After 17 years, my water fountain pump needed to be replaced. I bought the pump, prepped the fountain, was about to swap it out, thinking it was an easy swap based on the general contractor who installed the original, 17 years ago but... I checked for a GFCI breaker or outlet for the new pump and NOTHING. I was a little disappointed I had never checked the general contractors work, and was shocked my original pump was not hardwired to a GFCI outlet or breaker. Enter Leo and his electrical team. Our house experienced an unexpected blackout and our breaker switch was no longer working. I was especially worried if we would be able find any electricians working on a late Sunday afternoon, and during the COVID-19 pandemic. I put in a request for help through Yelp, and within 5 minutes, I was greeted by Scarlett over Yelp messages. Right upfront she took the time to listen to our concerns, provide an estimated quote readily available for us to see, and was able to dispatch someone within the hour. It was such a relief to know that I would be helped on such short notice during this time, especially when San Diego weather was already warming up, and all of our electrical power was completely shut off. Our electrician, Leo, arrived promptly, and he was very professional and courteous. He also had a mask on to comply with the county health order. He assured us that he would be able to fix our breaker and gave us a reasonable quote.
