It use to be a kids play area but they change into a photo booth, claw machine game room so older folks can enjoy. Their food court menu has expanded too. It use to be mostly Korean food but now you have shave ice, fruits, salad and smoothie drinks. Which is great if you're not particularly wanting anything heavy. Yes price has increased but they are also updated and expanded to make the experience more pleasant which I appreciate. It being over 6 months that I last came and was pleasantly surprised. I stop going for a while because the price increased but the facilities stayed the same and a little underwhelmed but now I'm enjoying it little bit more. It seems like everything is just a little bit better now. I see the effort.

They put a lot of effort into recreating the feel of a traditional Korean village in their jjimjilbang and rest area, and it really does make you feel like you've been transported to Korea. The women's soaking pools are also spacious. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was really disappointing. The jjimjilbang rooms were noticeably cooler than I remembered. Most of them were barely warm enough to make me sweat, and even the hottest room didn't feel hot at all. At first, I assumed something was malfunctioning, which I would have completely understood. However, I asked the front desk and was told that these are going to be their regular temperatures moving forward because they had been cited by the health department for the rooms being too hot. I understand that they have to comply with health department requirements, but for someone who specifically comes here for the traditional Korean sauna experience, this completely changes the experience for me. If I'm going to a sauna, I expect to sweat. The LA weather outside honestly feels hotter than some of the sauna rooms now. It's unfortunate because iSpa used to be worth the hour-plus drive for me, and I genuinely loved coming here. The atmosphere is still beautiful and unique, but without the heat I expect from a Korean sauna, I don't think I'll be making the drive back.

They have various spa options from facials to massages. About $300-$400 for selected services. Day spa ticket to use facilities was $100 included hot sauna and jacuzzi, locker rooms, showers etc. Their spa store had a lot of high quality selections too including clothes, scents, candles and jewelry. The receptionist was wonderful and the Bali incorporated deco was stunning! The food we ordered was delicious as well and our server was great. However, there was a high service cost and they charged for delivery to the garden. However, the spa and my massage were a complete LET DOWN! The jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are all crammed into the Women's locker room and were quite small with very little seating area. There was no access to the beautiful outdoor pool and lounge areas that were highly marketed. The worst part was the actual massage which was THE most important part and why I was there. My girlfriend and I scheduled the same massage, Ocean Devotion, a Balinese- and Polynesian-inspired massage. We were taken into the massage rooms at the same time which was nice. Once in the room, the masseuse left for me to undress and didn't return for 10 minutes. When she finally returned, I was told she was looking for the oil I requested from their selection that they were out of. Overall, the massage was not anything special, was mediocre and not worth $300+. Once I met up with my friend, she looked relaxed and happy. She started telling how wonderful her massage was and how much better she felt. She told me about the different techniques and used and details about how the masseuse worked on her. I was in complete shock because mine was NOTHING like hers. No stretching, no hot stone massaging (they were simply laid on my lower back), no full body flow movements, etc. It was a COMPLETELY different massage and was generic! To make it even better, I could not adjust the gratuity as it was automatically added to the already pricy service fee. I did speak with the nice receptionist after we were done and she was apologetic. Please note that this review has nothing to do with the individuals we encountered as they were all very nice. I wish my massage was just as nice.

While my knee is ok, the right side of my body are sore from shoulder to toe. I had insomnia as the result of it. I returned to this massage place because every time I have serious issues of knots in my body, a therapist named Kim who is working here is able to fix them. Thus I only make appointments with her. She is the BEST. Hence, it took seversl times of sessions and mostly 90 minutes of sessions for 3 weeks as my issues are big but they were so worth it. I was able to sleep 5-6 hours after the first 2 sessions. After the last session I was able to sleep 8 hours! No more insomnia. My body was all sore, tight, and ache-y and Kim knew it. She asked when was the last time I had a massage? Lol. Well more than a year ago! She gave hard massages so beware of the pressure but I love this kind of massage since it will fix my body. I came out as a brand new person. This is the best massage you can get. I am also a 15-years customer of this place. There are so many other massage places but I keep going back to this one when I have issues. The business changed owner but the massages still have the same quality.

Mayra was wonderful, and the massage was exactly what I needed to unwind. Before and after my treatment, I took advantage of the spa amenities, including the steam room, sauna, and cold plunge pool. I also appreciated the complimentary sparkling wine, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. My service included a day pass to enjoy the pool area, so I spent some extra time lounging outside afterward. I accidentally forgot to take a picture of the code needed to order food, but the receptionist was very helpful when I called. She provided me with the code and also contacted a server for me since no one had been by the pool area in a while. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five was the slight delay with poolside service, but the staff handled it well once I reached out. Overall, it was a peaceful day of rest, relaxation, and pampering. I'll definitely return.
