We had previously completed seven sessions with another trainer at Rob's Dogs and while that experience was fine for basic obedience, it felt like 'training' rather than the deep level behavioral correction we actually needed. Thankfully, because of the Rob's Dogs lifetime guarantee, we were connected with Joel. From the first hour, the difference was night and day. Joel immediately identified the core issues and provided professional, actionable insight on how to actually shift the dogs' behavior, rather than just running through commands. We already feel significantly more confident moving forward and have total trust in the tools and guidance Joel has given us. If you are struggling with behavioral issues that go beyond the basics, I highly recommend working with Joel. We are incredibly optimistic about the progress we'll make in our upcoming sessions.

From their first meeting at the intake, to the 2-week "boot camp", they provided reassurance and updates. The narrated video updates were reassuring and helped bring peace of mind that this was the right decision. So helpful was the 2-hour training period on Graduation Day! It gives me, as her daughter, peace of mind knowing that my mom can now safely bike ride with him, not seeing him jump up on her, and it is much more fun to visit without finding something of mine chewed! If you are contemplating investing in Rob's Dogs for training, do it!! Nathan, thank you for being fantastic with Coal and my mom!

My daughters 10th birthday was approaching so she asked if she could get a cat. I've been super busy working two jobs and attending Nursing school so I told my daughter to start looking for cat breeders preferably in Arizona so the kitty could avoid shipping trauma and cost. To my surprise one day I get a call from Ohlund on a Saturday morning around 8am. I was still half sleep and explained to her that my child had been the one communicating with her my text. My child had also been communicating with several breeders through email and text. So we talked for about 20 minutes. She went on and on about how much she loved cats and what her requirements were for the cats even after you adopted them and you become the owner some things she still required. She wanted to continue to communicate and check up on the kittens with picture updates through the years During the call she sent a contract, a picture of herself , and her address with a google map image . My daughter then asked if she could video chat with the kitty so she knows it's real. Throughout her search we noticed there are plenty of scammers in the business as well. We did get the FaceTime call with a much older lady than the one in the picture. I can't confirm If this is the same lady in the pic. The kitten sure was the same kitten from the website so I thought this could maybe work. Once she found out this was a birthday gift for my daughter she offered to lower the price from $1400 to $1200. At the end of the call I let Ohlund know that I would discuss the purchase price with my significant other once he was off work that day. Within about 3 hours she began calling me to ask if I had talked to my child's father. She may have called about 3-4 times that day. And I did not pick up because I was busy with my day and I didn't have an answer for her. She proceeded to text me and let me know someone else was interested in that kitty and I should move quickly. By Monday the kitty was sold and so were all the other female kittens from that litter. She sent me a text with the information and she updated it on her website as well. I told my daughter to keep looking and we may find a kitty that's a little lower in price. Fast forward to 3 weeks later my daughter continues to watch her website and admire the sold kitten. Behold a new litter drops online. And this time it was exactly on my daughters birthday. She received so much money as gifts for her birthday to cover the cat deposit on her own so I decided she could put the deposit on the cat that day. We called Ohlah again. She talked for about 20 mins again explaining her condition and her love for cats. She said well I can't honor the birthday discount anymore because this cat mom was an award winning show cat and I can't give out discounts for her. I was not up for negotiating so I just agreed to pay the full price. It was on a week day. I was at work and after doing the things mommy's do for their daughters birthday while being busy. The kitten was not ready to go home for another 9 weeks. She did not mention any other inquiries for the kitten so I decided to put everything else I had to do for the day first. Within 2 hours I began receiving back to back phone calls and text messages for me to hurry and make the deposit today. I was then reminded of how harassing her calls were the first time. I was immediately triggered and no longer wanted to even purchase the cat from her. I began texting her and her responses were pretty ignorant. You can see the thread below. Thank god I did not give her my correct address she asked for. This lady seems like a lunatic. When she originally asked for my address I asked for what she said to draw up a contract. From the looks of other reviews seems like she ask for address so she can hit you with lawyer paperwork when things don't work out with the cat and you make a public statement.

I brought home a little guy who was born right before Xmas 2025 and everyone, and I mean everyone, who has met him just thinks he's the cutest thing ever. Strangers, neighbors, people in stores, the vet and vet techs...everyone. He is mostly confident, he does startle sometimes with new loud sounds, but he stays put to see how I react. He does play hard w/ the 10 y/o corgi at my house, and also with my friend's two puppies, he really holds his own, but as puppies go, he's really calm (and I would say he was the most calm of his five siblings, based on the video I saw and Cathy's input). I would say they are as de-sensitized as they could be, after eight weeks (when we can adopt them). He is very sweet and very cute, and has been learning commands over the past few weeks (he is just coming up on 15 weeks old tomorrow). I hope to take him back to see Cathy and Mike the next time I get to PHX.

The way they train the puppies early on really helped them to feel that crates are a safe space. We were amazed at how little training it took us when we first got Luna. Luna was also desensitized by all the different sounds and she was so calm and happy when she came home with us. Cathy and Mike guided us throughout our first few weeks by recommending Baxter & Bella to help us prepare for our puppy. Cathy is always available for questions and she constantly updates her breeder recommendation page to keep us updated. Cathy also allowed us to come to visit anytime for Luna to see her parents again and play with the other Cotons! We are really grateful for everything Cathy and Mike recommended and have helped us throughout this year. I can't wait to one day get another puppy from them when Luna is a little older.

DO NOT BUY PUPPIES FROM THIS FRAUDULENT BREEDER!…read more We had gotten two wonderful dogs from this breeder when its previous owner, Donna, owned the business. She passed away a couple of years ago and Amber took over. A year ago she took our deposit and after emails, phone calls and a certified letter to try to get a reply, we never heard from her again. Her dogs have also had huge health issues according to some vets we know. She has new litters listed on her site. She WILL steal your money and you won't get it back. Do not support this FRAUD!!! We highly recommend Pairadocs Cavaliers and Rhapsody Cavaliers. They are both reputable and prioritize the health of the breed.

Amber and Donna were good friends and shared dogs for breeding. My puppy came from Amber with the stud owned by Donna at Hurricane Cavaliers. Our puppy was very sick within a short time after we purchased her from Amber. I tried and tried to text Amber to let her know what the problem was and she would not answer me back. Also tried calling as well several times. After being fed up for months of being ignored and called Donna for help. Donna had Amber get ahold of me quite quickly. All Amber could do is say that there wasn't anything wrong with my puppy and she stated if I brought the puppy to her, she would try and figure out what was wrong. 3 weeks later, I got my puppy back weighing 2 pounds less than when I dropped her off. She claims there wasn't anything her vets could find. She also told me that my Vet was just ripping me off. Within a week or so of picking her up from Amber, our puppy started going downhill again. I found a new vet and he figured it out pretty quick. They did an endoscopy on our puppy with biopsies. She has Inflammatory Bowel Disease. She also has a problem with her eyes that require expensive medicine and daily application and expensive specialty vet visits. It took months to get my puppy feeling better. The purchase price was $3,000 and we have another $8,500 in vet bills. Amber will not honor the "health guarantee " I received with my puppy and she didn't bother to show up in court. After speaking to several rescues in this southwestern area, I have been told to avoid these puppy breeders at all costs. This was so heartbreaking to hear as I thought I did my due diligence to find a competent breeder. Cavaliers are expensive dogs that come with a host of medical conditions. A good breeder will stand behind their puppies but not in our case.
