Loved this place! Plenty of outdoors seating. We got the loco moco and captain mac french toast. The french toast was excellent! Crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. The coconut cream was perfect. One star off for the loco moco- the fried rice was flavorful and gravy delicious, but the burger was a bit tough and dry, as if the meat was overworked or something. The coffee was surprisingly good! I wish they had half and half or some kind of real diary instead of creamer. Will go back again. read more

Horrible! My family and I just left there, food is average. Customer service sucks. We went in there with a toddler that wanted to walk around so instead of seating inside for the remaining of our meal we went outside to the small table they have in the entrance. After, being outside for a few minutes this lady comes out and says we need to move because another family wants to seat here. Totally unacceptable!! We are a customer as well! Super cute and small hole in the wall breakfast/brunch place. I've been here twice since moving to the area and they never disappoint. The staff is very nice and attentive and the food is amazing! Definitely recommend the Norco fried rice and the Captain Mac Nut French Toast with coconut sauce! Weekends get very busy and they close at 2pm so make sure you plan accordingly. First time coming, GREAT experience! We came because of reviews, price and pictures here on yelp. Saturday around 9:30am line was outside the door however it moved pretty fast (about 8-10mins) enough time to see the menu and be ready to know what u want to order when u r in front of the girl on the register taking orders. OJ is "fresh made" from somewhere else so in my opinion it's not fresh enough. This place is very well organized because at the time u r in line one of the girls (employee) offers u the menu AND gives u a # if u r eating at the restaurant (that will b ur order and table #) right before we ordered the same girl came to ask how many in our party? took our # and had a table ready for us...AWESOME! Food quality was good, good temperature, good steak quality. Kids menu is good size. I didn't like their house potatoes in the other hand my husband loved them so I guess it's depending on what u like. Customer service was GREAT, besides having a table ready for us, they came to ask if everything was fine, if we needed anything, to offer more refills on drinks everytime with a smile. The line out the door was daunting, the but the staff does a good job of pre-assigning seats. We waited about 30 minutes. I had their signature huevos rancheros. Delicious and good quality food. I am super savory so I love the loco moco, spicy chx waffle and florentine omlette. I love the options they have for sides as well. Cant really order rice at any other breakfast place. Not my choice but friends love the benedict. Owner is friendly and attentive. Complaints.....they tell you where tp sit when its not busy. The hamburger is a little dry and unseasoned. I was so happy to see that they could make my favorite--chocolate pancakes. So I asked the cashier if there was a combo where I could have the above items. She said she could do it for me as a side order. My sister-in-law was hesitant, but ended up getting the Captain Crunch French toast. I thought it sounded delicious. It ended up being exactly that: so delicious, so I definitely recommend it! The food took a little long to come out, but it was delicious and worth it. Only one little issue: the cashier said that there couldn't be a combo made with the pancakes, eggs, and bacon, which is why I got it a la carte. The loco moco was the better one of the three. Huevos rancheros - eggs were done right, unseasoned dry potatoes, beans were dried and unseasoned. The food was pretty standard. However, I was disappointed with my experience. Out of 4 people we all were satisfied but not interested to come back. I had ordered the club sandwich and assuming it was a nicer food place I was expecting when it said turkey breast, I assumed an actual breast not sliced meat which was disappointing. As well, we got a crepe and it only had fruit in there but not pudding or filling inside to be flavorful. Did not see the value in what we got versus what we paid. read more

My family, husband and two young girls, decided to try this new restaurant last Saturday for breakfast. I'm always excited to try new Mom and Pop type places. I was very happy to see that there was a good amount of people eating inside. The place was very clean and the servers were very attentive and nice. I ordered the hash and egg breakfast, which came with toast and potatoes, my kids each got a pancake and egg/bacon plate, and my hubby got the breakfast burrito.
