After consulting with other businesses, we decided to go with Dream Green Landscape. After we explain to Brandon exactly how we would like to use the backyard, he came up with a perfect configuration that combined pebble, concrete, and succulent plants. Brandon sent us all of the potential plants we could use, but we ultimately trusted his creative vision and allowed him full reign to pick whatever he thought would look best. Brandon has an impressive crew that came out and did the work alongside Brandon. They laid irrigation, put in the plants, the ground cover, and the concrete. The final product is amazing. We love our backyard, and with Brandon's efforts, it has been transformed into a wonderful serene environment that we enjoy spending time in. Brandon warranties all plants for 6 months, and when a few plants didn't look particularly healthy, he came out and replaced all four of them no questions asked. I've hired plenty of contractors in my day, but the real test of customer service is how well they treat you after you've parted with your money. Brandon was just as responsive and customer service oriented in replacing these plants as he was in getting our business in the first place. Several of my neighbors who are considering similar projects have viewed and loved the work Brandon did in our backyard. They are currently working with Brandon on their own projects. We've been so pleased we're considering now removing the grass in our front yard and having Brandon put together a design to replace our front grass with drought resistant landscaping. They do not stand behind their work…read more Spent over $23,000 on landscaping and construction services from this company less than 2 years ago, and have had terrible service from the moment final payment was made. When Brandon (my contact) told me which plants they intended to install, I told him some wouldn't survive the hot, dry, full-sun location. He insisted they would work, and told me they all had a one-year guarantee. Within three months, when they started to die, I sent him photos and asked that they be replaced with others. Despite promises they would be changed (at least six times over the next few months), they were never replaced. Likewise, the artificial turf that was installed was not installed with enough/the right adhesive and the turf has become a serious tripping hazard. Again, calls to Brandon were met with promises that someone would come out to fix it, and no one ever did. Repeated messages were not returned. Last month an obviously broken irrigation pipe under the tile/artificial turf they installed caused flooding in my yard. When I called the company to ask for someone to come out to evaluate what could be done, Jordan told me Brandon no longer worked for the company. (I guess that explains why my messages weren't returned.) Jordan told me he was Brandon's replacement, and that he would be out in two days to take a look. 10 days later, he came out and confirmed it was a broken pipe, but said my warranty had expired and there would be a charge to repair the pipe. He told me it would require the large tiles and turf to be demolished to find the problem, but he'd send me an estimate. It's been over a month and again, I've been ghosted. I consulted another irrigation specialist who told me that if a pipe underground ha broken, it was likely cracked when it was installed. I hope this serves as a warning for anyone considering paying this company to do landscaping and installation.

My mother warned me not to plant that morning glory vine in the corner of my backyard but I did it…read moreanyway. Within the span of about a year, it was growing over my citrus trees, down the fence and creeping into my neighbor's backyard despite my best efforts to keep it confined. The morning glory travels about as fast as a German assault on Paris, France (we're talkin' blitzkrieg!). I knew it was time to do something when its tentacle-like creepers were inches away from my sliding back door. I found Kenco Landscaping on Yelp under landscaping and ground clearing (emphasis on the ground clearing). I called and within the span of a few days, I had an estimate and my flower beds eradicated of this monstrous vine. Tom, the owner of Kenco, brought two helpers and had everything manicured within 5 hours. He also trimmed my citrus trees and cleaned everything up nice and clean. This was not a glamorous job for a landscaper but an important one to me. Tom treated my project with the same status I gave it. Tom is easy to talk to and is one of those people who enjoy what he does! The finished product shows. I can once again barbeque, enjoy my backyard! We had the standard builder mulch and plants which was water friendly, but the clean, updated look is so much nicer. We love the path lights and lights embedded in the steps. In the backyard, they completed a very long wall, fire pit, and pavers in a beautiful mixed grey and beige color, along with sod. They even helped us put in our Vegobeds and installed all the drip necessary for easy planting.
