Tanner showed up and assessed my car in the driveway. I was inside and he called me when he arrived. I missed the call, but by the time I called him back he was done assessing my windshield. He was very honest and explained that he couldn't fill the crack and it would eventually just continue to crack. He gave me some pointers for prolonging the windshield and said I may get months out of it before it cracked more. I appreciated his honestly so much. I'll for sure call him back when it's time to get a new windshield. His visit and time was a free estimate. Very happy with this service.

I started with filing a claim with my insurance but their usual contractor didn't have any appointments for the next two weeks. I started looking on yelp for glass repair shops and Bill was the first one who replied and, in my opinion, the best one! I had another shop who replied but was only doing windshield replacements, and finally a third shop replied the day AFTER Bill fixed my windshield. Bill was extremely professional and skilled. He came out to service my windshield in just a couple days from my initial quote. He was on time, remained courteous, and worked quickly. After he was done, the rock chip was almost invisible. Great work. He also came prepared with the invoice for my insurance! A seamless transaction. Definitely keeping Bill in my phone book for next year!

When I picked my car up (much later than I was told I could) I paid part cash and part credit card as they're charging 3% on credit card now. About seven dollars of that was in change and when I put it on the counter he says "I can't take that"! I'll have to go ask somebody if I can take it. Of course they can, they have to, it's US currency. So I get my receipt and the paperwork and I walk out the door and say thank you. He has not one word to say. As a customer. I think he should've said thank you or at least you're welcome. Also, the paint was not the exact shade, but I'll probably be the only one that notices that so I didn't say anything about it. There's other options in town.

They never said sorry and laughed at us being upset and wanting them to honor their quote. We called Martin Glass in Cornelius and not only will they come all the way out to us but are doing the work for less then half the cost. We have never been treated more rude then this business.
