. We were Not disappointed by Scott's Deli. An excellent selection of preplanned offerings as well as build your own options galore. Most importantly was the service. We literally walked in as they were preparing to close up for the day, however we had no idea until I checked their website. This place gets five stars all around. The service was great. I ordered the Southwestern breakfast sandwich. To be honest this was probably the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Hot, fresh, and the flavors were amazing! I ate outside at one of the little tables. When I finished eating, Scott even came outside to ask how I liked the sandwich. I was truly blown away by the food and the service. I went back the next day and got the Chicken Bahn Mi Wrap. The wrap was very good, loved the cilantro and the sauce was good too. Used to be excellent. Pastrami sandwich was so salty it was inedible yesterday. Coleslaw was also waaay too salty.

This place is Amazing!. I am picky and my order came exactly as ordered. Hot club, toasted on white bread ,no tomatoes and the amount of meat was almost too much for me if it wasn't that I was starving and was craving a real good sandwich. Personally meat was perfectly thin size, amount, quality and everything taste it delicious. Definitely be back again when in town read more
