We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person. They even upgraded us to a system without a visible battery pack, which made a big difference aesthetically. Truly some of the best in the industry. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. One for our bathroom (mildew resistant) and one for our computer room. They're small windows. These type of blinders are not very hard to get a hold of especially since that is what they work on. However, since that conversation we keep getting pushed back because they are busy working on a different job or they say the product has not come in. They cut the wood and metal outside on the walkway. After hanging the doors, there was a lot of leveling to do that followed by touch up on all the nail marks and gaps in the wall frame. They did an amazing job with the installation and bringing the materials in the living room without bumping into anything. They took about 2.5 hours to complete the installation.

It was a two-person crew and communication was difficult due to a language barrier (mandarin speaking only), which made it hard to clarify details or ask questions during the process. We did use Google Translate but it only went so far. My biggest concern is the inconsistent quality of the roller shade and blind installations. Some blinds operate correctly, but others shift when adjusting them -- the headrail moves up and down whenever the tilt wand is used. Instead of correcting the mounting, a temporary workaround was used that leaves the headrail sticking out about an inch. There were also measurement and fit issues. One roller shade cassette appeared to be incorrectly sized and had to be forced into place. Several shades are not evenly aligned within the window frames, with varying inset depths that are visibly inconsistent. Additionally, one of the roller shades fails to fully close, which suggests quality or installation problems. Overall, I'm disappointed with the workmanship and finish.
