I can't recommend Sculpt DTLA enough! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and answers any questions you have to make you feel at ease. Natalia is quick to get back to you and was extremely accommodating with my schedule even though I had to reschedule once on her last minute for work. Their facilities feel very welcoming and homey. I went in to have CoolSculpting performed on my chin. Christina took care of me and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed in the chair. They provided pillows, a tv (with Netflix), and attached a call button on my shirt in case I needed anything. The ladies told me what to expect throughout the process and answered my 1000 questions (Trust me, I ask a lot). I've had Botox done once before from another place that came highly recommended to me but I felt so at ease with these ladies, I decided to have a touch up with them. There was no waiting from one procedure to the next and Natalia knew exactly what to do. I had told her about my first experience and how it was painful and took what seemed like was forever. She gave me some numbing cream (which the first place didn't even offer me) and was so quick I honestly didn't feel much. Since I'm kind of a baby when it comes to needles, Christina stayed by my side and distracted me until Natalia was done. Perhaps one of the things I appreciated most about the ladies though, they didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need or try to offer me more than I needed. This round looks much better and natural than my first injection and I finally got the little eye lift I had wanted the first place I went to told me couldn't be achieved due to my hooded eyelids. I went to Sculpt DTLA for laser hair removal and ended up getting sculpted. They have something called Cool Sculpting it is a machine that freezes the fat. I'm excited to see the results in my arms. My mother also got treated on her arms and she is really happy with the results. The nurse that did my mothers treatment is Sissi she is super nice and experienced. I got all my treatments from Natalia I think she is the owner she always makes me feel comfortable and makes sure I'm happy with the treatments I get. read more

I found out about this place at their grand opening party when I was lured in by macaroons :) The office is beautiful with brand new state of the art equipment - an excellent addition to the downtown area. Sissi and Dr. Hau are amazing ! They are both incredibly friendly, accommodating and knowledgable with many years of experience. It is clear that they care about the work that they do and really strive to provide the results that you want. My personal experience could not have been better. I recieved coolsculpting on february and 3 months later, i see no major change. The procedure was extremely painful for me. I was told final results would be shown on month 3 so I waited . I have indeed been excersing alot this quarantine and watching what I am eating. I am so disappointed because i spent 2k which I am still paying back for a procedure that did little to nothing. After not seeing no results for over a month (while also watching what I was eating) I started execersing alot more. Any weight that I lost was due to my excessive excersing more than 5 days a week. I was driving by this location during their grand opening and gave them a call to see if they offered Juvederm, as I've been searching for a place in DTLA that I can go to. I spoke with a woman on the phone who was very informative and accommodating. She said she was the manager and to come down and meet her so she can show me the place. Parking in DTLA is crazy but I parked in the parking garage on top of CVS and walked over and that was convenient. When I came in I was welcomed by a friendly staff and really felt like I was instantly treated like family. Natalia, one of the nurses, gave me a tour and showed me all of their equipment in each room and explained the different services they can each offer. That day I got 2 syringes of Juvederm Ultra. I have been getting Juvederm for years in my lips, so if you're new to it, I would only recommend 1 syringe. I read in another review that this client felt uneasy about the doctor and 2 nurses both watching and being there while she was receiving her lip filler, but from someone who has been getting this done for years, let me assure you that this team is on fire and they all support each other and their work. You will feel at ease with the doctor and his nurses. Natalia has an amazing eye for symmetry, she showed me where my natural lips were so slightly uneven and she worked magic to reshape one side to match the other. After my service, the staff followed up with me a couple days later to ensure I was happy and to see how I was feeling. The customer service is solid here without a doubt. Since my first visit, I have started my tattoo removal process with Dr. Hau and also have started laser hair removal in a few areas. My results have been nothing short of perfection and I can't speak highly enough of this business and I am so happy to have them in DTLA! read more

This was a disappointing consultation , I made my appointment for 11am and they called and asked if I can come in at 1 instead . They were Filming and training when I got there so they were all over . All the rooms were busy so they helped me out in the reception area .Who ever talked to me which seemed to me was in training evaluated me in about 4 min . I drove 40 min , struggled to find and still pay for parking for something that took 4min . Don't recommend this place at all . What a waste of my time . read more

Although apologetic and we moved forward with the appointment I was told I would be sent some follow up info and pricing. It has been a few weeks and I've heard nothing from them, not a phone call, not an email, no follow up. Not a great start for a new business.
