The good part I'll start with: [[HIGHLIGHT]]it's super cute inside and out, had a clean bathroom, lots of seating options inside and had outdoor seating as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Now for the not so good: I ordered a small bees knees sugar free iced latte with oat milk, and it just wasn't good at all, I ended up throwing it away after drinking maybe 1/4th of it. It was also pricey for a small, it was $8.50 before tip. They only had three sugar free options which is a bummer for people like myself who can't have a lot of sugar. And they only have oat and almond milk as options for non dairy milk. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also when I walked up on the patio it had a strong unpleasant smell, but inside did not have the smell.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They do have a parking lot out back or street parking out front!

I tried the Beary Special with 2 coffees. I loved them. Beary Cute idea for Valentine's Day or whole month. My daughter loved the containers so we are reusing them. This was my first time visiting. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very chicque decorations inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Places to sit and enjoy your coffee or take it to go.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff are quick and recommend great choices to drink for a wake up or pick you up in the afternoon. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I could imagine a book club meeting here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am so glad I was able to visit.

Found this local coffee shop while I waited for my boyfriend on cold Saturday afternoon. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place would Hoppin![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]First off love the fact that it's a little house with a couple different places to sit and enjoy your coffee while you read work on your computer or catch up with a friend.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My grandma's oatmeal cookie latte was just the right balance of espresso, cinnamon and oatmeal. They had a good selection of unique combinations of coffee options.

I had a friend recommended this place since I was in the area, and I am thankful they did!! From the exterior you think you are going to someone's house. Inside you can clearly see that this was at one time. They have several sizes of coffee to choose from including the 32oz bucket, as well as some food and pastries. My order came out very quickly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is was all Christmas themed throughout but is a cute way and not over the top.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I found a table on the other side of the main counter, and ended up having it to myself for most of the time I was there. This was amazing to find in a coffee shop!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everywhere you turn in this place there is something to look at or a neat little cubby that has a few chairs and a bar top.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]For the small space they have done a great job at capitalizing all the space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is so cute!!! Very cute decorations for the holidays as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Not to mention the COFFEE is sooo goood! I got an Irish cream latte and omg. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a variety of seating including the outdoor deck area, some more personal spaces for studying and socializing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will absolutely be back. So cute!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was amazing![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was good to see that they roast their own beans! I had the snickerdoodle iced latte & it was soo delicious. It literally tasted like a cookie & I love snickerdoodles!! My friend had a hot butter pecan latte & she also said it was delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It felt super homey inside & the service was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a great atmosphere to work & or have a coffee date![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will be back if I'm in the area!

I found Scout Coffee because I saw they had coffee buckets and I'm SO glad that I came out to check them out. While there, we picked up some breakfast burritos and pastries. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I loved the Boy/Girl Scout theme![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I didn't realize until we started looking around at all the decor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This has an amazing wrap around porch (in an old house) that looks like it woud be the perfect spot to read or relax on a beautiful day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The coffee was delicious and we will be back FOR SURE!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Stop by this quaint little place it's amazing that the structure was built in 1890 has lots of character[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] the staff was super nice I had a chorizo burrito reasonable flavor the salsa took it up just a little bit of a notch solid 3.5/5 I also had a cinnamon roll which was also a 3.5/5 my wife had a soy chorizo burrito she also had a cookie butter matcha with oatmilk 3/5 If you haven't been you should go I definitely go back myself and try the breakfast sandwich and get another cinnamon roll

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cozy, warm environment with fantastic inhouse roasted coffee.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's worth the 3 min diversion off I70 in Grain Valley. My family and I were driving from Colorado to Ohio and stayed overnight in Blue Springs, just east of KC. I am a big supporter of local coffee roaster and will go off the beaten path to find them because the coffee and experience is always better. Always. Scout came up as the number 1 coffee place and it was just one exit over, in Grain Valley. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The outside of the store is fairly plain as it was built into an existing building, but the interior blew me away with a cozy warm feel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were living plants everywhere, a medium roaster in the room, and many different styles of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibe was very energizing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got a pour over, my wife got an Americano and my daughter got a hot dirty chai latte. All were delicious. We bought some whole beans to go. I also got a breakfast burrito that was sourced locally. They heated it on a panini type of press which made it very crispy on the outside. We absolutely loved Scout and it is worth the 2 minute adventure off of I70.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I enjoy the atmosphere at this little local shop. Cute and welcoming patio and cute inside too. Well decorated and themed. Great atmosphere for working, reading, small meetings, and catching up with friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The coffee is pretty good, though I haven't found a favorite yet. I love trying their seasonal drink options. They do have a few gluten free options and milk substitutes. Service is friendly. The only downside I've noticed is that sometimes they run low on certain food items if you come later in the day. Getting there when they open or soon after, there usually is not a problem. Check it out!

    adorable cozy place

I love this independently owned cafe. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's so comfortable, great vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff is very nice and getting it for here, you get served in real latte mugs. Great coffee and baked goods.

I've been coming to this location for over a year now, and when I tell you that Scout Blue Springs is one of my favorite coffee shops, I'm not kidding. I also love the Grain Valley location, but something about this old home being made homier with the sweet smell of coffee brewing and lush greenery adds to the experience. I'm always excited to try the new flavors each month and love the kind the workers are. I've been too many times to count, and nothing beats it. I also love the little farmers market section they added semi-recently!

On top of that, not many tea houses are open late and this one was. It was kind of in a hard to find location... Even though it's on the street front, the sign isn't very big and it wasn't lit well. I parked in front, but then I realized you're not supposed to. There's actually parking in the back, but the area didn't look super safe, so I just parked really quick and went in for a drink to go. The place was cute and very small. I guess they really love cats because they have cats on the wall, cat stickers, cat logo, cat trinkets for sale. The lady who was there was super helpful and friendly, and she helped me go through the menu, but I stuck to my traditional milk tea with cheese foam. I don't know if people in this little town understand how delicious cheese foam is with milk tea... But if you haven't tried it, please do. The order took a little longer than normal, despite how was the only customer there, but I wasn't in a hurry The drink came in a really cute reasonable cup that I ended up keeping to reuse. I will say that compared to other keys in my local city where I can get very good quality tea. This would be a three on that scale one to five. However, for this smaller town that doesn't have a lot of options, I am giving it a 4. The tea flavor isn't quite as strong as I like it, but perhaps this is more of a Caucasian /American area, they may be catering to the local preference and taste. Overall, the place was cute and clean and the service was really friendly. I would come back and try again again, but maybe a different drink that's a little bit stronger than flavor.
