Kristy wasn't wearing a mask. Not just once, oops we caught her off guard, repeatedly with 4 sets of customers walking around unmasked. Considering the clientele of healthcare workers she is serving, it's flat out rude to not have the decency to wear a mask. Perhaps she's unclear on what our days look like caring for sick patients day in and out? Put a mask on it isn't going to hurt you! We won't be back. Rules should be enforced. Two stars is giving them credit for telling me the details of their return policy, otherwise service was very unsatisfactory. I was the only shopper in the store which was staffed with two associates. Nobody came to check on me in the fitting rooms or offer help with sizing, selection, etc. It would've been helpful to have one of them ask to grab me a size after the third or fourth time that I had gone to and from the fitting room with different items. I purchased one set of scrubs. Thankfully, I decided to look at the brand's web site when I returned home and happened to see that Scrubs and Beyond had marked up the price $8 higher per piece compared to the brand web site (shipping was free). I called to ask if they price match. They don't. I'll be returning the items I purchased today to save myself the $16. read more

Kathryn has the best customer service. She is always so helpful with my group orders for the company I work for. She remembers me and is personable. She's so pleasant to talk to and has a beautiful, friendly smile ALL THE TIME. I've ordered from this company for over 10 years with different people and she is by far my favorite person. Cons Customer Service? Other than a cursory Hello when I walked in the door, not so much. 3 people working, well one person working with a customer and two sitting behind the register watching the grass grow I guess since no customer at the register but 3 roaming the store. Finally asked where I could find a specific size and directed to just look on the rack they go from right to left.... Well that brings me to my second issue. Not sure when anyone actually went from rack to rack and arraigned the sizes, but of the 7 racks I went to, sizes where a mix match of sizes with no clear order. Knew exactly what I wanted so figured I'd be in an out in 10. 30 minutes later gave up and went home an ordered them online. I enjoyed my experience all 4 times i popped by. 1st time, i was just browsing what they have. I was greeted promptly and that when I need help to let her or one of their team member know. Walked out empty handed this time. 2nd time, i didn't realise that they're minutes into closing shoppe. I wasn't rushed into browsing and trying on clothes. I found a pair of scrubs but they ran out of my size. One of the ladies up front searched which store or manufacturer still carries it. By this time, the store's been closed for approx 10 minutes She was able to locate a pair for me. And thanked her for being patient and sincerely helpful. 3rd time, Picked up my order at the store. I could not try it on. I was in a hurry. Ladies told me that if it doesn't fit right, i can exchange or ask for a refund. I've lost my receipt, i told her. She casually marked the order form "ok to return or exchange without receipt." 4th time, you've guessed it! I had to return the soft and comfy pair of scrub i purchased. I'm a little disappointed in Scrubs and Beyond on Gilbert Rd. I bought a lab coat on Sunday and paid for embroidery. I told them I needed it back by Wednesday and they said it usually takes 72 hours and should be back. Called on Wednesday and the gal said she would check to see if it was back. Came back to the phone and said it was not done and probably was picked up by their embroiderer that day. If they had been honest with me on Sunday I could have found my own place to get it embroidered. Now They will miss out on any more sales from me. read more

Purchased some scrubs within a week I got let go of my job i didn't need them anymore tags still attached (no receipt) I called this location to see what I can do. The associate let me know they can look up my purchase by my rewards number and they could process my refund. Today I go and Danette was rude and didn't give me the chance to explain the situation she said she couldn't do it even after I told her I called. No customer service whatsoever!! I called a different location up in the valley and guess what !! They said they could do it without the receipt and tags still attached and she was very apologetic for this locations lack of customer service. The staff at the Gilbert location are AMAZING!! They gave me time to browse while making sure that I knew they were available if needed. Once I made selections and went to the dressing room, they brought over additional sizes and colors of the brand I chose to make sure everything fit. I'm going back tonight to buy more!!. read more

I'm pretty bummed by this place. They didn't have my size in the styles I liked and the selection they had was awfully limited. They had a lot of uniforms, but they were just all the same. Plus, the prices were the highest I've ever experienced (I've had to buy scrubs all along the west coast and in Illinois). Good selection, really poor customer service. I had to interrupt the two employees' loud conversation about politics (totally inappropriate when in earshot of customers) several times to ask for other sizes/ etc. Standing right next to them I had to wave my hand and say "excuse me" several times before they stopped talking to each other and turned to me to answer my question. Was in here the other day and a staff member had a dog, which would be totally fine but when buying a new pair of black scrubs she got dog hair all over the shirt and did and said nothing about it. I just want to know what this store warrants a customer deserving of service. I obviously did not fit that description as I received NO service. I visited this store and watched the employees assisting everyone. Everyone but me. I wandered around the entire store through every rack containing women's scrubs, THREE TIMES. 3 times before I was acknowledged hastily by Ian, "Are you finding everything ok, maam?" I went on to explain I didn't find my size in any of the styles and asked VERY NICELY if he could check in the back. Last time I visited, a very helpful employee did that for me and I was able to purchase 3 pairs of scrubs. He agreed to look and I never heard from Ian again. When I finally located Ian, he was at the register with ANOTHER employee. They were BOTH assisting ONE customer. 2 employees to 1 customer - meanwhile I am still waiting, have watched everyone else be assisted, and all those customers have already left at this point. And I am still waiting for assistance. I waved goodbye to Ian and Stephanie (who wasn't doing ANYTHING but leaning on the register counter looking at Ian). I told them, "I guess I'll be back when you guys are able to help me." They both looked at me and Ian replied, "Yeah. Sorry about that. Bye." Convenient location. Nice staff, greeted me as I walked in. Were very helpful with fabric and return questions I had. Prices were normal. Would have been nice to have a coupon deal like the other major scrub store. But I think discounts were available for students, which is nice. Overall, clean and friendly store. I have been shopping for scrubs now for 14 years and honestly today was probably my best experience. Shopping for scrubs is not fun, especially when your a guy. Normally love this place, but I ordered scrubs from the store (because they did not have my size) 8 days ago to start my new job. I asked how long it would be and she said 5-7 business days and I would get a call. That was 3 days after my job started and I only had one pair of scrubs, but I would live so I ordered them anyways. Now, 8 days later, I call to check on my order and I'm told that they should have told me it would take longer because it is coming in with their inventory order. This means my order will not be processed until TWO days from now and I will not receive my scrubs for another week and a half. THAT IS TWO AND A HALF WEEKS to get my scrubs I was told it would take 5-7 days. Now I have only one pair of scrubs for work. They offered me nothing for the inconvenience just that "I should have been told that". I could have just ordered them online myself and received them quicker. Very disappointed and upset with the service I received. read more

I'm not sure why there are negative customer service reviews. I've been here twice in the past month and every time people ask me immediately if they can find a brand or size for me. They set up the dressing room, and are very helpful overall. They give points so I'm able to buy scrubs and get rewarded for it. I was so disappointed with this business. As a nursing student we must follow a strict dress code & was promised by this store that my top would come in and would be embroidered to the schools standards. 3 weeks went by after placing my order & finally got the call that the scrubs were ready to go, and when I got there they had embroidered the wrong program into the top. They ordered me a new one and told me they would expedite the process, 2 weeks later I get a call from them letting me know they were no longer able to embroider the top because they did not have the correct school logo and couldn't get a hold of anyone at my school, which I understand for legal purposes. They then told me that they called over to Scrubs N Scopes and spoke with them and they had my school logo & would be happy to send me over there....I drove ALL THE WAY OVER THERE to find out THEY DONT have an affiliation with my college. SO PISSED. Please get your facts straight because I am now left with a pair of scrubs that cannot be worn. read more
