First time here and decide to grab breakfast to go. We got the western omelet with hashbrown and cheesy grits sides. In addition we got the breakfast hash with chorizo and side of hasbrown. Both were amazinggggg! I'm not even a breakfast person and loved every bite. The portions were huge so I even had leftovers for later. Would definitely recommend!

Stopped by for breakfast today with my mom. Was surprised that they have a small cocktail menu - I ordered the Strawberry Margarita Mimosa and it was tasty and a good size for $4.99. I ordered the Westgate skillet which was full of flavor. Tasty chorizo, salsa, and potatoes. I chose the sourdough toast and ended up taking half of my skillet home. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. There was a 15-20 minute wait at 11 am on a Sunday and we were seated right around 15 minutes.

Wanted pancakes and corned beef hash this morning. This spot used to be really good. My first warning sign was the "closed" sign was still in the window, but there were many people inside - about 20 or so. I walked in and there was no hostess. Waited more than 5 minutes. As I was about to leave, the young lady came to the front. I was seated. It was another 5-7 minutes before she came back. Apparently she's the only one working as a server and hostess. I did tell her that the sign said "closed" and she just laughed. I ordered pancake and corned beef hash. When the food finally came out almost 15 minutes later, it was regular hash with cheese and a pancake. The pancake was cold. The butter wouldn't even melt. I just cancelled my order. Is there new ownership here?? I've never had this experience at this location. I will not be returning.

    Table debris

I am writing this for the Powell restaurant. So I went for breakfast today. I always get the same thing: the Westgate. It was delicious as usual. What I want to mention is the lack luster service . I am not going to mention my servers name. She did nothing wrong, but her demeanor made my dining experience unpleasant. It was not in anything she said, but when I made requests her body language and facial expressions made me feel that I was doing her a disservice, maybe even interfering with her day. She never smiled or looked me in the eye. Yes, I know that good help is hard to get, but in my opinion if you show up to work then do so with a positive attitude, perhaps even be grateful that you have a job. This next complaint is for every restaurant that I frequent. Why can't the servers take what I call the debris off the tables? By debris I mean the empty sugar wrappers, the individual serving creamer cups, that paper on which butter pats are served, etc. It is a pet peeve of mine that this debris build up on my table when it can be removed in an instant. In fact I put mine neatly assembled at the edge of the table so that can be picked up easily in one hand. Unknown to my servers, I will actually put an extra $5.00 in the tip to any server who takes the debris away without me asking. It does not happen often unfortunately. Well, that is all I have to say. The food is good, I just wish the service was good too.

A lot of these reviews complain about bad service but my service was wonderful! I've been coming here for five years and have never had crappy service so maybe I'm lucky or maybe the service really isn't that bad. The food though is always great! Id pick this over Bob Evans and IHOP any day! It's got pretty much anything you'd want, from heavy to healthy, omelettes to skillet stir fries to classic biscuits and gravy or benedicts to pancakes & French toast. If you're hanging with a picky crowd this is a great got everything kind of breakfast place to go. I wish the coffee selection were a bit better but hey, this isn't a cafe. Overall I'm satisfied!

Staff here is terrible. Wait times are long. I only gave it two stars because my meal was not horrible (but not great either).

Two Rivers has been open two years, which is amazing as we weren't even aware of it. According to our waitress, they hear that a lot. They do take reservations, but it really wasn't needed. This is a very bright lighted and well taken care of establishment with nice clean bathrooms as well. We received decent service, and received our food in a timely manner. We started with the Burnt Ends Poutine, which is a shareable sized loaded French fries with Smoked Brisket, Cheese Curds, Beef Gravy and perfectly pickle red onion on top. For 15$ I Never had fries this way but it certainly didn't disappoint and was very interesting. Everyone decided on burgers. Two of us got the French onion burger and two of us got the All American Burger. The French onion burger consisted of very very caramelized onions, three different cheeses, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and a toasted bun with butter accompanied by french fries. The caramelized onions were so creamy and tasty. It really brought the whole burger together. The All-American Burger consisted of grilled onions, American cheese, a special sauce, bacon, lettuce, tomato on a buttered toasted bun with fries. The burgers were pretty big in patty size and we all finished our food with no problems. I'm glad we came here instead of spending over 100$ on 3 meals at the zoo!!

I would suggest following them on Facebook to get the list of baked goods they will have in the days to come. Not all items are offered daily. For example, I wanted to order the triple berry bread pudding and cream puffs, but the cream puffs were only for Friday and the bread pudding for Saturday. When I went to pickup the order, I did not even have to step in the store, because they had orders boxed up and ready to go on a shelf they left outside the front door. I ended up ordering the orange zest cinnamon rolls, regular cinnamon rolls, triple berry bread pudding, honey whole wheat bread, and pop tarts that came in strawberry and brown sugar flavors. The orange zest cinnamon rolls were good. When I got to the end though, there was an overwhelming taste of what seemed to be orange liquor towards the bottom, which was not pleasant. The regular cinnamon rolls are huge and I can understand why they are 2/$10. However, instead of a drizzle of icing, I would have liked the whole cinnamon roll glazed with icing. IMO, there was not enough icing to roll ratio. The bread pudding was good and not overly sweet, it is $7 a piece. I really enjoyed their pop tarts, especially the strawberry flavor. The honey wheat bread is good, but thought it was a bit expensive at $10/loaf. Will try some other items in future.

Drove through several lots with others prowling as well. Ended up finding street parking right in front of of the joint. Line was not out the door, which was delightful since it was only 4 degrees out, but my butt was just inside right up against the door. By the time I got to place my order, a spot opened at the counter to enjoy the meal. This place is as much of a coffee house as it is a restaurant. I saw 4 taps and was hoping for an IPA, but they were for coffee and teas. Got a Diet Coke instead. Had the Smashburger and the fried rice to take out. The burger was one of the most awesome burgers I have ever had. I don't know what they put in it, but it was just downright delicious. The fried rice was for my daughter's lunch tomorrow, but I took a few bites of it just for quality control sake, and it was very good as well. Unlike any fried rice you have ever had.
