Sent a group in after me and they couldn't find where there was a food menu and had a hard time with the staff showing them (they didn't even after being asked) so they only got coffee and got food elsewhere. Items did take awhile. I think if they were more helpful to out of towners (tons of hotels around) and made it more obvious of their different offers they could get a lot more $$$ per head.
