Naturale Touch SpaTique appeared on my groupon search when I was looking for spa packages. You save about 40% of the original price when purchasing through groupon, however read their terms and conditions before you check out. I'll admit that it was good value from a deal perspective but it was such a hassle for me from the beginning to the end. So first off I had to deal with making the reservation. You are unable to call to make an appointment. You had to do it on their website. Worst off you had to sign up for an account and put in your credit card to make a reservation. A lot of terms and conditions about getting charged if you don't cancel within a certain time. What a hassle. And poor availability, I had to book it out over a month and a half. And there is also mandatory gratuity on top of your amount whether the service was great or not. Might as well include it in the price if you feel that way. I actually would have tipped more than their forced amount but I hate being forced into things. On top of this, prior to my appointment the owner Nancie VanDe reached out to try to change my appointment time. I stayed firm. For their business you need to cancel within 36 hours to avoid penalties. That was the only time I was free. Then she needed the groupon and proof of vaccination. If you are not vaccinated yet, this place isn't for you. So your experience is catered around how Nancie VanDe wants you to enjoy the experience... not necessarily how you want to enjoy it. Details to come. I pulled up to the medical office building and went up to the third floor where they occupy multiple suites and have multiple treatment rooms. To one side they have the Mermaid Suite which composes of a mermaid lounge and a mermaid treatment room. That's where the mermaid package is performed. So I got there a little early to fill out the typical spa paperwork. It was surprising to see that most of the paperwork was just a liability waiver so that they are not responsible if anything happened to me during my time there. Unlike other spas, they did NOT ask about my skin concerns, preferences, routines or anything. THEN Nancie VanDe rushes me to pick which add on enhancement I want as a part of my package. BEFORE THE ESTHETICIAN EVEN HAS A CHANCE TO LOOK AT MY SKIN AND GIVE INPUT. She was herding me through her process like cattle. Luckily for me I really liked my esthetician and I was extremely relieved to know that Nancie VanDe would not be performing the service. I am not questioning her skills but it was her personality and energy that was driving me crazy. When they welcomed me to their mermaid lounge to change, she was very adamant about me putting on a hair net and socks. I already had my hair up in a perfect bun for the facial, I really didn't need a hair net. Am I in a food manufacturer building? It's nice if she wanted to have it as an option but she was very much FORCING me to put it on. And those socks. I HATE SOCKS. How refined. She said it was for some himalayan hot stone thing later. I'm like can I put it on later?? So pushy. She kept trying to stick her nose into the service the whole time and it was so awkward and uncomfortable. Hire good people and trust them to do their jobs. And go away! So the service included a back treatment followed by an antioxidant facial so we started face down. The back treatment is really enjoyable with steam, cleansing, scrubbing, brushing and great massage techniques and hot stones. Then I flipped over for my facial. There was cleansing, steaming, exfoliation, a little extractions, a mask and hand, arms, facial, neck and shoulder massaging throughout. So DURING my facial when both of my esthetician's hands were on my face, ANOTHER SET OF HANDS draped a towel over my upper chest/arms area. Once again... this is how Nancie VanDe wants you to experience it. Yikes. She accidentally scratched against my arm. It was sooooo creepy. I didn't want a towel on me. And of course she commented on how my hair net fell off and wanted to put it back on. Jeez NOOOOO I don't want it. Please spare me of your energy. The service was under 2 hours and after I was led to the lounge side for the food service where I WAS FORCED TO PUT ON SOCKS! Ugh... tight uncomfortable socks. If she had told me prior I literally have my own NICE socks in the car. Nancie VanDe was even making comments on which side of the seat I was sitting down on and if I was left handed. No, I sat down on the left side cause she was standing in my way where the right side would be and also I'm right handed so it made sense that I can reach everything with my RIGHT hand. Ughh. and then she kept moving stuff on the table around. CAN YOU NOT?!?!?!?! LEAVE IT ALONE. And please go away.... You're killing my zen on my off day. She gave me 30 minutes but I left halfway through. She asked why I didn't enjoy it longer... umm cause I was forced to put on awful socks. What is there to enjoy??? Honestly blown away by their Groupon deal. Was a tad bit worried when i saw the Yelp reviews afterwards, but the reviews on Groupon were on point. The spa is based in a medical office building located right across from a park. Plenty of parking. Once on the third floor, you'll walk down and find that the spa has two offices across from each other. Very cute decoration. The owner Wendy (I believe her name was, sorry if I got it wrong) was extremely welcoming and nice. When my friend and I arrived for our Groupon 2 Renew Spa kit, we got seated and she offered us an array of drinks (water, tea, etc.). We did some paperwork and soon after she had each of us go under a machine to see what each our faces needed. We got a report of what concerns we had on each of our faces and how they could help target them. We were able to also do some add on treatments, in which we both chose the microdermabrasion. Once done with the consultation, we both were brought back into the treatment room. WOW, was it so comfortable and nicely decorated. Music choice was cool too, not your usual meditative or spa music. It was like indie instrumental, but calming. I believe I even heard Tycho (whom I love). Joanna and Ivanka were our aestheticians. They were so kind and sweet. Ivanka worked with me and she was very well knowledgeable in her stuff. She was able to address a lot of things with my skin and was able to give me plenty of recommendations WITHOUT up-selling me on products or making me feel uncomfortable. The facial and back treatment were PHENOMENAL. Very relaxing and so many choices of essential oils for the aromatherapy treatment. The back scrub was so good, and I really enjoyed the hot stone massage that accompanied it. The neck massage and shoulder massage was AMAZING. No time was wasted, and the girls really worked on both of us. Only one thing to note, is there wasn't any extractions (but this was also NOT listed on the Groupon, so I wasn't surprised). Facial was great. I have psoriasis around my nose and on my neck. The products were very gentle and I did not get any reactions from anything. Ivanka, was well aware of what to do, and I really appreciate that. After the treatment was done, we were brought to our own private room which they spoiled us with a huge charcuterie board filled with; variety of crackers, variety of three different cheeses, hummus, olives, pickles, grapes, almonds, chocolates, and salami. We also got a plate of cheesecake that had two different kinds and was generously topped with fresh berries and whipped cream. They also offered; red/white wine, peach bellinis, margaritas, tea, and etc. This was SUCH a great day. My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves. We would definitely come back. Very clean and great environment. PS: As long as you have a copy of a negative test or any dosage of the vax, you're solid. My vaccine card was from over a year and a half ago, and it was fine. The visit includes a beverage, comfy robes and slippers, and a treatment with two professional therapists in a shared room. You also get an anti-oxidant facial that comes with aromatherapy steam cleanse, fruit enzyme exfoliation, face, neck, shoulder, hand, arm massage, and foot massage. This treatment is followed by a custom masque that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed! Went here for a relaxing spa experience for my birthday and loved it. The owner is adorable and helped make sure my guests and I were taken care of from the start. There are options for vegetarians, which definitely helped since both of my guest are. The charcuterie platter was delicious and so here the beverages we received afterwards. The facials were so relaxing. It was my first time getting a facial like this and I was absolutely impressed by the service we received by the staff and owner. I found this spa while researching online for a good place to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday and was so bummed to see that they were closed on Mondays, which was my daughter's actual birth date and the day I wanted to surprise her with a trip to the spa. Anyway, I reached out anyway and was shocked when the owner of the spa, VanDe, reached out to me shortly after and said that she was able to make special arrangements to accommodate my daughter's birthday and would open just for us. That's just where the story begins. The entire experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. VanDe worked with me beforehand to find the best package for our needs and I never felt like she was trying to upcharge or sell me more services than I needed. We got the fluffy robe and slipper treatment, our own private room with snacks and beverages, and made some mother/daughter memories to last a lifetime. I've had the worst interactions with the spa tech via text. They are not accommodating or flexible and just give a very rude and inconsiderate response and attitude. Worst place and I didn't have chance to get there! How incredible!! I bought a groupon spa time for me and my mom. Tried to book online and saw there's a $25fee unexplained. Called them, left a message. They texted me at night explaining the fee. I tried to book online again and wasn't no availability that works for me. DO NOT PURCHASE GROUPON DEAL - we bought the Groupon deal and we were super excited. Then i started reading the fine print! They charge an additional 18% "service fee" and you are pressured to leave a 15%+ tip on the full price even if you used Groupon. They then pressure you to leave a tip on what the original price would've been. AND when you "Schedule an appt" on their website it charges you $25.00 Just to schedule an appointment!! After finally finding a day that would work with my schedule and theirs. *WHICH THEY OFFER VERY LIMITED AVAILABILITY* Not even an hour after scheduling my appointment they texted and called me to ask me to come at a different time (Because their "online" scheduler overbooked) Why have only online scheduling and then it doesn't even work..you end up contact people to change the time???? You could just offer calling to schedule and reduce "overbooking." THEN! One day later I get another message asking me for the voucher prior to arriving *RED FLAG*** AND they told me they no longer can see me on the date i picked even though i ALREADY told them i would come earlier. Now they want a different day?? I just refunded the Groupon and asked for my $25 back. My Advice: Save yourself some time and DONT USE THEM. My mom and I received a Groupon for Christmas to use up until April. We decided to book on a Sunday which worked best with our schedule (they are open one Sunday a month fyi). Booking process is all online including the package you choose, esthetician available along with terms and conditions. They will also confirm with you via text a couple days before your appointment. The location was a little difficult to find since Sunday is rather empty at the building. I sent a text for clarification and received a response right away in regard to being at the right place. If you are going on a Sunday, I would set aside extra time in case that happens. When we got there we were greeted warmly and offered refreshments. After filling out a form, we were told to change into a robe, socks, hair net and slippers that my mom and I did not see but were in the mermaid theme room. We each had a different esthetician whom were both polite and welcoming. However, I will say my mom's esthetician (Russian young lady, I believe her name is Patricia?) was much more attentive and I noticed she would let my mom know what she was doing and asked her plenty of times if everything was/felt ok. On the other hand, my esthetician, Marionette was kind but very quiet. She also didn't recommend me anything for me to do skincare wise after the facial was done. My mom said she was recommended to wear sunscreen and exfoliate, etc. I am glad that my mom received better service since she's never gotten a facial done before. And I don't mind a more quiet esthetician but it would have been nice to have been recommended something in terms of skincare once the facial was completed. She did tell me I looked much younger than my age of 35 so maybe she thought I was a teenager accompanying her mom. Who knows. Lol. We also tipped the ladies the same amount. As I mentioned, my mom's esthetician went above and beyond but I also didn't want to leave on a bad note so we decided to tip them equally. Don't know where to really start. Bought a Groupon for my bf bday to get couples massage. Read the description picked the one I'm pretty sure was for a couples massage show up the day of and am told it's only facials and hand/foot massage not a whole body massage. I already knew in the back of my head it was going to be a shit show and still rolled with it to not ruin his day. Face stuff was nice but not when she pulled my nose ring and it fell out and she acted like she didn't see it fall out and could tell she was irritated. I should be the one irritated knowing that hurt and you trying to play it off like you didn't see a big stud fall out under a bright light. After telling her I'm pretty sure you pulled my stud out and getting off the table to find it ran to the restroom to put it back in before closing up. Prior to that she left me on the bed for 20 minutes saying she'll be back in 10. I just sat there while she left the room and my bf got a foot massage. I'm not paying to lay on a bed and get no service especially for the amount she's charging for only one hour. After the nose ring issue didn't even get the rest of my clay mask off my face had to go wash it off in the bathroom. Food service was something from the 99 cent store. All in all even if it's a Groupon don't do it. Go to the more pricer one at a resort or well known chain. Chances are better there than here.
