My treatment has been pretty extensive, to say the least. Dr. Brian has handled everything from implants and sinus lifts to numerous rounds of Invisalign and refinements, along with all of my general fillings, crowns, and other dental work. You name it--I've probably had to get it done; my teeth needed the whole kitchen sink. Throughout the entire process, he has always taken the time to clearly explain my options, answer every question I had, and make adjustments whenever I wanted to explore different approaches. I never once felt rushed or dismissed, which is incredibly important when you're making decisions about major dental work. What stands out most is how accommodating and patient he has been. Even when I've been very detail-oriented about my results, he's always been willing to work with me to get things exactly right. That level of commitment and professionalism is rare. The office is also consistently well-run, the staff is friendly and organized, and appointments are handled smoothly. At my last cleaning, I was repeatedly pushed toward a deep cleaning I didn't want or need. It took three firm "no" responses before the receptionist finally dropped it. I went into my most recent appointment already hesitant, and to no surprise, the same thing happened again. This time, I confronted them about it and ultimately walked out without receiving the cleaning I scheduled. Their entire process seems to have been reversed. What used to be: X-rays cleaning recommendations has become: X-rays gum measurements a sales pitch for $3,000+ worth of treatment pressure to commit before receiving the service you came in for. After I told the receptionist I simply wanted the cleaning I had scheduled, the hygienist came in and immediately asked, "What's your hesitation?" That felt less like patient care and more like a sales tactic. When I voluntarily schedule and pay for a dental appointment, I expect to receive the service I came for - not a high-pressure sales pitch. I will not be returning, and I will not be recommending Bella Vita. What was once a practice with great service and kind people now feels more like a dental dealership focused on upselling before patient care. It's a shame. You had something good, and you squandered it.

The office felt overbooked and normally, it's not a big deal to wait a bit. However, when my cleaning actually began, the dentist performed it in a very rushed manner. He was barely cleaning for 15 mins. He splashed water all over my neck and face and did not seem to notice/care because he was going so fast. My normal experience with cleanings here comes with a lot more care for the patient comfort. He said " teeth look good" and "use a waterpik" and left. The dental assistant came in a few minutes later and did a very rush polish and floss job. The entire cleaning time was under 30 minutes which I have not experienced before. I felt that they wasted my time waiting while also wanting me out as fast as possible. I don't feel like I got a proper cleaning at all. I have been coming to this dentist for 3+ years and normally have a good experience. This was by far the worst experience I have had here. Last year I paid $2190 (after insurance) for deep cleaning because my hygienist, Mariam, insisted this was necessary to save my gum health. I regret paying, I don't think it did anything since the dentist said it all looked good to him (assuming he actually looked closely)...I plan to switch dentists ASAP and will not be coming back. The staff is kind and helpful, but this dental group is owned by Pacific Dental Services (now PDS Health) which is a major health group that DEFINITELY cares about profits more than the health and comfort of patients. I am going to find a local family dentist and you should too.

This is upselling and it's an incredible annoying cheap ploy for a dentist to compensate what insurance does not cover. The office of Dean Nguyen isn't like that - they're old school. They make sure my teeth are healthy, thoroughly examined, and properly cleaned. No added b.s. that I never asked for. All the staff here are great to work with. Diana was my hygienist recently, and she clearly enjoys her job and working with patients. As so many others here have stated, I highly recommend and endorse this dental office.

Let me tell you how much I love Dr. Collin's and team!! They took all of my concerns a seriously, I mean really listened to me. I like that they have laughing gas as a backup option to help with my anxiety during these visits, but I found myself perfectly fine going without. This place is generational family-owned and you can just really feel the warmth and care that comes from that. After a cleaning I came back in for bonding to fix the chip I've had in my front tooth for literal DECADES and found that process to be nice and painless as well (literally and figuratively). Last little note is I've been impressed with their willingness to work with my insurance to make sure I'm keeping as much money in my pocket as possible.

I have been a patient of Dr. Collins for about six years…read more Due to a life time of grinding teeth, my teeth had deteriorated to the point I could not smile and was very embarrassed by them. Last year I decided to do the major work needed to bring my smile back. This decision was done in large part to the confidence I had in Dr. Collins. The process took about nine months and involved removing all existing teeth and crowns and putting in 28 new crowns. The process was easier and quicker than I expected (I did opt for sedation dentistry which certainly helped relieve almost all of the of the discomfort of the procedures). Today I can smile again and have beautiful teeth. Also, everybody in the office is very friendly and supportive of all patients.
