Honestly had a great experience. First of all the restaurant is self is very nice. Very calm but the same time very elegant. The staff is friendly and on top of their game. The food is clean, healthy, fresh, and homey. You don't feel disgusting or greasy after the food here. The food is presented well and tastes amazing. The price is not that high in comparison to the quality of the food. We had for appetizers the artichoke and hummus. It was good grilled artichoke with side good hummus. 4/5 The vegetarian hand rolled lasagna was amazing. It was creamy but not A bad type of creamy. It was tasty and fresh. Honestly 5/5 Also had a salmon and it was cooked perfectly with the most perfect side of potatoes and asparagus. I would give this a 4/5 only because it's an amazing dish but if you are starving it will not fill you up. The desert is perfect, they come in shooters so everybody gets their own and whatever they like. They come out with a tray of 4 to 6 types of dessert. We've eaten here a few times. The first time we came, ordered food and when we tasted it, it had a heavy smoke flavor. Not something that I enjoy. After speaking with the waiter and manager, they said that we could request food to be pan cooked, instead of being grilled. They remade our order, and it was amazing. Food has been great whenever we have eaten here... and the same goes for service. Staff are always friendly and happy to help. My personal favorites are their flatbreads, the burger... make sure to get some of their pickles with it... and their steak. read more

The food and service here is absolutely amazing! The server and chef worked with all of my boyfriends allergies to ensure that he had a safe yet still yummy meal. It was a beautiful evening before the big snow was to arrive. We went to Seasons 52 for drinks and Flatbreads. The nicely decorated bar was busy with attractive business people. The large TV above the bar was tuned to sports. There was a cozy booth in the back where we sat. Almost instantly our waiter appeared and took our drink order. I was happy to find Blue Point Toasted Lager and my wife selected a glass of red wine. The drinks were poured at our table which gives customers the feeling that they are getting what they are overpaying for. We had two of Season 52's signature flatbreads. The Braised Short Rib & aged Cheddar Flatbread was incredible. The Lobster & Mozzarella tasted a bit off. Overall, The service, selection and atmosphere were top notch. It is a bit pricey. We will give Seasons 52 a try for dinner if we can get a table without waiting over an hour. read more

As chains go, these people seem to have a rare, great recipe! From reception to table service the people really work to make you feel welcome and it is compelling. Food is both inventive and well made. There are a lot of healthful Selections which is refreshing to see, and we tasted several specials including the samplers. First time at this restaurant with my boyfriend we came out looking for a steak needless to say we got quite a few other things we started off with the lobster bisque photos would be below so the lobster was okay I've had better it tasted like crackers to me probably because of the flower in it then came the salad and the tuna tartar I didn't much care for the salad I thought the salad dressing was sour and the croutons were stale I wouldn't expect that in this kind of restaurant however the tuna tartare was wonderful I would order that again then our main course of the Victorian filet mignon and lobster tail with baby potatoes and French style green beans the green beans were overdone the potatoes were good the steak was cooked to perfection and a lobster was great as well sort of small but it was still delicious and the last part was our little dessert you're looking they look cute but they don't taste very well one was the strawberry cannoli type and the other one was a dark chocolate mousse with a graham cracker and a roasted marshmallow and the marshmallow was definitely roasted but like probably that morning so that's what threw me off these are the pictures of what we ordered.... My waitress she was nice but towards the end she couldn't wait to have it over with my dining experience was nice I'd never been to a place like that so I enjoyed myself. read more

It's honestly ok. I had the sea bass. It seemed tasty at first but then I started realizing there's too much cilantro in the rice and that the sea bass itself is way too firm. Chilean sea bass is a delicate fish that almost melts in your mouth. When seared, it becomes oily and firm. I only ate there because I was at the mall. My first experience at a Seasons 52 was such a disaster, I swore to myself I'd never go back to one. I left that first experience wishing they would dump more money into the food and less into the fancy ambiance. But, it wasn't my choice this time around, and I was pleasantly surprised. Six of us ate here on a Saturday night. The service was excellent and the food unexpectedly good. Rather than commit to an entree, which disappointed me the first time, I opted for a few apps and sides. The squab was tempting, but I couldn't put my trust in them not screwing that up after my first experience. So instead I opted for a bowl of butternut squash soup, the duck wing lollipops and a side of Brussel sprouts with bacon and balsamic. All of those things were delicious and everyone else was happy with their meals and cocktails. I was impressed the server brought over the whole bottle of wine, even though I only ordered a glass. Not only did it affirm I was getting what I ordered, but she let me taste it before I committed to a glass. Their marketing strategy for dessert is genius: put all the different shooter options on the table. Who could say no to that? Perhaps the only reason I'm stuck at 4 stars is because they kind of kicked us out towards the end. No, they didn't ask us to leave, but clearing the linens and empty glasses off the table is a polite way of saying, "Leave, please. Other customers are waiting for this table." My first experience with this chain was in Schaumberg IL. Six years ago. Chain..it doesn't do this restaurant justice. So back on topic to my review. Greeting was fine. Could have been better but no complaints. Decor is beautiful. Beautiful hardwood and stone and granite. Very classic interior without being overdone. Warm and rich. Sat in the bar area in a comfy booth. Real lit candle on the table was a nice touch. Julio was our fabulously awesome server. Didn't rush us one bit. Gave us just the right amount of time between drinks, food orders and made sure the water glasses were kept full. He provided excellent conversation without being intrusive. Oh the food! Had us a bunch of small plates & flatbreads. (Everything looked so good so we wanted to try as much as we could!) I'm going to try to post pictures. We were definitely well fed with several small plates and the price was perfect. I can't tell you what my favorite was bc it was all delicious. We had the lamb, tuna, meatballs, sliders, shrimp, and garlic chicken pesto flatbreads. I had wine and hubby had beer. But then Julio found out we had recently celebrated our 20th anniversary and brought over two flutes of champagne. Such a nice gesture. I've been here twice now and it's been outstanding both times. The menu is constantly changing hence the name Seasons 52 (different styles every 52 weeks of the year). I decided to sit at the bar and have my meal there the second time. Ken the bartender was terrific with the service and conversation just as any great bartender should be. I decided to go with the 3 course meal for $29.95. I started with a great porcini mushroom bisque. The filet mignon and fall vegetables were out of this world. I was so amazed at it that I ate it before remembering to take a picture it was so good! The desert tray featured some of my favorites like key lime pie and a new favorite I tried here for the first time, the poached pear cake. Overall this is a fine American restaurant chain that you can rely on for an outstanding meal that is the exact opposite of something like Applebee's. 5 stars all around and a fair price for an upscale fine dining restaurant. This is the type of restaurant that would impress any woman on a date. If she isn't impressed then she isn't a keeper. read more

We went to Seasons for an early dinner after a bit of shopping in the mall. We were able to find parking near the restaurant since we were there early in the day but the complimentary valet service is a nice touch that will be especially helpful for guests during the winter/holiday hours since the restaurant shares a lot with Bloomingdales. The decor was warm and inviting, as were the hostesses that greeted us and brought us to a table in the main dining room. They had a great selection of beer, wine and cocktails to choose from and our waiter was educated and eager to help us decide. We started with the lobster and mozzarella flatbread which was delicious and a great start to the meal. It was big, loaded with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. For my main meal I had the scallops with lemon risotto and asparagus. The portion of scallops was generous. They were perfectly cooked, as were the fresh asparagus. The risotto however left something to be desired. The flavor was there but it was very wet and could have used a few more minutes to thicken up. Overall, still a good dish though. There's a lot to this menu that I would still like to try so I will certainly be back. The freshness really shines through in each dish which is something you don't often get to say about a chain restaurant. It will be nice to see the menu change with the seasons. read more

I came here for my birthday dinner with some friends one night. Curious to try this restaurant for the first time. What a pretty atmosphere inside! Low light, booths, tables, and a spacious bar. You could see the kitchen from where we sat as well. Service was pretty fast for a weekend night. I first ordered the Atlantic salmon but they were out of it so then I ordered a lobster pasta dish, " lobster pappardelle". It was fantastic. Thick pasta noodles and cooked tender pieces of lobster mixed in a tasty vegetable dish. There was no thick sauce, no overpowering taste of spices or anything like that. A well rounded filling dish. Our waiter brought us a nice display of shooter desserts with a candle on top! As he describes what each shooter consisted of, each one sounded better than the last. They look small, but once you are eating one you can see how filling they actually are, especially the ones with a mousse or cheesecake consistency. I wish I could have tried them all but I had the pecan pie shooter and the chocolate peanut butter one. Delicious! I would return. A little pricy but you receive a very nice meal, presentation and taste are on point. read more

The main draw here is the ambience and the "special" menus. We were very pleased with the restaurant decor and cleanliness as well as the vegan and vegetarian options. The food is nicely presented but lacks flavor and seasoning. I had a burger which while perfectly cooked could have used some salt and pepper at the very least. My husband had the roasted tofu which was a great texture that he enjoyed but could have used more seasoning IMO. By contrast, the dessert shooters were quite flavorful and only $3 a pop. Of course. Lolz. I'm not anti-chain restaurant at all and in fact proudly own that aspect of my middle class upbringing. I like that Seasons brings the comfort and predictability of a chain spot while maintaining fresh decor and a menu that is sensitive to diverse nutritional needs. I think they can flick their wrists a bit more when it comes to seasoning. Chain food - local or not - should have flavor! I look forward to trying out the drinks and food at the bar during happy hour! read more

I went to Seasons 52 on Friday, January 31st, 2020. The restaurant is really nice visually speaking. My waitress was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. But I was HUGELY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered the Sea Bass, it was smaller than my hands and I have small hands! It literally had no taste! In addition, the small portion meal was so expensive! My drinks tasted watered down! It tasted like I was drinking literally only water and ice...instead of tasting like a Rose Lemonade and a Honey Moscato Sangria!! It is obvious, I do not recommend this place! Happy hour is fantastic! 4pm to 630pm. Bar keeps are excellent and friendly....My suggestion is to go with the wine flights...you get 3 samples, then you get a full glass of the one you like, plus a choice of flatbread with toppings. You can get white or red for $15, if you go with a higher "pointed" wine, it's $20....still a deal anyway you slice it. Also, the have some nice scotch called Monkey Shoulder...get it on the rocks...better than a Macallan 12. Enjoy!! I never give a place a 5 star....has to be some thing super special.... read more

Last night I went here with some friends. I was the only one in the group that had never experienced the greatness that is Seasons 52. We started off with a flatbread lobster appetizer and duck lollipop appetizer! Both were amazing! I highly recommend the duck lollipops. The sauce is tangy but not too spicy; a little messy but different! For my entree I got the Rainbow Trout and it was perfect. I try to order fish that I don't really cook and this was really light and yet filling. It was perfect! Our waitress was named Andrea and she was very attentive. Ive been eating at this location for over 8 years and never a bad meal or service. This Saturday was the only exception as the server named...M...was mot really trained in customer relations..After a few cocktails..soup..ready for wine and Entree..my order was served cold..so my wife ate her entree and it eas over 15mins and my entree was still in the kitchen so being my wife was already finished i told her to cancel mine..she tgen asked me if i wanted it to go !!!! Really.?? I declined..then she told me she would see the manager about taking it off my bill..Really??? In any event...Dolores..the manager came over..listened to my experience and totally apologized and went above and beyond to accomodate the bad situation..So....A big compliment to Dolores for turning a real bad situation..and handling it professionally..i to a positive one....looking forward to returning...
