Just had an amazing weekend at this hotel! A last minute sisters trip landed us here and was pleasantly impressed by everything! Staff was super polite, friendly and helpful! The room was clean, bathroom nicely updated, and pool was a big hit! Great location, close to the beach and very start of the boardwalk. Will definitely be back!!

Near the shops and restaurants on the south side of the Wildwood boardwalk.

The best motel in Wildwood. My wife and I stayed two nights in Wildwood in late May to celebrate our anniversary, and we were quite impressed by the Seagull. Wildwood is a beloved destination for us, and we've stayed many nights at a variety of the myriad yet ubiquitous motels on the beach. Many of them proved adequate--just adequate. When you go to Wildwood, you can't expect a 5-star experience. Most of the buildings are rundown, so we've learned to live with a few blemishes; however, the Seagull excelled our expectations. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, attentive and gregarious. They have a lovely pool that they keep clean. The shower flowed strong and hot at all hours. And, most amazing of all, not only was the television cable package expansive with a google chrome option to stream from your phones but the wireless internet was strong and never dropped--this is a first for a motel in Wildwood! But what most impressed us was the care the staff took in making sure we had a comfortable stay. As soon as we made the reservation, Ginny, the owner, reached out to us through chat to let us know she was putting the deposit through. We chatted for a bit, and I asked her about the location of our rooms. We know that families make noise, but we wanted to know if she could place us in quieter area. She was happy to take care of us and even inquired about any special needs I have. I'm a disabled person but can get up the stairs, and it was the special care she took that impressed me. And on site you see how careful they are to take care of their guests. The location to the southern end of the boardwalk near the Wildwood sign so it's a bit of a walk down to the arcades but there are plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops and beach access down on the southside. The tram car starts near their location. Not a place to go if you're looking for a party, and I'm pretty sure they'll toss you off a waterslide if you even think about smoking on their property, which we found reassuring. The owners and staff work to create an environment for families. Take your kids here. Bring your love for a romantic anniversary like I did. My wife and I went to celebrate our 7thwedding anniversary, and we were grateful every day we found the Seagull. Thank you Ginny and staff. You gave us the perfect weekend, and we hope to see you again soon.

My boyfriend and I love to travel. This was a last minute vacation and we were lucky to get a room here. The first room we had was clean but too small for our liking so we asked to upgrade which they did so readily for us. We were able to get some groceries and make ourselves a lovely dinner and a wonderful breakfast overlooking a view to the ocean. The staff was courteous and friendly. We will definitely come back.

We stayed in one of the apartments. This was literally the cleanest place we have ever stayed....and we travel often. The walls, floors, down to the corners of the room...spotless. We had an amazing stay. Great staff, nice pool, close to the beach, very clean and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be staying again

View from our room! Don't laugh, it was so peaceful tucked away a bit!

Stayed with our two girls in early August. What a little treasure! Our room was bright and very clean. By about 7-8pm every night, things quiet down to the point that even toddlers would be able to relax and fall asleep. The pool area is spotless and there are plenty of sun chairs or shaded ones. There always seemed to be someone tidying up. Location is a short walk to the beach, as well as to the start of the boardwalk. One detail I loved was fresh coffee every morning outside the office!! Someone there brews a great cup of coffee!! Wouldn't hesitate to go back!!!!

I've been here all July 4th weekend, and even with completely booked rooms the service has been great!! Anything you ask, or need is immediately available. Also the location is great! Right in the middle of everything. The pool and upstairs deck area is always clean and being maintained by staff. The outdoor showers and bathrooms are a plus! There is access to 2 outdoor gas grills so you can cook on your own and even sit outdoors and eat your food. I will definitely be coming back!

Needing only one night I tried to book something we could walk to dining. Arrived about 1:30 to see if we could check in early, we could. The front desk lady was funny and personable. She was efficient with check in/checkout rules, hotel features. All rooms are keyless. Upon entering the room has been fully updated, bright, clean but on the small side. The pool busy but the noise couldn't be heard in our room. Kitchenette had a stainless steel fridge and a four burner gas stove. Everything you need to prepare a meal. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Air conditioner worked a little to well in our room, it was freezing. Two pool showers, one pubic pool restroom, small designated smoking area, ice machine that actually works. WI-FI signal strong with no issues. Start of the boardwalk across the street. This motel was awesome and I actually think I like it better than our normal place. Two things I'd change. The parking. Finding a spot to fit our small SUV was challenging, only three available with two having poles making them even smaller than the other. The walk to the beach.

The pool area was awesome and kept clean. There are several chairs and three large tables with umbrellas to use. My only suggestion is some tables in between the lounge chairs to set things on. My kids loved that there were pool toys already there. Our room was newly renovated and clean. There was a small kitchen, which was fully stocked with everything you might need to cook a meal. They came and tidied up our room each day with fresh towels. Truly enjoyed staying here and would come back. Highly recommend!

I had booked a spot for Corvettes on the Boardwalk in Ocean City and needed a place to crash. But where? I found Summer Nites and from the pictures it looked like a beautiful seaside mansion. Sold! We arrived on Saturday night for a two night stay. Sheila greeted us and proudly showed us her home. The theme throughout the home is the fabulous 50's. We're shown into the kitchen and it is a beautiful recreation of a 50's style diner. Each booth has a few quarters to play the authentic jukebox loaded with, yep! 50s and 60s style records. I had that bad boy crankin' the Beach Boys and Frankie Valli. There is a working Coke machine (with dimes in a can) grab yourself a bottle anytime! There are two working hot tubs on the property and the front porch has rocking chairs to sit and relax. In the garage, Sheilas husband has his 57 Chevy waiting to cruise. Sheila & Rick are car people too?? Very very cool. Each morning we were greeted with an amazing breakfast. To start, a large fruit cup and freshly baked muffins were waiting for us. I poured myself a coffee as I was served a delicious homemade waffle and sausage. This has to be the best Bed & Breakfast I ever stayed at. Our room was the Marilyn Monroe room. Lots of Pink! When I walked into the room, I didn't know what to expect. My wife filled up the Jacuzzi and used the bath bomb in the water. After a 10 minute soak, I can understand why JFK kept Marilyn as his side piece. We checked out on Monday, we were the only guests in the B&B. Sheila sat with us and we talked about the future events at Summer Nites. Sheila, I can honestly say we had a great time and cannot wait to return next year.

Visit Date: July 28, 2025 into July 29, 2025…read more My boyfriend's family was staying here for their Summer Vacation. My boyfriend was there from Monday to Wednesday, my son and I came out to stay Monday night into Tuesday and we left Tuesday night because I had a notary class the next day on July 30. I did love it here, my one issue was not enough parking. They only allowed one car per room to park on the property. I had so much stuff with me because I was not only packed for one night in Wildwood but packed for the next week without my son in case I ended up sleeping over anywhere. I usually don't sleep over anyone's house but my sister's but I always carry extra clothes on nights I won't have my son in case I end up being offered to sleep at a friend's house or something I'm prepared. So because of my issues with being prepared and having too much stuff when I found out I couldn't park at the hotel I had a mini heart attack on the inside. When I got to the hotel, I had to figure out what I needed and unload my car and than I ended up parking the car 3 blocks away. I am not sure if they can arrange more parking, I don't know if it's possible but it's the one gripe I have. The room my boyfriend, son and I stayed in had a king size bed. I bought a cot for my son to sleep on but my son ended up at the end of the bed because he didn't want to sleep in the cot, I ended up in the middle of the bed and my boyfriend ended up at the other end of the bed. The 3 of us fit lol. The room had a kitchenette. I love the rooms with the kitchenettes. I like to bring groceries with me on trips so I can save money on food out so anyplace that has a kitchenette I love. I bought regular coffee to brew and were dismayed to learn they had a keurig, if I knew that I would have bought some of my disposable k cups with me. It ended up being okay they had starbucks k cups that they provided and I was more than happy to drink that. They had a pretty nice pool. I didn't get to visit the beach but I heard they provided beach accessories. This hotel was also located at the end of the boardwalk and very close to it. I would stay here again if I were given a chance.

Couldn't be nicer. They were through, and needed to ready what looked to be 20+ rooms. I suggest you be patient, if you can't then go home. We waited by going to get some lunch and a walk. Our room was clean, clean linens and towels. We brought our own pillows and blankets. If you can't figure that out from the reading the other reviews then go home. Our room had 2 double beds very firm mattresses so if that's a problem bring a pad. I've read enough reviews to know what I'm getting and don't act so surprised. We parked in a single spot and they do have additional parking up the street. So stop whining about the parking. Simone the manager was very nice and we chatted for a while. COVID decimated this town and it these places are trying to get back to making a profit. So tip your housekeepers. There are 2 of them so leave 10 a night. If You're from Jersey then you tip hard. If you're cheap then shame on you. You stay here because it's convenient, clean and you like being around people. The partiers, crowds and noise are all part of it's charm. You don't come here to get rest, calm and solitude. If you want that then you're in the wrong state. If you grew up in Nj like I did we'll share but we won't shed a tear if you leave unhappy. We love this place. The inconveniences are all easily overcome. We book early in the year so we get great prices $141 a night. $500 less than if we booked now in July ($635 vs close to $1300 w/taxes & fees) for the same 4 nights Mon-Fri. I've read the reviews on all the major sites for the place. Most seem to be from those who are unable to manage their own expectations. They see problems I see it opportunities. We will be back again in the fall and again next summer. We really love it here, and you can too if you choose too.

We had to call Tony (the manager) to come to the hotel to check us in. He arrived dirty and rude and grumbled through checking us in, charged us an additional made up "resort" fee, and informed us that the "piggyback parking" meant that if another guest parked behind us we would have to attempt to locate them ourselves to have them move their vehicle. Upon entering the room we were assaulted with the most horrendous odor, picture a combination of stale cigar smoke and urine. The room was filthy dirty: sticky, sandy tile floor, clumps of dirt in corners, dead bugs under bed. The bed frame was repaired with duct tape.
