And speaking of the contract, the payment schedule is very front loaded with expectations of 40% payment before any work beyond measurements and ordering of the door. We were quoted 6 weeks for completion. Seaport completed the installation after 14 weeks from the sign date of contract. I understand construction delays but clear communication is critical to minimize frustration. If you're looking for a quality product, Seaport does the job well.
