I called a week ahead to see if I could make appointments but they are first-come-first-serve shop which I didn't mind at all. I had gotten my suspension worked on so I needed an alignment and brought it in for them. The man that helped me at the front was very nice, great to talk to and helped me to understand what would be best for my car regarding what I wanted out of it. I mentioned possibly needing a rear camber kit which he offered to look into and he did. I came back for my pickup not long after and a young man who I believe was his son, explained everything to me and had a nice conversation with me about my car and other things. He explained that all the notes they took were on the physical invoice and I was even given an alignment report which I totally forgot to ask for before leaving to drop my car off initially. The price was AWESOME and I will absolutely be visiting these guys for my alignments, as well as my rear camber kit install. I was quoted $110 more at Lex Brodies, than what I was charged here. Long story short, took my 4 runner in to Midas for an alignment and something just didnt feel right and my tires started to rub inner liner. Which it never did before. Scotty's Alignment. I have driven past this place hundreds of times as I am a PC native. I never needed to use this service until now, best decision I made! I just leveled my Ridgeline and needed to get an alignment. Scotty's is just down the street and with their first come first served policy I thought this place would be perfect. They open at 8am so got here at 7, there was one person in front of me. To my surprise they opened early! Awesomeness! They told me it would be about 45 minutes to and hour after the person in front of me. Once my truck was on the lift (before 8am) he showed me some loose bolts on my front end from the install the previous day. He fixed that for me right away (Awesomeness #2). I'll inform the other business about that later. They also made sure the rear was in manufacture specifications also. So a few short minutes later and a quick test drive I was out of there in a very timely manner. The service is top notch and outstanding and the price is very reasonable for this type of individual care and service. I will be bringing my cars here from now on. read more

Brought my taco here for an alignment. Scotty's was recommended from a good friend of mine. They are located on Kamehameha Hwy in Pearl City. Right across the old Sears distribution center. Looks like Scotty's is sharing places with other businesses. The building they are using is of a old gas station. Parking is really tight. And they dont take appointments!!! So be there early. They open at 8am. I got there at 7:50am. He said, its a 2 1/2 hr wait. I said, i need it done, I'll wait. I waited hour in a half until they took my truck. So not to bad. Knocked my alignment off on some really bumpy roads, steering wheel was a little off center. Tried calling a near by business several times to make an appointment and they never answered. I didn't really want to deal with this system of no appointments but I got there early and from driving up to driving out was about 50 minutes. Came in with my four-wheel drive truck for an alignment after installing a level kit and new tires. Staff was very helpful and took me in right away. There was no one there must have been a slow day and I got lucky. I advise the technician that my steering wheel was a little off-center to the right but otherwise the vehicle drove good. He put the car on the rack and after about a half an hour it was done. He advised me on what he had done and, my vehicle drives much better and the steering wheel is straight again. I managed/performed repairs at a shop that didn't have an alignment rack. So when needed I would always recommend this shop. Very reasonably priced and quick service. Scott made very detailed adjustments on a truck I had just lifted. The truck was a little uneven when arriving. When it was all done the truck was even the alignment was good and the price was on point. They took me in immediately, installed the Pro-Comp tie rods I brought in, and aligned my truck.
