The pork collar and the tare squash were beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. I requested the sommelier to recommend a wine that would compliment our order and the Domaine de Ferrand Chateauneuf - du- Pape a fine French wine from the Rhone Valley was our selection. And she said it's been a slow day so we decided to close the kitchen. That's odd it wasn't a slow day when you didn't answer the phone and then slammed it closed because I presume it annoyed the high school girl.
