For a buffet style restaurant, it's pretty yummy; they have a wide selection of seafood, Asian food, salads, and good ol' American food!

Stopped in here on my way through. Couldn't decide what we wanted so we chose a buffet. I will say it was nice to be in and out so fast, but that's only because by the time you pay and get a plate, you realize everything in this place but the sushi is frozen or canned and then over-cooked to the moon. Everything had a weird cheap flavor. 2 adults, $46.50. Doesn't sound bad but I would've gotten more nourishment from McDonalds. It's not a seafood buffet. It's an Asian buffet. The food here is always fresh and well prepared. There is a huge variety of seafood available at both lunch and dinner including peeled shrimp, brolied and fried shrimp, tasty beef stew, ham, 4 kinds of soup, sushi and you can have your food freshly grilled if you want. Ate lunch during week when prices are lower. Given that, the food selections were extensive and fresh. I really dislike when they bring a tray towards the end of the meal insinuating they want a tip. Other than bringing my husband a fresh water, the only work dedicated to us was clearing dishes. Everybody wants tips today. I happily tip on full services, but buffets and to-go... not so much. In comparison with other buffet options in DMV area, this is one of the best. Food at buffet is usually not something top notch, but they manage to keep consistent quality and food is always refilled constantly. We were there many times mostly for the blue crabs and have to say not all time the crabs are fresh and good, but we understand that it also depends on the season, and still come back because of the overall good experience. Service is quite quick and the servers usually clean up the plates frequently, unlike a lot of other places. Would surely recommend. read more

We always go here for budget friendly, all you can eat food. Best place there is! After all these years of patronizing this business, we've never seen any flactuation in service and of course the quality of food is still excellent, I should say. 10/18/25 Change in price not reflected on website! Son and I Decided to try Seafood Palace Buffett in Annapolis Saturday afternoon. We hadn't been back here for about a year. Still pretty much the same as before lots of different food choices and plenty of seating. That said, prices sky rocketed previous cost $13.99 per adult now 18.99 and no longer discount for seniors! Drinks (sodas) were an additional cost. Without tip cost for two adults $44.00 with tax. This place used to have a lot of seniors very few this visit Understandably the cost. Service was good, waitress kept drinks filled and took dirty plates away promptly. Carving station (roast beef) had very dull knives hard to cut off a piece is meat And the actual silverware at table was just as dull. Again a lot of different food choices much of which was kept at correct temperature. That said, we felt the new change in price would keep us from coming back more than maybe the once again trip. read more

Since my last visit, the food quality has dropped, chicken that tastes like plastic, salmon dry and hard, ice cream that tasted like spoiled milk with water, fruits are spoiled, and so much worst. The service and ambiance is decent just not super busy which is good but so little traffic that you start to wonder why and how the place is open. I think a lot of reviewers on here forget when you're going to a buffet of course you're not going to get top quality food, you go for quantity not quality. However, the food here is always hot/fresh and good for 'buffet' food. They remind me of old country buffet with the wide selection of southern food they have in addition to their traditional array. Me and the wife stop in for lunch, definitely wasn't disappointed,food was delicious, crab cake, stuffed crab ,coconut shrimp,kimchi wow really good.we don't get by this way very often so when we are here we try to have dinner but we are to busy in the evening so we had to do lunch but would love to have come for dinner and have a few crabs. I went here to a birthday party with a good group of budget-conscious, hungry older ladies on Valentine's Day. While the $12.95 prices went up to $22.00 with drink due to the "special" menu (we weren't informed of when we checked it out in advance), it was really a special menu. Let me start with the fact that you pay when you first arrive in the restaurant - before you sit down. That's ok, and I was given the option to tip before-hand. (I added to the tip in cash at the table a couple of times because our server, Linda, was so patient with our group). Look, any time I can eat delicious (seriously good) fresh fried oysters, steamed shrimp, California and tuna rolls, fried shrimp, steamed clams, oysters on the half-shell, whole steamed blue crabs, crawfish, prime rib and fresh hot and sour soup - count me in. I didn't eat a lot (I don't), but everything I tried was first rate. I didn't expect that from an all you can eat buffet! I heard from another patron that on holidays, they pull out all the stops (like Valentine's!) - and, that they sometimes have lobster tails - just get on their mailing list so you know in advance! Service was efficient and kind - like she was taking care of our geriatric group :)....and, she was quick with the refills and removing empty plates. We took a little longer than most patrons due to the cake, cards, singing and games, but we never were rushed. The last of us tipped as much as the lunch (each) to show our appreciation. I'll say this restaurant is the mostly good place I've been. First the lady serving us is very great she keeps our table clean and put some empty plates on our table for the trash. Second the dishes is delicious I can feel that they really making good food. Some of the buffet are tastes very salty. I also like the hibachi cuz the hibachi bar is very fresh and it also they cooked very quickly and the taste I'll say 10/10 very good. And the restaurant environment: the floor,bathroom,ceilings and food bar are clean. Bring cash to tip because you pay for the buffet at the desk at the front. As far as buffets go, this is a great deal. $15 for dinner all you can eat? Sign me up. When you go to a buffet, you know you're not opting for the best quality food and that stays true here but $15 is a steal for the variety of food they have here. There's so much seafood: whole crabs, mussels, fish, various crab dishes, and more. There's a whole Chinese food section typical of a Chinese buffet and also a custom hibachi station. There's a sushi bar and an American bar too with meatloaf, pizza, mac and cheese, and all sorts of stuff for the non-adventurous. They also have a dessert bar (not very good) and fruit bar. Our waters were refilled and plates cleared often so that was nice too. There's a TON of seating inside. There are lots of TVs playing random old stuff like Judge Judy and Jeopardy. It's not too loud and we saw a lot of families and individual people in there. You have to wear a mask when you're not eating and gloves for the buffet. I appreciate the covid precautions! Okay, let me just explain. First of all there was a rat here! and I'm pretty sure there was a infestation because food was always on the ground, this service was always good but the food was mid! I honestly am so mad. because the workers tried to catch the rat with their bare hands! I'm worried for their safety, honestly the rat could have rabies for all I know. The ambiance is always amazing, but for this I'm going to go back.
