I have an absolute amazing time everytime I go here, the management and servers are so welcoming and are very attentive I rarely had to look for a server for a refill. Went to this resturant last weekend to celebrate a recent wedding proposal. Was looking forward to the experience. Have never been so disgusted with the food. The seafood was dirty, the shrimp was not deveined, and had a disgusting ordor. Once bringing this up to the waitress, she said they never clean the shrimp. Really IMPROVED!!! My boyfriend and I have been going to this place for almost 2 years. We used to go every two weeks, until we received the worst service back in June 2015. Our Cajun fries were cold and stale. Our order ended up coming out wrong. I had to get up and try getting our drinks since they're was nobody around to help. I try to be super nice and respectful. I begged my boyfriend for us to go again assuming we'd have a different experience and we were both astonished. Food was amazing and they changed the seasoning for the Cajun fries and they were much better and NOT STALE LOL. They hired new waiters I believe and our waiter was awesome, just don't remember his name, and so were other employees. All super attentive and assisted with anything we needed. I called in to ask about their seasoning, it's really important to me when it comes to freshness and sauce. Ok well I ask the guy is your sauce similar to bc or the kc and he was so quick to say yes, OMG not even close. There was no flavor, it was so watery. So, there aren't many crawfish places out in Riverside and decided to give this place a try because A) They had good reviews and B) They offered free chips on yelp and C) They are nearby. Service was okay, it wasn't superb, the waiter could smile more often, but he got his job done. So I could've knocked down a star but in this case I didn't. They earned 4 stars, because their oysters were frozen when they served it. In addition to this I was expecting more to my 3lbs of seafood, I was hoping for corn and sausages. They were a little greedy about that, but then again I am comparing them to my favorite restaurant in OC. Overall flavor was on point. It satisfied my craving for spicy Cajun seafood and it was served fresh with no bad fishy smell.
