Food was good. A little tight and loud. Service was attentive. I would go back, but maybe at a less busy time.

The dining room and bar area inside the old Redding Brewery building are comfortable and welcoming, and the service was excellent (hat tip to Brie at the bar).

In terms of the atmosphere, it was bone chilling inside. All of us had to put on extra layering and ordered hot drinks to keep our hands warm. Service: Woefully understaffed. Multiple errors and waiting for simple requests - a coffee refill? The one wait staffer (handling the entire restaurant was literally sprinting to handle customer requests). I could see why the room was not cold to the servers... It was not their fault. They did their level best to accommodate guests. Food: Rack of lamb was excellent which we shared as a starter. Bacon sides were very generous for the price and very tasty. Potatoes were excellent. The waffles could have been better. Nice portion but half were overcooked and the other half smothered with blueberries which I ordered on the side. Coffee was average to below average. Shouldn't be since they apparently roast their own beans. The understaffed help could have been overlooked. The extra required layers and frozen feet were hard to ignore. Overall, they need to be sure they're fully staffed, food is served timely, hot and "done just right," we will not be returning anytime soon. And, please turn up the heat!

Ok well let us know BEFORE you hand us the beer and wine menu. UGH For Tapas YES Fried Calamari was absolutely amazing Fresh, not dry at all with a large bowl and 2 delicious dipping sauces. BUT For Paella Classic for 2 Never again. It was a huge disappointment after our tapas as a warm up. It was served in an iron skillet, nice presentation but much smaller than we thought it should be for 2. It had no moisture at all, the rice and chorizo sausage with chicken bits and shrimp. The shrimp was very disappointing just rubbery and dry. This place has a 4.7 star rating and a great looking Menu. Maybe it's a Ridgefield Connecticut thing to go there for an enjoyable atmosphere. For the food quality it was too expensive comparatively as view on their website. We picked it because of the Great Rating. The head manager/owner was great and the staff was very attentive. We had dessert and coffee the coffee was nice and strong, fantastic but dessert was a version of crème brûlée taste was good Caramelized sugar wasn't there. When the Restaurant manger asked how was everything I had to let him know, he appreciated it and took the coffee off of the bill. We still gave a 20% tip for the great service. Sad to say We won't ever go back

My favorite was the beef along with the tasty srichacha mayo sauce it came with. We also had the steak tacos. The meat was scrumptious. The bar manager suggested the Strawberry Passionfruit Mojito which was divine. Finally, we had the flan for dessert. It was so creamy and delectable. We went for happy hour and the price could not be beaten. Everything tasted delicious, had quality ingredients and was plated nicely. The customer service was spectacular. I could become a regular here.

We had a delicious prix fixe VDay menu that was hands-down one of the best meals we've had in years. We are transplants from the city and felt like we were back in Brooklyn. Every bite was mouth-watering, from the salted butter and warm bread to the perfectly dressed beet and bitter green salad...to the delicious steak, halibut, and pots de creme and olive oil cake for dessert. What an absolute treat, made only better by the attentive and congenial waitstaff that made you feel like a regular. Oh, and the drinks - the mixologist at the bar created a perfect drink every time! And thanks for coming to say hello, Kaitlyn! Cannot recommend this place enough - do not let the strip mall locale deter you - this place is worth it in every way!
